fun facts:

kuroo only wanted kenma to buy the apple vision pro because he wanted to steal them for himself (he says they're "cool but ugly"). okay but the two of them both thought it was ridiculous that they weren't water resistant.

y/n was slightly bold in this chapter (i was also bold as the author for writing this chapter like that)

the only exception to the rule about y/n's condo are kenma and the others. they come by for y/n and shimizu so often that the security guards are familiar with them. combined with the fact that they're all well-known... they get semi special privileges. they can wait around the building but can't go inside unless y/n or shimizu are there with them.

Since you asked I have to tell you abt this story I came up with like 4-5 years ago and have held so deep in my heart since! The characters are literally a part of me atp. So the main character is named Margaret Lainey and the whole story is basically in the format of her diary, it's 14 entries within the month of February and let's just say I put her through it😭. She starts off the journal entry explaining how she has to start writing in the journal as recommended by her therapist who she sees bc of a suicide attempt... yeah

And towards the the first half of the entries you see her getting better up until Valentine's day, a very pivotal part of the story, where everything just starts going down hill.

A lot of it as to do w/ her unrequited love, she's head over heals for this girl Lydia, who she believes is straight, now obviously Lydia not returning her feelings isn't the only reason she goes off the deep end, it just sets back on all the things she still hasn't healed from, considering she's been struggling for a looooonnng time.

What's a really devastating part of the story is also Margaret's best friend Jamie, now Jamie is a trans, mtf, but as the whole story is told in Margaret's perspective its unknown to her and the reader which means Jamie is dead-named and misgendered the entire time (shes still super important and gets her own story bc ive always wanted to also write a sequel for her) so Jamie is like really in love w/ Margaret, a lesbian, but Margaret thinks Jamie is a boy the whole time :(

At the end of the story the last chapter/entry is a suicide note, Margaret kills herself which is definitely foreshadowed throughout even though you also think she's gonna be better by the end, but unexpectedly it's actually a double suicide w/ Jamie so after reading the 1st part ur supposed to be like hello what!?!? Hence the sequel which is Jamie's story

I love them both sm, I have story names and outlines but I never feel confident enough to do their story justice😓

Her favorite colors are green and yellow, she paints her nails purple and blue and black constantly and always has them chiped from picking away at them,she cuts her own hair so it's always really choppy, she's got tons of beauty marks but she doesn't like them, her favorite books are No longer human by Osamu Dazai, The Catcher in the Rye, and Eileen by Ottessa Moshfegh, her favorite movies are Coraline, Heathers, Thirteen, and Girl Interrupted, she enjoys reading, photography, and collecting odd things, some of her favorite songs are Cigarettes out the window, Death of a party girl, I'll die anyway, Change (in the house of flies), Ptolemaea, she's constantly humming and writing on her arms, she's got a horrible sleep schedule and bad trust issues and horrible self perception/esteem, she loves to take pictures of Lydia whenever she sees her even though she knows it's odd and she shouldn't, her loves to hang out with Jamie, it always makes her feel content

There's sm more to say and I also have a character sheet for Lydia cause she's actually great but I think this is all it's gonna be, if you actually read this whole thing ur kinda the best cause I ranted sm 😭

I don't think too much changes from Aladdin being a kid, he's a little more mature and has been through a lot of shit so he's probably a bit calmer but overall still has the same energy and personality as when he was a bby, he's just more responsible (and DEFINITELY more powerful as he grows up)

Alibaba and Morgiana still partially view him as a child. Part of that is being gone for a couple years and missing out on some parts of Aladdin growing up, but it's mostly because they're always going to see him as their little brother

I am of the opinion that he should've had Sheba's little hair-horns but because he didn't "canonically" I'm going to say that eventually his hair naturally grew that way

I think he's always felt a little displaced sometimes because of his age, he doesn't really have anyone else his age to really relate to, and there's a lot of adults talking politics around him all the time. Even Titus and Sphintus because Titus is helping rule Leam.

Likes sewing and knitting and crocheting and all that fun stuff, has helped make various outfits for his friends and a little cat doll once for Marga.

Ships his friends together in a silly goofy way and if those friends get together he literally gloats for DAYS about how he's the chosen one with the ability to see the future.

