"La filosofía de Hegel, dice Feuerbach, representa el punto culminante de la filosofía especulativa. Dicha filosofía pretende tener un origen absoluto, sin presupuestos de ninguna clase, pero en realidad, la actitud misma del pensamiento absolutizante presupone los elementos determinados de la exposición: así, el inicio de la Lógica presupone los conceptos de inmediatez, de indeterminadez, de identidad, de «paso», de «diluir» (este último «¿de qué se trata - se pregunta Feuerbach?»). La lógica hegeliana combate el intelecto y sus determinaciones; pero el intelecto replantea siempre sus propias instancias de la determineidad exigida por la definición por diferencia específica. Por tanto, la lógica planteada inicialmente en contradicción con la realidad sensible y con el concepto que el intelecto determinante se forma de la realidad misma, y sin poder resolver después dicha contradicción, es incapaz de demostrar su propia verdad. La dialéctica hegeliana resulta de ella no como un diálogo con la realidad sensible, sino más bien como un monólogo consigo misma; lleva a cabo una ruptura con la intuición sensible, sin mediación alguna, prorpocionando a la filosofía un inicio inmediato. I think one problem with this view is that the bitcoin storage cost is likely a function of the capitalization of bitcoin.

Bitcoin security is a function of the amount of miners. The amount of miners is a function of mining revenue streams. If there are not enough miners, stealing bitcoins becomes possible. So the bitcoin network needs to generate enough mining revenues to keep enough miners interested. This amount has to be a function of the capitalization as if it ever diverges stealing bitcoin would become a valid strategy. So bitcoin must have a negative yield, either because you need to pay for the miners energy or because your bitcoins are going to be stolen. This is currently hidden by the wave of investment in the sector (and the funding from the bitcoin seniorage), but that’s got to stop at some point. I don’t think gold for example has similar features. Securing gold is not a function of of the dollar value.

If miners are a competitive industry, miners revenue has to roughly equal miners costs, so it’s a real cost. Compared with other fiat currency cost of storage it seems incredibly wasteful. Storing government bonds is basically costless. You might get negative yields, but those are transfers, not consumption. Gold was valuable because it doesn’t rust. It doesn’t require maintenance. Bitcoins require a lot of maintenece… I think that’s a weakness…

“CHGL 18.5” by Mario Rossi His point of view is influenced by his painterly vision of a place, which he transform into a photograph. This interpretation derives from his personal study of the modern tradition of the abstract-figurative “-isms” typical of the early twentieth-century avant-garde movements in the arts.
