this is random but my take on "the cruel prince was wrongly marketed!!" is that yes i agree that it should've been marketed as fae politics, but also those people who complain about them "not being enemies to lovers, cardan was straight up trying to kill her"- it's called 'enemies' for a reason 💀 i get that the term has been super washed down and softened so you're probably shocked by the way it was showed in the book but like what did you expect? for them to call eachother ugly a few times? 💀🙏
Tbh i didn't like the start of the cruel prince very much at all and was cringing alot but i think labelling jude and cardan's relationship as "enemies to lovers" does make sense.

ok now that you've said it, im gonna ask for it. Azul X Cater, either friendship or romantic could be fun. Cater helping Azul relax without the stuffy business stuff and raising his confidence levels callin him cute or w/e? And Azul helping Cater with getting him super cool items to post on his magicam / putting spicy menu items in the monstro lounge for him to eat (not for like the art idea but like just in general on how the ship might play out)
HEHEHEHE THAT'S REALLY CUTE :3 they could be a power couple, i can see it in my mind's eye...
Tumblr media
azul acts all confident but i think if a cute boy got close and batted his eyelashes at him he'd get flustered and fold in an instant lol

I think I am going to make a custom to sell rather than take a commission, if just because I don't know if I will be able to source parts for a more specific design.

And the thing is, now they HAVE to keep Portable around if anyone wants the full experience of Persona 3. Or they're gonna just ditch it on current gen consoles and leave it to rot instead of making a definitive version where Kotone, Theo, Saori, and Rio won't be forgotten
And really there's no reason why Theo, Saori, and Rio shouldn't have been in the game even without Kotone. Make Theo a selectable Velvet Attendant. Have Saori cameo in the Library. Rio is friends with Kenji and Yuko, have her appear as a side character in their Social Links. Hell, have Kotone as a Special NPC or something. There was plenty of alternatives.
Theo's the worst one! Like he still fucking shows up in other games! If you only play Reload and then go on to, idk ARENA ULTIMAX Theo just shows up and you have no clue who the fuck this man is (and I can confirm I've seen this happen)
Like at some point either the team does not care about FeMC or literally anything related to her or they have very poor planning abilities because they excluded all her stuff even if it wasn't as obtrusive as a whole other route.
It's the BDSP issue where they were so busy focusing on being ~faithful~ to the original, frankly, at this point only a small portion of their audience have played, to the exclusion of all the updated content everyone pretty much universally agrees is better! (Assuming you take them at their word and they weren't planning on doing The Answer until they saw the fan interest for it and I guess somehow just forgot the Aigis social link wasn't in the original)
They just somehow got a team of people completely unaware how popular the two versions of the game people actually played over the original are to work on this game WILD

Hello again!
I've been thinking for a while about better ways to manage between working on comms (so i can pay bills etc) and working on comics/personal illustrations.
You might have noticed I've been dishing out mostly commissioned work lately and that's mostly because well...a girl and her several cats gotta eat.
I would however like to explore other ways of maybe making some cash money that would allow for more time to focus on working on things to show everyone like comics and illusts.
So I'd like to ask for people's opinion on subscriptions.
These would just be a 1-3 euro monthly sub, possibly with a higher tier for those who are comfortable donating bigger sums.
I have to stress that right now because of health issues I cannot offer exclusive rewards outside of early bird access and possibly process videos, these will mostly be a way to throw some support my way if people would like to.
I do currently have a patreon that I use exactly like this (@/Diardri), however I want to see if people would rather use a different site, or if it's still people's go-to.

About your Prop 33 post. People should pay attention to who is sponsoring these types of ads. California seems to have better than most disclaimer rules because in the ads for NO to 33 it says the top donor for the ad is the California Rental Association. In the ads for Yes to 34, it says it benefits HEALTHCARE, two top donors are California Rental Association and California Real Estate Association. Why are they making ads for healthcare initiative? Be curious. Source: I make political ads.
I always look into what I'm voting for (and consult numerous progressive voter guides to further check) when I finally get my pamphlet (which I haven't received yet). This issue in particular I've been following, I follow a tenants union who has been doing quite a deep focus on it.
Tumblr media
CAA & AAGLA (who amazingly aren't on the against column. shocking. lmao but are behind a LOT of the scaremongering ads for NO) represent real estate investments and corporate interests, not people. Whatever they want, vote the opposite...always. Meanwhile YES has AIDS Healthcare Foundation, Veterans' Voices, Housing is a Human Right, Consumer Watchdog...
Personally, as someone who works in the housing construction industry, I've long thought that they need to stop buying up land and building up buildings for housing that no one can afford. I can tell you the builders are scared of this one. Good.
As a long time California renter "property values dropping" sounds fantastic to me, because I might be able to STOP renting.
But also anon the way you worded this ask was very amusing and slightly confusing to me. (Source: me. ...i know that's not how you meant it, w/ my background I do understand what you meant, but lmao)

What sorts of things or aspects do you like to get to know about a character and their story? Like, if you were to make some sort of form or layout, what criteria or questions would you ask?

