is this not the most Machiavellian advisor in the prince's ear pic to exist??? the way max has to lean down a little to listen cause of their height difference. the hand on the shoulder is gentle, but firm. it stops max in his tracks, from moving away and he has to listen to what fernando has to say. even the framing of fernando's eyes against his eyes instead of his ears shows max is only seeing what fernando is telling him, we can imagine his eyes are closed if we want. 🥰