Starts wearing his hair down more often like his mom.

mmmmm no sé muy bien qué entender por "trends". si hablamos de moda, entonces le gusta mucho el estilo de los 90 (tiene una pequeñísima obsesión con friends) o que ahora se lleve ropa vintage, le gusta ver a la gente "normal" con cositas de otras épocas :) odia el tema y2k y mini-modas similares por distintos motivos y el 70% es que está en guerra contra los pantalones de tiro bajo >:(

si hablamos de trends de redes sociales entonces las que más le gustan probablemente sea la de arreglarte el pintalabios después de darle muchos besitos a alguien, esa que es como un before de una mascota monísima y un after de dicha mascota estando desquiciada, y definitivamente el trend de la gente diciendo quiénes son y cuántas copas llevan en las bodas 🤣

I'm raised by my grandparents and grew up in a small town in the province of Eastern Samar which is Salcedo. Our hometown is known for its beautiful beaches and people, I'll tell you more about my hometown on my next blog. I don't have a biological father by my side but I am beyond grateful for having such wonderful people with me as I grow. I have my Mama, Nanay, Tatay, Auntie Myrna, Aunties, Uncles and cousins with me as I explore things in my life. They made me who I am today and I will forever be grateful for that.

Currently, I'm a college freshman and I'm taking Bachelor of Arts in Communication. I've chosen this college program because my passion is in this college program. dahil nag throwback ako sa blog ko, napa browse narin ako sa google photos ko, so why not share it narin dito, with story time of course.

nakakadaan naman kami talaga dito pag umuuwi kami ng Catanduanes, kaya nakikita ko na before si Mayon. pero ito talaga yung pinaka unang beses na nakapag tour ako around Daraga-Legazpi and first time na mapag masdan ang Mayon ng malapitan. dati kasi mula sa bintana ng bus ko lang siya tintignan at amazed na amazed pa ko.

nasa busport pa ako nung time na 'to. then si Mitch inaya kami ni Marga na sumama sakanila sa Bicol kasi kinasal yung pinsan niya nun sa Polangui, so nag overnight pa kami dun, first time ko rin kumain ng pansit bato non. tapos nagpunta kami sa Danao Lake dun rin sa Polangui, kaso wala akong kuha non sa lugar kasi makulimlim. tsaka lake lang talaga siya. wala masyadong eye catching na bagay. though meron dun yung pinaka maliliit na isda raw sa pinas. di ko na gaano matandaan yung trip namin dun, basta naalala ko lang, nag habal kami non at ang ganda ng view.

after a night, bumyahe na kami papuntang Legazpi dahil nag book dun si Mitch ng hotel. di kami gaanong nakapag gala nun kasi maulan tsaka di pa namin kabisado masyado yung lugar non.

pag dating namin dun, pahinga konti tapos pinuntahan namin yung Biggs Diner sa may Old Albay ata tawag dun, basta part din ata siya ng Daraga, di ako sure. ito rin yung first time ko makatikim nito. si Mitch lang din nag dala samin dun kasi sinuggest lang din ata sakanya ng friend niya.

after naman namin kumain sa Biggs, pumunta kami sa Ayala Malls sa Legazpi. tinry naman namin yung sili ice cream sa 1st Colonial. nag desert lang talaga kami dun kasi busog na kami sa Biggs. nung pabalik naman na kami sa hotel, naglakad lakad kami malapit sa Peñaranda, tapos bumili pa kami ng foods sa Mcdo haha.

kinabukasan nalang kami nakapag gala sa Cagsawa bago umuwi ng Manila, kasi nun lang umaraw. buti nalang nga at hindi maulan non at nagpakita ang Mayon samin. bumili rin pala kami ng Happy Yema nun, suggestion lang din kay Mitch kasi masarap daw, wala kasi nun dito sa Manila. ayun favorite ko na tinapay yun tuwing pupunta kami ng Bicol ng mga kawork ko, yun talaga lagi nila pinabibili. haha.

anyway, lagi ko rin iniisip nun at knukwento kay Joemar, what if nagkita na kami nung time na yun tapos di lang namin alam noh. hahaha. wala lang.

I was preparing my spiel for another think-of-it-as-your-thesis-presentation meeting when I acknowledged that I’m a little burning out. Maybe it was the stress or the nerve, but looking at the data that I was about to show for the past five months, I couldn’t help but also look where I was, where I’ve been over the period.

It’s funny, I realize now, how slowly and quickly one could lose and gain so much, whether it was an effect of something that was perfectly planned, or of something that came up out of the blue. An opportunity, for example, that comes up at a beach on a weekend and you never really thought would bear anything.