I’m fucking venting here bc I’m angry and don’t have anyone to talk to and I’m not sure if this is political correct or right or whatever but I’m fucking pissed - I’m a public school teacher who works in the inner city and this year alone there have been two shootings in my neighborhood involving students not dying school hours- and one student who went missing due to gang ties (they were found ALIVE a DAYS later) -
I’m fucking TIRED I’m FREAKED OUT and I’m ANGRY because I have to go into work tomorrow and I have to have that conversation with the kids during our SEL block because they will have questions and bc they are in middle school some will not know how to process it and will joke while others will be genuinely upset
and I feel nauseous thinking about the fact that my mother and four of my closest friends are all going through the same fucking shit as teachers at different schools right now- and my roommate who is trans- and unrelated to his identity is also kinda an asshole- has been shitting on me all night about how I’m not I’m danger like he is and how I don’t know his pain (and while I’m not making excuses I’m an openly gay teacher who works directly with the lgbt students and activly educated my kids on trans rights AND I work for a nonprofit organization that directly works to protect trans and queer rights and JUST LAST WEEK put out a video for our organization on antitrans laws - I’m not saying I fucking get what it’s like to be trans but Jesus fuck I’m fighting the fight for trans youth more than you are working at Whole Foods) why the FUCK are you quantifying suffering, why the FUCK are you lashing out at ME of all people, and why the fuck are you telling a public school teacher in inner city Boston that I have no idea what it’s like to be afraid- motherfucker I’m angry I’m sorry but why the fuck are you monopolizing suffering why do you think you have the right to talk to me this fucking way. I get you are scared but you work in Whole Foods in Massachusetts- the bluest state there is- )
there is no fucking cap on grief- sorry I’m upset at this as well but you saying it doesn’t directly effect me is just so fucking ignorant and suffering shouldn’t be quantifiable mf we are on the same fucking side why are you infighting right now (and I know this isn’t relevant and this is entirely unrelated to him being trans but god he is so fucking sexist- saying shit like I have no idea what it’s like to have my bodily autonomy at risk as if roe v wade didn’t get overturned THIS year???) sometimes it pisses me off like fucking sorry I’m being over emotional and overreacting to a school shooting as a fucking public school teacher GOD I should be allowed to be angry too in my own goddamn apartment-
you don’t get to sit on your high horse and say you suffer more than me and that I’m not allowed to be afraid ok I’m done I’m gonna go in tomorrow and make sure to hug my one openly trans kid extra hard bc I know they are suffering just like I know my roomate is suffering and needs a place to express his anger- I get I’m an easy target bc I’m a safe person to lash out at and I’m not telling anyone how to grieve and I know a lot of this is just knee jerk reaction to violence and anger- I just wish he wasn’t expressing it at the one fucking person who doesn’t deserve it, like fuck, the one thing people always say about public school teachers is that we have it TOO easy, especially the night after a school shooting
*Also fuck terfs and fuck anyone who is using a tragedy as an excuse to hate trans people*
#he keeps talking about how cis people need to do better#as if a) I haven’t talked in depth about my own gender identity and how I’m not entirely aligned with ‘cis womanhood’ as a lesbian#with a complexed identity#and b) even if I was cis (which in most cases it’s just easier to say that I am) IM THE ONE GETTING MY FUCKING BOOTS DIRTY HERE#IM THE ONE BRINGING IN BOOKS FOR MY QUEER KIDS WHEN THE LIBRARY DOESNT HAVE ANY#IM THE ONE ADVOCATING FOR CALLING OUR TRANS KIDS BY THEIR PREFERED PRONOUNS AND NAME#IM THE ONE GOING TO MEETINGS TWICE A WEEK TO ORGANIZE QUEER EVENTS IN RURAL AMERICA THAT PUT TRANS WOMEN AND DRAG QUEENS FRONT AND CENTER#IM THE ONE RESEARCHING LOCAL CIVIL RIGHTS LAWS ABOUT OUR TOWN DENYING APPROVAL FOR OUR EVENT ON THE BASIS OF CROSSDRESSING#NOT BEINF CHILD FRIENDLY (we are working on it dw we have a team on this )#IM LACING UP MY DYKE BOOTS EVERY FUCKING DAY AND SHAKING HANDS WITH SISTERS WHO HAVE WATCHED THEIR FRIENDS AND LOVERS DIE- INCLUDING#A SISTER WHO WAS AT FUCKING STONEWALL#I’m not trying to pull the whole ‘I’m gay so I get it ‘ card bc that’s not cool when cis people do that shit#but I’m a fucking public school teacher- I’m allowed to grieve a fucking school shooting FUCK#god why are you fucking quantifying suffering mf you work in a grocery store your life and the lives of others aren’t on the line daily#^^that also isn’t a dig at his work - working in a grocery store is a fine career and he deserves a living wage and dignity#but also… there haven’t been 130 shootings at Whole Foods market in 2023 alone so maybe fucking let me be angry#god#i really hope this shit doesn’t get twisted I just need to vent#if you don’t like this just block me idc I’m not fighting anymore#tw school shooting#tw gun violence#tw gun mention#school shooting

