The only caveat is that this will be a background project. As I got other stuff to do, but it will be done, eventually so I appreciate your patience.

Who else has this idea that, on a really stressful night; Blue waits until it's like, 9pm at night and sneaks out of his room to go to one of the bars down town- (Probably his Grillby's or the swapped version of alcoholic bars)- and he's just... Having a good bunch of drinks.

And then, when it's a Multiverse thing where he's stuck with other versions of himself; It's HARDER to sneak out, but he's able to and finds a good bar place... He's just, y'know, thinking on life and other stressful situations; Maybe he cracks his own jokes with those around him, cause they're so drunk; They'll laugh at anything... And Blue's able to be that full on gremlin and know NO ONE is going to fucking recall shit... So he lets loose a LOT more than normal.

And one of the other bone guys comes in; Lets go, Mutt; Goes right up and says; 'oi, Bluester! i didn't know ya drank... wha's yer choice o'poison, bro?'

Poor Blue is like- 'Oh shit, oh shit shit shit- No?? Why is he here!? Shitshitshit' and internally freaking out, gets back in his shell and clams up... Barely talks to Mutt in general until someone around them is trying to get Blue to tell that joke again- Where Mutt encourages to hear it.

And it just ends with Blue bonding brotherly, maybe even drinking someone under the table with his high alcohol tolerance, and for once; Blue doesn't feel like he's going to get scolded like he would is his brother showed up- Lolol.

starting over on a new account feels liberating, but also scary, but also kinda pointless...? i’ve been using tumblr since 2010 and the landscape has changed so much. post engagement is at an all time low, and besides, none of my old mutuals are still around… even if they were, i wouldn’t know how to reach out to them to tell them i have this new account.

honestly, i have no idea how to connect with people and find friends as someone who ships pretty much anything. it feels like most people ship a specific ship and don’t like its ‘rival’ ships, especially if said ships are considered “problematic.” i have a couple friends from previous fandoms who enjoy both zutara and zucest, but that’s about it.

i’m also kinda terrified to be harassed off any platform (again)??? haha… i long for the days when people actually adhered to ‘don’t like don’t read’ and respected each other’s business. i don’t like to use the terms proship or profic for myself, even though i am by definition. i just think it complicates things and solidifies my position in the ‘proship/anti’ discourse, despite me wanting nothing to do with said discourse.

i guess i feel like i will have accomplished something if i can meet just a handful of people who share my interests on here, but it’s probably a weird metric to measure ‘success’ on when that type of thing is out of my control. maybe i will feel more accomplished if i draw x amount of fanart or write x amount of fic? but then i fall into the trap of treating myself as a content-creation machine, even though i’m just a guy who likes to create things sometimes. that mindset is probably a remnant of being some form of ‘tumblr-famous’ since i was a young teen. i am still trying to undo the damage that did on my mental health lol

i suppose it doesn’t help that this is a pretty old fandom, and that its recent revival is attributed to the netflix live action, which i have very little interest in discussing. it feels a bit lonely here, is all.

i guess as long as i’m here, i’ll keep writing and drawing these self-indulgent things and keep putting them out there, without expecting any results— just a labor of the love i have for the series. it’s the best i can do for now!

that scene in tlo where thalia tells percy he can't start feeling sorry for luke bc luke made his choices. and thalia reveals that the reason they couldn't make it to camp in time for all of them to make it to camp was bc luke kept picking fights. and annabeth never saw this as wrong bc luke was her hero. so thalia had to pick up the pieces. and percy thinking both that luke was put in a cruel position and that luke was putting others in a cruel position. and percy is the only character who understood both sides of luke bc annabeth sees only the best of him and thalia sees only the worst. and that's why percy is the prophecy kid and the one who gives luke the knife. bc annabeth had spent the entire series essentially giving luke the knife when he didn't deserve it. and thalia was never going to give luke the knife. but percy is the only one who can see exactly when luke deserves the knife.

before the academic year kicks back off i wanna try and get a proper Art Routine going so I can keep up with fandom creations and art making in general while also giving my final year of studies my all!! I've realised just how much I miss being super active in the fandom space and I rly wanna come back to that, both with my art and writing :(

Doesn't he look adorable!? Idk why but I love him! (Honestly I like all of my voice designs)

I honestly had no solid idea on how to color him. Like I got the shape and general palette down, but picking exact shades took WAY too long. That is until a certain salty fish told ne He looked like a cupid/bard hybrid, so I leaned into it for my colors. He is probably the shortest voice in my version, bc I love the trope of "Tiny man with a lot of love" (probably bc my own bf is short ^^).

Minor details time!:

- what the heart lock is for? That's up to you to think about! ;)

- His lyre is to scale. Its BIG on him.

- The gems on his lyre has the color of the Sapphic flag. (Woman liker/j)

- He doesn't like his bird features, so he tries his best to hide them, except for his wings. He can say he looked like an angel with those wings.

- Similarly, that's why he covers his hands (talons are unsightly) and wears baggy clothes (so his feathers don't suffocate him).

- His pupils are a conscious choice. He needs to look conventionally attractive to the Princess. If not, then how can she love him?!

- His Princess is funnily enough the Tower (which explains his attitude)

- The yellow feather looks like a halo, and will morph depending on how he feels.

- Sing, poetry, soliloquy, he'll do anything to make the people he love happy! So be happy!
