Nazi Torture Tactics being used in the Campaign of Terrorism directed at me for 5 years and 9 months including GASSING.  This is usually carried out by someone walking past me with a backpack and I would notice it about 45 seconds later.  Sometimes something is  hidden in a nearby garbage can or a potted plant and there is a small narrow stream of gas coming out of it.  There were times that it made me very tired for 3-4 hours and other times made me feel very sick.

They have also used SLEEP DEPRIVATION many times including last night, NOISE TORTURE, bombarding a person with spoken dialogue to hog their attention over an extended period of time usually delivered thru hidden speakers nearby or in a/c vent in car including while they are driving which is very distracting and dangerous to that driver and others on the road near him.  In addition, they will use PSYCHOLOGICAL TORTURE usually with a musical background and at a low volume and at some point pick up the pace to try to incite anxiety, infuriate.

I HAVE BEEN GETTING BOMBARDED BY DIALOGUE MOSTLY THRU HIDDEN SPEAKERS NEARBY,  THE ABUSERS HAVE INTENSIFIED THEIR CAMPIGN AND ARE LITERALLY KILLING ME AS THEY THREATENED TO DO MOSTLY BY ENGAGING IN SLEEP DEPRIVATION ALONG WITH OTHER METHODS TO PREVENT ME FROM GETTING ANY OR MUCH SLEEP.

AS I SEE IT ELLA OLIVIERI FELCHER IS REALLY THE ONE PUSHING THIS CAMPAIGN DIRECTED AT ME.  ANYTIME ONE OF HER KIDS NAME IS BROUGHT UP BY SOMEONE SHE  GOES BALLISTIC.

I THINK THEY ARE VERY CLOSE RIGHT NOW TO CAUSING MY DEATH.  THE POLICE IN JACKSONVILLE HAVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING TO STOP THIS ABUSE AND DEATH THREATS.

This is basically my impression of Ella.  I think she is an animal abuser and torturer.  I feel strongly that she is the one who ordered the killing of my beloved dog Bentley an 11 year old Lab who died two days after I started this blog and think that he was really killed by wrapping electricity around his head or something like that.  I think she is involved in psychological torture and the killing of innocent people and pets.  I think they are doing something with directed energy, electrochem, remote neural monitoring and somehow spying on people.  I have seen chemicals released into the air many times around me.  I think Pepto Bismol and a can of Raid are a must.
