The magnesium in Epsom salt is a key element for numerous bodily functions. Here are some of its health benefits:
Stress Relief: A warm bath with Epsom salt helps relax the body and mind. Magnesium is absorbed through the skin, reducing stress by promoting serotonin production.
Muscle Relaxation: Athletes and fitness enthusiasts often use Epsom salt baths to soothe sore muscles and reduce inflammation. It’s an excellent remedy for muscle cramps and joint pain.
Improved Sleep: Magnesium aids in regulating sleep patterns. A soak in Epsom salt before bed can help induce a restful night’s sleep.
Detoxification: Epsom salt baths encourage detoxification by drawing out toxins from the body through the skin.
Beauty and Skincare
Epsom salt is a popular ingredient in beauty routines due to its exfoliating and rejuvenating properties.
Skin Exfoliant: Mix Epsom salt with your cleanser to remove dead skin cells and reveal smoother skin.
Foot Soak: It helps soften rough skin, reduce odor, and relieve tired, aching feet.
Hair Care: Used as a volumizing agent, it can be mixed with conditioner to add bounce and shine to hair.
Household and Gardening Uses
Epsom salt is not just for personal care. It is equally effective in other applications:
Gardening: Rich in magnesium and sulfur, it enhances plant growth, improves flower blooming, and boosts the yield of fruits and vegetables.

Magnesium Sulphate Prices | Pricing | Trend | News | Database | Chart | Forecast
Magnesium Sulphate Prices commonly referred to as Epsom salt, plays a significant role in numerous industries due to its diverse applications, from agriculture to pharmaceuticals. In recent years, the price of magnesium sulfate has fluctuated due to a combination of factors, including global supply chain disruptions, raw material costs, and changes in demand across various sectors. Understanding these price trends is crucial for businesses and consumers alike who rely on magnesium sulfate for various applications, as it directly impacts their costs and operational efficiency.
The agricultural sector is one of the largest consumers of magnesium sulfate, where it is used as a fertilizer to correct magnesium deficiencies in soil. As agriculture remains a critical part of many economies, any changes in the price of magnesium sulfate have significant repercussions. Over the past few years, an increase in global demand for agricultural products has spurred higher usage of magnesium sulfate. Farmers and agribusinesses rely on this compound to improve crop yields, particularly in regions with magnesium-deficient soils. This increased demand has, at times, put upward pressure on prices. Furthermore, the supply of magnesium sulfate is influenced by the availability of its key raw materials, such as magnesium ores, and the production capabilities of manufacturers. Any disruption in the supply chain, whether due to environmental regulations, labor shortages, or geopolitical issues, can lead to price spikes, affecting the entire agricultural value chain.
Pharmaceutical and healthcare industries represent another key market for magnesium sulfate. In medical settings, magnesium sulfate is used to treat various conditions, including preeclampsia, eclampsia, and magnesium deficiencies. Its role in healthcare ensures that there is a consistent demand for high-quality pharmaceutical-grade magnesium sulfate. As healthcare systems around the world continue to expand and as the global population ages, the demand for medications and treatments involving magnesium sulfate is expected to rise. However, the price of pharmaceutical-grade magnesium sulfate is often higher compared to industrial grades, reflecting the rigorous quality standards and purity requirements. The cost of production, regulatory compliance, and quality control processes all contribute to the overall pricing structure within the pharmaceutical sector. Therefore, even minor shifts in the supply of raw materials or production costs can have a notable impact on market prices.

Another factor influencing magnesium sulfate prices is the environmental and regulatory landscape. With increasing global focus on sustainability and environmental protection, industries are facing stricter regulations regarding mining practices and chemical manufacturing processes. The extraction of magnesium from natural resources, such as seawater or mineral deposits, can be environmentally intensive, leading to regulatory scrutiny. Compliance with these regulations often results in higher operational costs for producers, which are subsequently passed on to consumers in the form of higher prices. Additionally, the adoption of greener technologies and sustainable practices, while beneficial in the long run, may involve significant upfront investments, further affecting price trends in the short term.
On a global scale, trade policies and tariffs also play a role in shaping magnesium sulfate prices. Countries that are major producers or consumers of magnesium sulfate are often influenced by international trade agreements, tariffs, and import-export regulations. For instance, any imposition of tariffs on magnesium sulfate imports can lead to higher prices in the affected regions. Conversely, trade agreements that facilitate the free flow of goods can help stabilize prices by ensuring a steady supply of raw materials and finished products. Additionally, fluctuations in currency exchange rates can impact the price of magnesium sulfate in international markets, particularly for countries that rely on imports to meet their domestic demand.
Technological advancements in the production of magnesium sulfate have the potential to influence future price trends as well. Innovations in extraction and processing methods can lead to more efficient and cost-effective production, ultimately reducing prices. For example, advancements in refining techniques or the discovery of new magnesium-rich deposits could significantly lower the cost of raw materials, benefiting industries and consumers alike. However, the pace of technological adoption varies across regions and industries, meaning that any cost savings may take time to materialize on a global scale.

