#Mask sundrop

yes, also in my absence on the internet I made a rotating mask of Sundrop to go see the fnaf movie.

At the beginning I was going to make it as similar as possible to the game, but I didn't like the way it was turning out, so I ended up making it as similar as possible to the sundrop I drew.

This is how it turned out, at first I didn't know how to make the mask rotate, besides I didn't have that rotating thing from the tutorials so I had to use a stick XD

Finally finished this wip that I actually started last year. I'm not entirely happy with how it came out, but I kept getting frustrated with it. The plan was also to make the Y/N customizable too which I sorta did even though I ran out of energy/motivation to do all the parts planned

But yeah! The Y/N here is (somewhat) customizable, and I plan on fixing stuff and adding more options later like glasses, body types, ect. Patrons can download the Photoshop file to make Y/N combinations. That being said, this is not a piccrew. Please don't repost it and only use for personal use.

I went to see the FNAF movie disguised as Sundrop!

(don't worry this is a safe place, I won't give spoilers for the film)

when I left my house with the costume I felt nervous, I was a little unsure if I would be the only one in costume, but I relaxed and felt very excited to get to the cinema and see people in costume too, unfortunately I could not take many pictures with my phone, since I had no one to help me take them, but I had the opportunity to enjoy talking a little with others and take pictures with them, I enjoyed the movie a lot the excitement of reacting to the movie with more people who like it made me feel very happy!

we screamed so much during the movie that my throat hurts XD

Nothing Behind the Mask AU

Title is literal, because they really are just two souls trapped inside a mask who have the ability to magic up some floating clothes in a way that allows them to mostly pass as a mysterious magical humanoid. More rambles under the cut.

Started with the idea of Moon's nightcap being a wizard hat. Took a few moments to figure out how it would work for Sun, and once I pictured the rays as being the underside of his hat I HAD to draw it

No there's no fic. There's a rough idea of one (featuring a self-insert because I am indulgent) and I'm tentatively hoping to write it but I don't have much in the way of plot

They have the ability to silence their bells if they wish to be quiet. Moon uses this frequently, Sun uses it rarely.

Undecided how much their mask emotes. I'm tempted to keep it very light, maybe slight shifts in their eyes but they basically always have huge grins

I have been trying to learn to draw these two for two weeks, and now my abrupt success means this is now my favorite of all my artworks. (I'd basically stopped drawing for the past 7ish years and am trying to get back into it, largely because of these two clowns.)

I will never get over anybody using the excuse of 'oh, they couldn't cast a disabled actor to play this disabled character because they needed them to be able bodied in flashbacks'.

Titans cast a disabled actor as Barbara - and they used an able bodied stunt double for flashbacks. And for other scenes, they cleverly framed and shot around her disability in flashbacks.

And even though the actor doesn't have the exact same disability as the character is originally written to have - it is perfect, flawless casting. It is such perfect disabled representation that it brings tears to my eyes.

Fuck your excuses. Cast disabled actors.

Heyy, remember these cosplays I made for Halloween 2022? We took them to a convention over the weekend and had the privilege to meet Kellen Goff! It was a blast :D

I tweaked a few minor details, and I finally got to take better pictures to showcase my work! We're no experienced cosplayers or photographers, but I really like these anyway.
