Okay Cat Stan idea but it’s during the period of time where Ford is holding Stan’s car and Carla’s there.

HOWEVER

Someone new strolls into town Jimmy Snakes.

Now idk if you know Jimmy Snakes, but he’s a deleted character who was a supposed to be like a guy from Stan’s past and was going to be a rival for Stan.

Many people use Jimmy as some sort of ex Stan and well you go with that but in this idea I’m aiming for the he’s a guy from Stan’s past who was hired to track Stanley back down and take back to a gang.

Or maybe Jimmy’s the gang leader himself (of a motorcycle gang) and knows Stan isn’t dead.

Now the reason I bring up Jimmy is because he was said to be like an off brand Ghostrider. And guess what Ghostrider can do? SEE INTO SOULS!!

So for this idea Jimmy comes into town, coming to locate Stan and immediately sees into Nikola’s soul and makes the connection that cat is Stan.

He goes up to Ford trying to claim that the cat that Ford found is his cat, and thanks Ford for taking care of his “cat” and would like if he could return it to him.

Stan is internally being like: NO FORD DO NOT LET THIS GUY TAKE ME— HES NOT A GOOD GUY

And Ford doesn’t want to give up Nikola.

So Jimmy is forced to stay in Gravity falls and forced to do shenanigans to try to kidnap Stan.

That's a super fun idea!

I know of Jimmy snakes, as a concept more than anything, and although I do enjoy reading bitter exes Stan and Jimmy, I personally won't right it. Just because I don't write it in general, romantic relationships confuse me.

Jimmy rolls into town, looking for Stan, for nefarious reasons. Maybe Stan made a deal and dipped, not realizing how serious it was? And technically owes his soul to be bound in off brand ghostrider servitude? Or he's actually low on the list of criminals Jimmy's hunting, but he saw the name and recognized it? Or he was supposed to die, and Jimmy did instead and cheated death by becoming ghostrider knock off, and is hunting him down to make it even?

Whatever the reason, it's not good and Stan wants no part of it. He thought he was safe because of the curse, but because of Jimmy's ghost eyes he can see Stan's soul under all the cat stuff. Jimmy doesn't want to get this weird knock of Stan involved, so he tries convincing Ford that Stan's actually his cat.

Ford doesn't believe a word of it, because he both loves his cat, and can see that his cat wants nothing to do with Jimmy. Even if Jimmy was telling the truth, he was obviously a terrible owner.

Cue shenanigans as Jimmy tries to separate them, and it becomes increasingly obvious that Stan is glued to Fords shoulders. Now Jimmy has to try and play nice with the guy to get close, or break into his house and kidnap Stan directly.

Ford hates this guy who keeps trying to talk with him. Jimmy low key then high key becomes miffed he can't charm knock off Stan, and now he's just trying to get Ford to like him on any level. He's forgotten about Stan almost, except that Stan is always there, hissing at him and ruining his and Fords chances to become buds. Stan can't figure out what Jimmy's deal is, because Jimmy doesn't know what he's doing either.

"God's Favourite" because it's based off a track name and because of me trying to emulate religious imagery

Setting sun doubles as a halo because he thinks of himself so heroically (a tortured saint, even)

Biblically accurate angel eyes was honestly a coincidence: it started only with the 4 eyes on top and the ID cards were supposed to have faces, but I might as well really push the religious imagery and turn them into eyes (also less work lol)

"Michael, shut the hell up. You actin' like you don't be outside all day and night with Ju and 'em," I snapped.

He stuck his tongue out at me in response. I hated when my mama made me bring him along. I be wanting to be free and he be cramping my style with his whining ass. Like I was 18 and 3/4, I ain't need this brat following me around like he was my child.

"Nye, what you want? She ain't got the usual but she got other stuff," Kiyah yelled down the hallway.

We was at Ms. D house. She was the candy lady in our projects.

"Just get me some chips and a pop," I responded, hanging over the stair rail.

"And what about me?" Michael questioned.

I just looked at him.

"Kiyah, get this beggar some chips. The off brand."

"You a hoe for 'dat," he insulted.

I shrugged, "Just like ya 'ole daddy."

He rolled his eyes before taking a seat on one of the steps. I was rethinking my whole day because I refused to have this negro with me. Kiyah and I was tryna to slide to this rec party tonight. We had heard that everybody was supposed to be coming through. I couldn't miss that. Not the first big party of the summer.

I had to ditch Michael. As we waited for Kiyah to return with our snacks I started to hatch a masterplan.

"Here y'all go. Ms. D always trippin' thinking somebody stealing," Kiyah complained.

I side-eyed her, "Was you stealing you though?"

Kiyah was a thief. A good one at that. So I couldn't even blame Ms. D for that one. I'd watch her ass too.

"Damn! You know I ain't even on that type of shit. My probation officer said I got one mo' chance," she pleaded, holding up one acrylic adorned finger.

"She lying," Michael contested.

I laughed as Kiyah slapped him upside the head.

"Mind ya broke business!"

"You broke too," he whined, rubbing the side of his head.

I was tickled. Michael never held his tongue. His bad ass was gon' speak whatever was on his mind. Our mama, Toy, had raised us like that. Silence fell over the three of us as we ate our snacks.

