Matthew 6:34. “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
2 Corinthians 12:9. “My Grace is sufficient for you.”
“There is no need to worry” (Matthew 6) By Darlene:
“Sometimes, it can be really hard not to worry about the future, especially in these uncertain times, but in Matthew 6:34 Jesus says to us “Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.” Why does Jesus say this? Because He gives us His Grace (his help, his strength, his wisdom) just at the time we need it, not before.
When we spend our time worrying about the future, it is like we are experiencing a future negative event over and over, when God hasn’t given us His Grace to go through it yet.
We may even be worrying about something that doesn’t even happen. So all that worry, stress and emotional pain has been for nothing. I’m sure many of you have heard the acronym for FEAR:
F FALSE
E EVIDENCE
A APPEARING
R REAL
God is faithful. He will always give us the Grace we need for any situation at just the right time, not before. Trust God today. Rest in His Grace today. His Grace will be there for you tomorrow.”

Not my normal post but I thought this was something others should hear as well (even if you aren't a Christian)

I just wanted this to be a reminder to focus on worrying about the moment, you never know if the next will matter as much 🫶🏼

don't worry about tomorrow, as tomorrow will have it's own things; a day's trouble is enough for itself.

"Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble." — Matthew 6:34
In many places in the Bible we are told not to worry, or be anxious, or be fearful about what the future may hold. Indeed, the Apostle Paul said that we shouldn't be anxious about anything (Philippians 4:6). Apart from the torment they put us through, the trouble with worry, anxiety, and fear is that they are a waste of time. Instead of spending our time dealing with what we have been called to do today, we waste it by worrying and being anxious about how we will deal with what we have to do tomorrow.
Although there is nothing wrong with making plans for the future, there is a lot wrong with worrying and being anxious about the future. Life in Christ is meant to be lived day by day. Tomorrow is tomorrow and should be dealt with then. Today is today and should be dealt with now. All of us have plenty to do today. It needs everything we have to give to it. Worry and anxiety about tomorrow interfere with what is present before us; they add nothing to our purpose in life; they hold us back in every respect.
Christians have been given the Holy Spirit and the Spirit energizes and equips us for everything we have been called by God to do. One might say that we have been anointed by the Holy Spirit to do whatever it is we have to do. The anointing we have for today, however, is for today, not for tomorrow. The anointing for tomorrow will come tomorrow. If we have worry and anxiety about tomorrow, it is a good indication that we have moved on ahead of the anointing of the Holy Spirit. We are then operating in the strength of our own power and are then trying to figure everything out on our own. Consequently, we worry and have anxiety because we have placed the cares and concerns of tomorrow on our own shoulders, instead of relying on the strength and enablement of the Holy Spirit.
God's grace and anointing are for today. Don't waste today worrying and being anxious about tomorrow. Cast your anxieties about the future on God, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

“So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.” —Matthew 6:34 (NLT)
“One day at a time” is one of my favourite songs and I often say it as a prayer:
“One day at a time, sweet Jesus. That's all I'm asking of You. Just give me the strength to do everyday what I have to do. Yesterday's gone, sweet Jesus. And tomorrow may never be mine. Lord help me today, show me the way one day at a time.”
In Jesus' name, Amen. 🙏
