A friend and I were farming Xeno’jiiva the other day. He was talking about how cool it is, and how he hopes we can fight an adult version in future games, and I was just sitting there like:

I love, love, LOVE this set. It's the Demonlord Alpha + Armor from Monster Hunter World. I love the idea of this being a look for Ishi in a Vampire/Monster AU. It's sexy, it's spooky, it's got the horns, and it's not noticeable here, but in game it has little bats that fly around the boa and it's super cute.

In my head “chumby” has come to mean something entirely different than “chubby” like, my mental image of the word has this as its reference:

Mentally I focus on the fact that even tho the Deviljho is round, it’s still firm, it’s powerful. So “chumby” has come to mean “large but dense” rather than just a misspelled version of “chubby” which i think of as softer and more cuddly. Adding the ‘m’ also conveys this same distinction for other words in my head, with “flumfy” meaning “soft but with dense fur” in my head.
