Recovering stolen pets.

Expensive purebred cats and dogs are often the targets of theft. However, a pet that expensive would probably be insured, so the loss is likely to be covered and the authorities are going to be more interested in tracking down the thief, and then there's the issue of determining the animal was stolen and not simply lost in the first place. Or it could be written off as a domestic issue and not a criminal one. Basically, unless there's a microchip, folks may be shit out of luck.

I am a little ashamed that this one was in progress for so long and I have only three pages to show for it, but I got so burned out with it that I just thought, "Damn, I'm done." So sadly I'm wrapping up Road Trip as a slice-of-life brief.

I bit off a little more than I could chew and found out I have zero interest in drawing vehicles the hard way. Still, I'm happy with how Shimura's motorcycle turned out.
