Eliminate Your Fears And Doubts | Micro Enterprise
by Jeana D Angco, Krizia Shane Magriña, Mcrene A Mangubat, Michaella M Ongsansoy & Christian John L Secorin | September 23, 2021
"Marketing is no longer about the stuff you make, but about the stories you tell."
-Seth Godin.
If you come up with an idea of your business, for sure, there would be a story behind it- whether or not it is to do with growing a brand new product or developing your enterprise.
These are the start-up business stories:
Family sari-sari Store
Last year, June 8, the "Family sari-sari store" opened at Zone 3, Igpit, Opol, Misamis Oriental. Mrs. Shirley G. Montemayor, the store owner. She said that their biggest struggle was the thought that no one would buy because they were not close to the neighbors who were the buyers themselves. In addition to her concern, was there are also many stores in her area; she said there are 7 stores already on their corner.
At first, the income is still gradual, but they observe many children running some errands. They targeted children as their primary consumers. No one sells children's toys in their area, so that's where they started selling children's toys, candies, gummies, scramble, ukay-ukay, and other kinds of stuff. Primarily we are in a pandemic, it is difficult to go out and buy in malls. Because of this strategy, the number of buyers has increased, and they were even better known in their area.
Magriña's sari-sari store
Mrs. Maribel M. Magriña, store owner of Magriña's sari-sari store and is located at Zone 3, Población, El Salvador City Misamis Oriental. She opened the business in 2012 when she and her husband decided to build a small sari-sari store to help the expenses in the house. Everything went so smoothly at that time, but later on, the struggles occurred unexpectedly; when her husband passed away, she lost her focus in a month running the business.
The problems encountered to manage the store are:
• Limited resources
• No gain or loss of money
• Expiration and Deterioration of Products.
But she managed to solve it within a day because of her determination and perseverance to continue and raise her small business. She purchases products at Gaisano Mall in Cagayan de Oro City for our home and her store. She has to leave the house early in the morning since she needs to go home early to rest and display her products.
And when the pandemic arouses, she was frustrated because she couldn't quickly go to Cagayan de Oro since the number of cases there was getting higher. The mall limited the number of customers inside, unlike before when she could go anytime. She continues to care for her clients despite the challenges of running a sari-sari store during a pandemic. Even if it meant a profit of only a few centavos, she has not raised the pricing of vital commodities such as shampoo and soap.
"A good sari-sari business owner is not out to earn a large profit, but rather to service consumers, and I believed that God will be the one to return the favor," she said.
Alice sari-sari Store
Alice, the store owner, opened a small store located at Gumamela Extension, Carmen, CDO. She opened the business in August 2021 when she and his two sons decided to build a small sari-sari store to circulate their money to pay the expenses and debts.
The struggles they experience are:
• there are many store owners around them
• mostly from their neighbors are indebted
• and other buyers keep comparing prices
But because of their determination and perseverance, they manage to overcome these challenges in their small business. Hard work never betrays.
---
Knowing these stories makes us feel inspired. Why? Because they:
1. made their own uniqueness in opening a business.
2. strive so hard to go through challenges.
3. risked, even tho there's no guarantee.
4. don't let their guard down.
5. believes in their selves.
Having these kinds of characters makes them stronger to beat struggles. A business with an astonishing story can prevail upon its consumers and raise its business's apparent worth since it genuinely associates individuals and makes brand unwaveringness.
It doesn't matter how big or small scale your business is; as long as you're happy in what you are doing and you do not trample on anyone,
GO FOR IT!

Take Advantage of Do's and Don'ts in the Business | Read These 6 Tips
by Jeana Angco, Krizia Shane Magriña, Mcrene Mangubat, Michaella Ongsansoy & Christian John Secorin | October 14, 2021
As a business proprietor, there is an abundant number of things to learn. Follow these do's and don'ts of these business visionaries (the Family Store, Magriña Store, and Alice Store) to assist with spreading the news about your business and watch it develop.
DO give the benefit of the doubt.
If customers see that people are inherently good and honorable in all you do, they will trust you as an entrepreneur. Do not attempt to control your clients or have any kind of stowed away plans, or else feedback comes to you directly.
DO or say things without offending other people.
Be careful of how you convey where you need to show that you are a highly respected person whatever you do or say. Influential entrepreneurs don't talk just to hear themselves talk; they have the aptitude to share and realize when it's suitable to do so. They have great habits and the capacity to speak with thought and care in that you show empathy.
DO Take Risks.
Never look back or think twice about what you decide because you are doubting whether you take a risk or not. And if the intended plans are rerouted, you will really be swallowed up because you need to run the business properly. You need to decide between the two or more, and if one of these choices weighs more and you know that it will be reasonable risks, then go for it.
DON'T try to Take Your Opinion for Fact.
A lot of what you think about may truth be told be your viewpoints on the most ideal ways of doing it, not realities. Just offer these conclusions in proper settings. In case you're a coach or a visitor speaker, share away. In case you're simply utilizing it as a way of looking at all that you know in that long-staple line, don't.
DON'T Waste People's Time.
Each time you're late when a customer appears, it says your time is more significant. Wrong! When it doesn't actually make any difference, particularly when you're a pioneer, how you treat individuals says everything regarding you.
DON'T be angry if the customer has a hard time to choose.
If you have something to do and you're in a rush, the customer keeps you waiting. After all, they are having a hard time choosing because they are budgeting the cash in their hands. You opened that business means that you are willing to wait. Budgeting is not Especially when that's all the money they brought with them, it's too late for them to go home again, what if their house is far away?
---
These do's and don'ts matters a lot. As the main character of your venture, you are regularly the public substance of your organization. An entrepreneur who regards people around him and stays agreeable will consistently be seen as better than the individuals who act better than every other person. Keep yourself humble, stay grateful, and remember to face vital challenges to take your business much further. These are a few tips to help you out in exploring your direction through beginning a business. Recollect that you can't keep away from botches through and through, yet you can gain from your mix-ups and make your business flourish.