Nurse Call Systems Market Sales, Demand, Regional Outlook And Supply Chain Analysis till 2030
The global nurse call systems market reached a value of USD 1.7 billion in 2022 and is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 12.11% from 2023 to 2030. This growth is driven by the increasing demand for integrated, adaptable platforms that improve patient care and communication within healthcare settings. Nurse call systems enable efficient communication between patients and caregivers, enhancing patient safety and care quality. An additional factor driving the market is the shift in reimbursement practices by Medicare. Medicare has decided to base reimbursements on quality and outcomes rather than service quantity. This shift is aimed at controlling rising healthcare costs, as current reimbursement practices have added an estimated USD 2.1 billion in costs. To address these expenses, Medicare aims to promote technology-driven healthcare systems, encouraging hospitals to adopt streamlined, efficient solutions like advanced nurse call systems.
Nurse call systems provide flexible and reliable communication solutions within healthcare facilities. With the increasing number of patients, the demand for efficient communication tools has surged. This demand has spurred innovation, enabling healthcare facilities to improve their workflow, enhance management practices, and offer higher-quality patient care. Technological advancements have empowered industry players to develop sophisticated, innovative devices. For example, in December 2019, Tunstall Group introduced Tunstall Carecom, a wireless and digital nurse call system designed to enhance patient-caregiver communication and streamline workflows.

The adoption of real-time location systems (RTLS) integrated with wireless technologies has also contributed significantly to the growth of the nurse call systems market. RTLS technology enables healthcare facilities to monitor the movement of caregivers and equipment in real-time, optimizing productivity. An example is Televic’s AQURA Care Communication Platform, which integrates various modules, including nurse call, RTLS for staff and patient tracking, alarm management, personal mobility, and mediator control. This platform’s modular design allows hospitals to integrate it with their existing infrastructure, improving overall functionality and adaptability.
The rise in home healthcare and nursing home facilities has further fueled demand for nurse call systems. Industry players are focusing on improving patient response times and reducing nurse fatigue by incorporating diagnostic and communication technologies into their products. For example, in June 2019, Vocera Communications, Inc. launched an analytics solution that tracks the number of calls, texts, alarms, and alerts received by clinicians. Such innovations not only enhance caregiver responsiveness but also help hospitals tailor nurse call systems to specific needs through customized solutions.
Application Segmentation Insights:
The wanderer control segment accounted for the largest market share, with over 34.7% of revenue in 2022. This segment’s growth is primarily driven by increased funding aimed at implementing effective healthcare models that improve patient safety and care. The nurse call systems market is divided into several application segments: alarms and communications, workflow optimization, wanderer control, and fall detection and prevention. The workflow optimization segment is projected to witness the fastest growth, with a CAGR of 12.52% over the forecast period, due to the need for cost-effective operations and efficient resource allocation within healthcare facilities.
Efforts by hospitals to prevent patient falls are expected to drive growth in the fall detection and prevention segment. By detecting potential falls, these systems can alert caregivers and enable timely intervention, reducing the risk of injury. The alarms and communications segment is also projected to grow as it plays a critical role in enhancing patient safety. This segment focuses on improving communication between patients and caregivers. An example is Amplion Alert, which uses RTLS badges connected to medical devices to manage alerts and monitor room activity. When caregivers enter a room, the system automatically collects data, which can inform the healthcare team and improve patient care outcomes.
In summary, the nurse call systems market is expected to expand steadily as healthcare facilities invest in advanced technologies that enhance patient care, streamline workflows, and promote better communication. As Medicare policies shift towards outcome-based reimbursement, hospitals are increasingly adopting nurse call systems and real-time tracking technologies, which help reduce operating costs and improve patient safety. The ongoing development and integration of advanced systems, such as RTLS and wireless communication platforms, will likely continue to shape the future of the nurse call systems market.
