A couple of things I've found interesting in the NFL this week..

I was happy to see Stafford stay with the Rams. We did not need him to go to Cleveland or Pittsburgh. And per Paul Dehner Jr., some Rams media people were inquiring about exactly how happy or unhappy Joe was in Cincy & if he might want to leave the Bengals and come to LA. 😒 The Rams apparently weren't the only team's media folks sniffing around about Joe's happiness with the Bengals. They better not make that man mad. There will be a long line of suitors at the door for him.

And Myles Garrett is apparently refusing to talk to the Browns about any type of contract that would give him more money. The man wants out and that's it. Watching the Browns fans turn on him now has been fascinating.

Saquan Barkley and Eagles run over the Rams on Sunday Night Football.

Saquan Barkley played his best game of his career and has entered the MVP conversation. 

The Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Los Angeles Rams 37-20, led by Barkley's career-high game, totaling over 300 yards and two touchdowns. The first one was the first carry of the second half, going 70 yards, putting the Eagles up 20-7. Then, late in the fourth quarter, Barkley capped another 70+ touchdown run, taking it to the house 72 yards to clinch Philadelphia’s victory and extend their lead 37-20. 

Barkley finished with 255 rushing yards on 26 carries and two touchdowns on the night, making the 255 yards the most in a single game in Saquan’s career. 

Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts finished with 179 passing yards, 15 completions, and a touchdown. Wide receiver AJ Brown had 109 yards on six catches and a late second-quarter touchdown, putting the Eagles up 13-7 at halftime. 

Eagles running back Kenneth Gainwell also was sw action in the Eagles run game, scoring a 13-yard touchdown in the third quarter, giving Philly a 27-14 lead; Gainwell finished with 22 yards on five carries

The Rams struggled throughout the game despite scoring 20 points. Despite an early touchdown by Kyren Williams, Los Angeles couldn’t continue the rhythm. Stafford was sacked five times, and the offense went 0-8 on third downs. It was an unfortunate game for the Rams. 

Kyren Williams rushed for 71 yards on 14 carries with a touchdown and a fumble; Williams's touchdown put the Rams in front of the Eagles 7-0 in the first quarter. Los Angeles would then only out two field goals before Stafford connected with Cooper Kupp on a 27-yard touchdown reception, 

Stafford ended the game by completing 24 of his 36 passes for 243 yards and two touchdowns. Wide receiver Puca Nacu continues to put up high numbers, catching nine passes for 117 yards, while Cooper Kupp hauled in 80 yards on six catches and a last-second touchdown. 

The Eagles look to challenge the Detroit Lions for first place in the NFC. They sit at 9-2 and face a huge test next week when they play the Baltimore Ravens. Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Rams attempt to keep their playoff hopes alive at 5-6 by playing the New Orleans Saints, who are currently 2-0 since firing Dennis Allen.

Not to get you back on the Joe Burrow Olivia Ponton track and this isnt proof and ik I’m probably an insane person for noticing/thinking this but… I just think its funny they both started promoting ALO at the same time. And in her instagram post from 11/9 a few slides in… the mirror selfie of her in the all black fit w the hat… it looks like shes wearing joes exact hat like not just the same hat but the SAME hat he was wearing and stretched out with his double decker dome in his alo ad from 9/10….

I mean... it's definitely not even a coincidence

Maybe she's seeing Stafford on the side.
