Mumbai :- The dispute of power struggle in the state has once again reached the court. The Supreme Court had ordered that the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly should decide the disqualification of the MLAs while giving a decision on the power struggle case. But Shivsena's Thackeray faction has once again filed a petition in the court, claiming that there is a delay in taking a decision on the disqualification of MLAs. Thackeray MLA Sunil Prabhu has filed a petition in the Supreme Court regarding the disqualification of 16 Shiv Sena MLAs. Sunil Prabhu has filed a petition asking the Maharashtra Assembly Speaker to take a decision on the disqualification of MLAs at the earliest.

The dispute of power struggle has once again reached the court. Sunil Prabhu has filed this petition. Last year Eknath Shinde revolted from Shiv Sena. There was a vertical split in Shiv Sena due to Eknath Shinde's uprising. The order has been given by the Supreme Court that the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly should take a decision in this regard while giving the verdict of this case.

मुंबई महाराष्ट्र की महाविकास अघाड़ी सरकार में अनबन की चर्चा तेज है। इस बीच सत्ताधारी शिवसेना ने अपने मुखपत्र सामना के जरिए गठबंधन की साझीदार कांग्रेस पर तंज कसा है। कांग्रेस के मंत्रियों थोराट और अशोक चव्हाण के हालिया बयानों को लेकर पार्टी पर निशाना साधते हुए शिवसेना ने कहा, ‘खटिया क्यों चरमरा रही है?’ शिवसेना ने उद्धव ठाकरे सरकार के 6 महीने पूरा होने पर कहा कि कुछ लोगों को लगता था कि गठबंधन की यह सरकार एक महीने भी नहीं चल पाएगी लेकिन ऐसा नहीं हुआ और आगे भी इसकी संभावना नहीं है। पार्टी ने कहा कि कांग्रेस भी अच्छा काम कर रही है, लेकिन समय-समय पर पुरानी खटिया रह-रह कर कुरकुर की आवाज करती है। खटिया पुरानी है लेकिन इसकी एक ऐतिहासिक विरासत है। इस पुरानी खाट पर करवट बदलने वाले लोग भी बहुत हैं इसलिए यह कुरकुर महसूस होने लगी है।

‘खाट के दो ��ंत्री’ सामना के संपादकीय में शिवसेना ने कहा, ‘मुख्यमंत्री से मिलकर बात करेंगे, थोरात ने ऐसा कहा। उसी खाट पर बैठे अशोक चव्हाण ने भी ‘इंडियन एक्सप्रेस’ को एक साक्षात्कार दिया और उसी संयम से कुरकुराए कि सरकार को कोई खतरा नहीं है, लेकिन सरकार में हमारी भी बात सुनी जाए। प्रशासन के अधिकारी नौकरशाही विवाद पैदा कर रहे हैं। हम मुख्यमंत्री से ही बात करेंगे!’ पार्टी ने आगे कहा कि अब ऐसा तय हुआ है कि कुरकुर की आवाज वाली खाट के दोनों मंत्री महोदय मुख्यमंत्री से मिलकर अपनी बात कहने वाले हैं।

शिवसेना ने कहा, ‘इस खेल में पत्तों का पिसना कभी नहीं थमता इसलिए सरकार को खतरा पैदा होगा और राजभवन के दरवाजे किसी के लिए अल-सुबह फिर से खुल जाएंगे, इस भ्रम में कोई न रहे।’ कांग्रेस को आगाह करते हुए पार्टी ने कहा कि हर किसी के गले में मंत्री पद का हार है। यह नहीं भुलाया जा सकता कि इसमें शिवसेना का त्याग भी महत्वपूर्ण है। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि खाट कितनी भी क्यों न कुरकुराए, कोई चिंता न करे। बस इतना ही कहना है।
