I actually tend to lean to hard shell eggs, the idea of soft jelly like eggs didn't really occur to me when I started liking oviposition. I remember the first oviposition fanfic I read was a Dragon Morax fanfic where he laid eggs in u and it described them as big hard eggs so I just went along with it- and here I am now.

Idk I just feel like the texture makes your belly feel more fragile and restrains you from moving too much. But the jelly like ones where you feel them move also have their charm. So I actually prefer both :)

YESYES HARD SHELL IS ALSO GOOD FOR THIS EXACT REASON!!!! i think personally i have a preference for the jelly ones because the idea of being able to feel something moving and squirming in you is so mmmffffff but ofc i love all eggs. egg <3

you’re sooooo much more vulnerable and fragile with a clutch of hard eggs in your belly than jelly ones for sure… they also feel much heavier than jelly eggs do so you’re out of commission for most of the day, heavy belly weighing you down and keeping you glued right to your bed/chair/couch bc the effort of carrying your belly is just too daunting sometimes. you have to be extra careful with them since the firm shells don’t have the same elasticity and bounce as jelly eggs do, so you move so much more slowly and carefully than before to avoid bumping your belly against anything or running into anything. constantly having your hands on your belly while you’re walking to try and keep ‘em safe… this is weird of me i’m weird but i loooove when an eggpreg belly is just so full you can see all the little bumps thru the skin of where the eggs are and i feel like that’s much more pronounced with hard eggs than the jelly ones. very sexy stuff