Why do influences of a Person in Building Business are a Good Idea?
by Jeana Angco, Krizia Shane Magriña, Mcrene Mangubat, Michaella Ongsansoy & Christian John Secorin | October 08, 2021
"You are the master of your destiny. You can influence, direct and control your own environment. You can make your life what you want it to be."
- Napoleon Hill
The drive to begin a business comes from the desire to return an individual touch of working together. Entrepreneurs will work straightforwardly with their customers, rather than corporate representatives who frequently connect with particular staff individuals. We are about to dig into entrepreneurs' ideas on why they engaged in business.
1. Family Store
We asked Ms. Agnes Montemayor, co-owner of the store located at Zone 3, Igpit, Opol, Misamis Oriental, about what influences her to start a sari-sari store business.
"Para may ipangtustos sa pang araw-araw na pangangailangan (To provide for daily needs)", she answered.
She added that she wants to be progressive despite the pandemic since there is also nothing to be gained if there is nothing to do in life, so she poured all the effort and time into running the store.
Getting your independent venture going is presumably one of the most troublesome difficulties you will confront, yet one of the most fulfilling.
2. Magriña's Store
What influences her, Mrs. Maribel Magriña, to build a sari-sari store business is that she wants to help her customers not pay extra transportation costs to buy some goods in the nearest marketplace. She wants to have some extra income to pay bills and support her children's needs in school.
Mrs. Magriña also presumed that although the primary purpose is to be sold to her neighborhood, her retail goods can also be part of her household inventory or daily stocks. Even though this may not sound like a good idea for a disciplined entrepreneur looking to grow a business, having readily available commodities within her reach means they don't have to go out to the supermarket also. This can save their time and transportation, especially when they have birthdays, weddings, etc.
The strength of the originator's thought may appear to be the most significant factor liable for a business' prosperity, and it's genuinely just a component of how things may end up successfully.
3. Alice Store
Mrs. Alice Secorin said that her influence on the store was because of poverty, so they also thought of how to lay down their saved money. Also, to create fair labor and products to fulfill the public needs or demands.
---
Influencing is about understanding yourself and the impact or effect you have on others. Your capacity to impact others can enable advancement, speed up deals results, and at last establish superior work for your business. Lastly, a person can change and shape the assessments of others.

This Week's Top Stories About Planning A Business
by Jeana Angco, Krizia Shane Magriña, Mcrene Mangubat, Michaella Ongsansoy & Christian John Secorin | September 29, 2021
"A big business starts small."
-Richard Branson
Starting a business is no joke. Planning it all then making it happen costs much time, effort, hard work, and money. We already knew their struggles from the previous blog and now let's perceive their techno-stories when they started planning their business.
Family sari-sari Store
Agnes G. Montemayor, co-owner of the Family Store, said that it encountered many financial problems before opening the business because of the need to be purchased for display. They thought that everything was just a plan, so they felt discouraged. But with an investment of ten thousand, they gradually filled the items in the store.
Three of the Montemayor's family members manage the store; that's why the name formed "Family." It was also a big help to have the store because the sales accumulated were spent on their daily needs.

Magriña's sari-sari store
Her, Maribel Magriña, sari-sari store in Zone 3, Población, El Salvador City, flourished because she was the only one in her area that sells candies, canned goods, snacks, seasonings, and cigarettes and are often displayed while cooking oil, salt, and sugar are usually stored in sacks or cans until one of her neighbors starts to build their sari-sari store too. What she did was to look at the merchandise of her competitors and buy what they didn't offer. She also said that when doing a big or small business, you should make it legal. It would be best to speak with your utility providers because the rates for business and residential locations vary, and having a store does not come under the residential category. She also said that you need to gather the documents that are required, like Business name registration, Mayor's/Business Permit, BIR TIN.

Alice sari-sari Store
Before having a store, all they have in mind is the small amount still owed to the bank. Instead of just using it for unnecessary things, she decided to build a store to get the investment return, and all of their family members agreed to it.
They don't have the store's official name, but they already have something in mind, "CJV Store," initials of her, Alice, son's name, since it is unique to hear and easy to remember.

The idea of planning has so much to consider because it is fundamental in case you're considering it, but at the same time, it's a significant device for set up businesses. Viable organizations are dynamic; they change and develop.
It would help if you reexamined the organization's unique marketing strategy as you put out new objectives. Exploring the marketable system can also help you see what goals have been refined, what changes should be made, and the sure new headings your organization's development should take.
Who says that your small business needs to stay small?
