B.B. King
The blues was bleeding the same blood as me. The blues didn't have to explain the mystery of pain that I felt;
it was there in the songs and voices of singers like Lonnie Johnson and Blind Lemon Jefferson, in the cries of their guitars.”

CMT Hot 20 Presents Let Freedom Sing!
So today on the MSR (Midnight Star Review), I would like to talk about the latest edition of Let freedom sing! The show was by CMT (Country Music Television) and hosted by Cody Alan. And the performer was Brad Paisley playing his hits. The show took place on CMT and was on Tuesday July 4th, 2023 and was on at 10pm EST (Eastern Standard Time). So let see what Brad played for us on this special night.
Set list. So many Summers. The love boat. Water. Jerry Douglas, & Dan Tyminski played "Man of constant sorrow". This is Country Music. American Saturday night. Celebrity Whiskey lullaby with Kelleigh Bannen. Let the good times roll (Tribute to B.B. King). Mud on tires. Alcohol.
And that's a wrap for this special performance. And on the MSR (Midnight Star Review), I would give this show a 3 out of 5 stars. My biggest complaint about these concerts are they only 1 hour long. Brad has a lot of hits, and he did deserve more time. It was good to go down memory lane with Brad's hits. Thanks for taking the time to read this review. See ya all next time.

Initials B.B., Serge Gainsbourg (1968)
People tend to talk of Serge Gainsbourg almost purely as a sort of musical adventurer or dilettante, but too many overlook just how fun so much of his music was. And often that cheekiness and jokiness is in itself very adventurous and rebellious – like Initials B.B., which blended whacky samples and massive orchestration with Gainsbourg’s sharp delivery and lyrics that are, to be frank, pretty much entirely about sex, but which also fizzles with mischievous energy.
Pick: ‘Bonnie and Clyde’
