I love this cabaret series, and you can pry it out of my cold dead hands. Whatever else I see throughout the month, I know at least the last Sunday will soothe my soul. Tonight, I got to enjoy not one, but TWO new Marquee Five arrangements. They are, as always, my favorite guest performers. Who else is going to do the Little Night Music overture? The day they finally do their own Sondheim concert is the day I will be ascending to a new plane of existence. Lucia Spina, lovely as always, and such range. Everyone else, great. I sat at a table with a party of three older people and we had ourselves a ball.