Could you extend on the fat/water for fuel thing you said while fasting please?? Also, some tips? Like you've done this for such a long time it's so impressive
I'm not 100% sure what you're referring to. I'm assuming you're asking about what your body requires to function while still fasting. I'll go into a lot of detail regarding this since I feel like it's important. First of all I'd like to preface this by stating that everyone is different. Some people have deficiencies or immune issues or blood pressure.. the list goes on issues. Before even considering a fast, know your body and it's requirements. I would hate for someone to read anything I write and take my word for it and do something that harms them. I couldn't live that, so please do your research. Regarding what your body needs; if you're already a very thin person, don't fast. You have to understand that when you're eating, your body is burning calories for fuel. When you're not eating, it switches to burning fat. This is ketosis. A lot of the goal of a ketogenic diet is to switch the body over to burning fat for fuel. This is the biggest reason for why people have a really goddamn hard time the first few days of fasting or even starting keto. What people refer to as "keto-flu." It's your body protesting against your switching over to burning fat, when burning calories is so much easier and it's instant energy. Burning fat is a lot more work. So, if you're already thin, your body won't have much fat to burn through. What your body will do instead if burn through muscle and organ tissue. You REALLY do not want that. Bear in mind that even if you have fat deposits, muscle loss is likely to occur anyway, as your body may burn through muscle it thinks you don't necessarily have use for. If you go past a 36h fast, autophagy also begins to occur where your body starts to heal itself. I personally love this and have healed my acne scars through this. I had really bad acne scars and now I have maybe a couple I can see if I look reaaally closely. Putting that aside. You need hydration A LOT of water, and you need fasting minerals (electrolytes). These are mainly sodium, magnesium, and potassium. Now I personally just make snake juice at home, because I like control over what I put inside myself. Water=2L | Potassium chloride =1 tsp | Sodium chloride = 1/2 tsp | Sodium Bicarbonate = 1 tsp Magnesium Sulphate = 1/2 tsp Now it's up to a person to know how long they can fast and how long they should fast, however if you're planning an extended fast. I cannot stress enough to get a general check-up, get professional help during your fast if you can, and monitor your blood pressure and blood sugar levels. Some things I experienced through my many fasts has been throwing up by the way. Usually around day 7-14. I was able to fix this with a mixture of a table spoon of apple cider vinegar and pickle juice. I couldn't drink snake juice anymore, because it was too concentrated it made me feel ill. However the pickle juice had enough minerals to keep me satiated without being overwhelming and the apple cider vinegar balanced me out. No these do not break the fast. This is medically proven to aid with fasting, I didn't just come up with this btw. Also you may find yourself bloated with water as you lose weight and your body decides that it wants to fill the fat you lost with water. Potassium supplements can help with this. Just be careful with your dosage. Little goes a long way. You will pee A LOT. This is normal. You'll pee a lot in the beginning of your fast, as you drop water weight, especially when you got to bed. It slows down towards the middle when your body starts packing on the water. Potassium makes you start the hose again though. Anyway I hope this helps some people, gives some insight. Be careful. Take care of your bodies. Don't be stupid. I can do stupid things, but I try to be a self-aware and well informed idiot. That way I don't have anyone but myself to blame, because I know better.

I stole borrowed an absolute ANCIENT biology book from my dad lmao, too bad it’s in French tho :(
What in the fuck-
Where did your dad even get that?
ps. According to google translate lens. This is what it's garnered:
to establish for the form are also numerous for the volume. The latter can vary in quite large proportions, and, while we find very many nodules on the same subject, they do not generally exceed the volume of a pinhead or a grain of hemp. When, on the contrary, they are isolated, they can reach the volume of a hazelnut, be very apparent under the skin; but it is very rare that they reach these proportions. The most frequent cases are those where the encounter of the dimension of a grain of wheat.
on Number. It is essentially laughable; often we have found only two or three on each leg of the subject examined; sometimes, but more rarely, we have found only one; other times, it was a veritable colony of very small grains rolling under the finger like grains of lead. Chemical composition. From a chemical point of view, these nodules all contain carbonate of lime. In some of them, the presence of calcareous phosphate is beyond doubt. Hydrochloric acid, when poured on one of these pulverized nodules, causes a lively effervescence. A solution is then obtained
true, we have by dense fubrous, lamellae, isolated spaces, flat- tis, oblong, bone lacunae or osteoplasts, which, extended with water and treated with ammonium oxalate, gives a precipitate of lime oxalate. This same liquid, treated with ammonium sulphate, gnesis and ammonia, gives a white gelatinous precipitate of ammonium-magnesium phosphate. Histological characteristics. All the nodules that we submitted to microscopic examination remained for about 60 hours in one-third formic acid, to be decalcified and then immersed in 90º alcohol for 24 hours. The sections that were made on these nodules were always perpendicular to their major axis, because their shape is more often elongated or oval than round.
business anastomosed between them by canaliculi which put them in communication. This preparation of ossified nodules gives rise to many disappointments. Indeed, depending on the degree of hardening of the nodules, the shell which surrounds them is more or less eburned. Now, formic acid acts slowly in decalcification when the bone is eburned, so that after three days this shell is still very hard and sometimes chips the razor. On the other hand, very often this shell does not completely surround the nodule, and formic acid, penetrating easily inside, destroys almost the entire central part and especially what is adipose. It is understandable that it was difficult to have the appearance of the shell and the cavity of the nodule on the same preparation: it was only after numerous failures that we were able to note the drawing of a section of these bone nodules, an absolutely typical drawing, and which, showing fatty vesicles in the center, leaves no doubt as to the origin of these nodules (figure 1).
Fig. 4. Third stage of calcification.
All around we see a large cortical layer, entirely eburnated and stratified with scattered and rather rare bony corpuscles. In all this compact substance we see no trace of vessels. What is striking is the concentric arrangement of the lamellae and the irregularly distributed corpuscles. In the center, we see a rounded and sinuous cavity, containing fatty vesicles with walls thickened by a calcareous deposit. In other cases, the nodules are not due
In real bone we were able to follow, so to speak, the phases of development and calcareous transformation. We make a detailed historical description of it, in order to clearly show the process of this transformation.
Have fun with that hell segment. I don't even know if it's right.