It’s also funny how, after all the years of mastering the art of just doing it and not feeling strongly about anything, one could still fail. A sleeplessness, for example, that leaves you thinking about what changed, about what you’ve lost and what you’ve gained, and trying to decide whether it was worth the stumble or not.

Normally, I wouldn’t care and say it’s okay, but it gets more difficult when I see it on the mirror everyday. Lost muscles. Gained weight. Lost time. Gained money. Lost sloppiness. Gained meticulousness. Lost wariness. Gained purpose. Lost some uncertainties. Gained perspectives.

Lost my days of walking aimlessly, of looking up at the sun at two P.M. and saying “fuck you” on the way to the gym, of lifting with my mind because that’s all there is to do, because “you get stronger that way!”

Gained, well, a little clearer direction.

On this account, the superficial gist of it is that I’ve been having terrible days dealing with every workday. I live in spreadsheets. I breathe words and numbers and people that I see everyday. Everything is challenging at a manageable level but I didn’t think it could be this hard—exceeding expectations once and then racing as fast as you can to maintain the pace towards the finish line.

To compensate for this impending burnout, I’d say I’d tell myself from last year to ignore that notification that I got at the beach and proceed with my aimless walks under the sun, but the truth is, that is a lie. Because if I didn’t stop, I would be just as restless.

“A lot of people can be nice,” my 24 year-old supervisor said in the office earlier. “But not a lot can be competent. Belle is not always nice, but she’s always competent.” I guess we really do learn a lot everyday.

I am in a crisis. I’m laughing and banging my arm to my forehead most of the time, but this reflection relieves me of the thought of being a nobody. I don’t believe that anybody is a nobody. I’m a quiet, could-be-having-the-greatest-time-but-would-just-be-there baby to Christine. I’m a clown to Rafa and Alo (mostly Alo). I’m a gen Z friend to Marga, Frances, Kath, Bel, and Meanne. I’m a crazy fresh grad friend and supervisor to Dawn and Maria. I’m a crazy fresh grad ex-supervisor to Ton, Danica, Pau, Emma, and Arlene. I’m a long time friend to Geco. I’m the one Anton was stuck with until eight for two slow onsite events. I’m the team member who doesn’t sit with her team, and the non-team member who sits with the team. I’m the non-coffee drinker that everyone still asks if she wanted coffee because she might change her mind. I’m the Management grad who was called dumb and agreed. I’m the one who turned down Stef’s ugly ponkans, but loved them after trying. I’m the one who wore heels in an eight-hour caravan and regretted it, but did it again for the next ones anyway. I suck at time management. I stay at the office after hours a lot and sacrifice my sleep, my gym, and my dinner. I have so little confidence. My boss is literally building it for me everyday. I don’t know my boundaries for important people. I will literally do anything without question. I think I’m pretty fucking funny. I say a word or do a thing and Alo dies on the floor, laughing.

It’s all of these things that are keeping me from 100% just blazing out. I can’t believe there was a time when I didn’t know myself. There are so many different interesting things that make up what I am, and being introduced to them through other smart minds and amazing personalities made the meet-cute so much more exciting.

I got my regularization contract two months earlier than expected. Just like most of my milestones in life, like how I normally feel, and like all of my answers to Jerome when he talked to me and to Rafa when he asks me how I am, it feels...okay.

Yes, I still know how to just do it and not feel strongly about anything, and I think that I do it very well. I fail once in a while, though, because I miss the person that I was when all I had was the glaring sun, a gym subscription, and all the time in the world. It was sloppy, wary, uncertain, and aimless, but it was also freeing, and I had the most fun connecting with myself.

Unfortunately, I have bigger responsibilities now. But as much as I hate to admit it, that is also what it makes me feel.

We’re not quite there yet, but I know I’m a little bigger than what I was. So maybe this is not such a bad thing. And maybe, quite possibly, the stumble is worth the loss and the gain.

I’m going straight to the gym on Friday. I’ll try, anyway. It’s time to gain back some muscles, feel what I miss, and accept the difference. Instead of the 2 P.M. sun, it’s going to be the 6 P.M. moon that I’ll look up at and say “fuck you” to (because I hate going, but I love being there). I will rush it for sure, because I don’t have all the time in the world anymore and I need to save time to enjoy my weekend. Life is so slow and so fast but it all changes the same. You go from one to the next, always trying to make more sense of what to feel and to be.

Maybe this is not such a bad thing. Maybe it has to be this way first before, you know, I get stronger.

I’m only 22, after all.