"That party gon' be dope, Nye. I just know it. Like all the fine niggas gon' be there," Kiyah said after a while.

"Hell yeah. I know the Prada Bois be throwing hella nice parties," I agreed.

The Prada Bois was a gang that ran our projects. There wasn't nothing going on that didn't go through them first. You couldn't even fight without their permission.

The Prada Bois was also known as the deadly bois because they wasn't afraid to kill. Spillin' blood was how they got down.

However, crazy they got some of them was cool dudes. They would look out if somebody was behind on rent or didn't have no food. They was gangsta angels to a lot of people.

"Y'all not going to 'dat shit. Y'all not cool like that with them," Michael spat.

Kiyah and I both looked him at like he was crazy.

"Shut yo ass up. We was invited but we gotta watch yo scary ass. 'Ole afraid of the dark ass nigga," Kiyah shot back.

And like that they was at it again. You would think that they was siblings as well with they way they argued.

"Y'all chill. Damn! It's too hot for all that," I intervened, irritated with the back and forth.

Michael flipped Kiyah the bird before going back to his chips.

"We going to that party. I'ma make sure of that," I announced.

Michael was about to go spend the night with our granny. I just had to bribe his little ass.

"How you gon' do 'dat? Prada Bois ain't gon' let you in there with me around," Michael smirked.

I smiled back, "You not gon' be around. You staying with Granny till we get back."

He was already shaking his head in disagreement. Our granny was cool but she was always watching the same boring ass shows or playing Spades with her friends. I knew why he didn't wanna go but I was about to offer him something I knew he wasn't gon' refuse.

"Nye, you crazy. This heat done cooked ya brain. I ain't going over 'dere," he replied, standing up.

I pulled out two folded 20 dollar bills out my bra. This was the last of my savings which I was gon' spend on a fly outfit. However, I can't be fly with nowhere to go. Priorities.

"Here. 40 dollas. You ain't use to that kind of money youngin'. Go chill with Granny for a few hours and keep ya mouth shut about where I went," I specified as I held out the money.

Michael eyed me then the outstretched money. I could see him thinking it over. When he grabbed it all I could do was smile.

"Don't think this shit gon' work all the time. You lucky I got shit to do," he sassed.

I waved him off. He was always on that bullshit.

"You ain't got shit to do nigga," Kiyah snapped.

"You just mad 'cause ya grown ass broke," he taunted, waving the two bills in her face.

She snatched them and took off running down the stairs. He chased after her.

All I heard was, "Kiyah, bring yo broke ass back here with my shit."

I chuckled as I leaned back against the stairs. My mind swiftly shifted to my next issue; my outfit. What the hell was I gon' wear now? Like always, I was gon' figure something out.

It's been a day now, here's my thoughts/predictions on the Wild Life teams

The Sub One Club (Grian, Skizz, Mumbo) - these idiots were easily the most fun team this session with their antics. Skizz is saying he wants to be mean again, which, considering how that went in last life probably won't end well for him. I'm excited to see where this goes.

The Drama Club (Impulse, Cleo, Scott, Pearl) - oh, the fanfic writers bloody love this one, don't they? Three Gs was one of my favourite teams, and I'm an Impulse fan, so this is fun for me. Expect Impulse to at least get top three this season. Pearl and Scott are definitely killing themselves in the final session.

The Fast And The Furious (Gem, Joel) - like Scott said, either a really scary team or a shakesperian comedy in waiting. If Gem can stop Joel from charging into a mess he made headfirst, then both of them have a pretty good chance at winning. Hopefully, Joel's tradition of hating Scott for no reason prevents an alliance from forming, or else the server is doomed.

The Blind Trio (Bdubbs, Etho, Tango) - it's bet minus skizz! Expect a joke about that next session. Either this team will be a soap opera or skit show. Who knows. One of these fools will die to their own stupidity.

Swol Patrol (Ren, Martyn) - Ren is back and has already teamed up with Martyn because, of course, he has. Expect most of the angsty moments to come from these fools. Most of the shippy ones, too. Martyn will kill Ren at least once, for old times' sake.

The Bam Gang (Jimmy, Lizzie, Scar) - these idiots are so dead! Maybe, I do have some faith in Jimmy not being first out... maybe like third. Scar was also pretty scary last season so maybe they do have a shot. Murder theme park is a pretty fun goal.

Will say tho, the last time Scar started making reputation boards with his bird themed ally who made enemy's with Ren and Martyn, it didn't end well. Am I saying that we will see another 3rd life style two faction war? Im not not saying that.

Oh there's also bigb. He's probably gonna join Swol Patrol or Plus 1 Club. Probably eont move in but will pull a secret life and alternate between their and his bases. Also love that he is still committing to being an erie freak for no reason.

Wild Kratts Headcanons

genuinely have no clue if this fandom is dead or not but I’ve fallen down a rabbit hole and it isn’t stopping. So anyway here we go! All of my hc’s are strictly platonic, Krattcest shippers back away rn 🤺. This is the 2D characters and not referring to the actual people! I know the characters are basically them but this is specifically for the cartoon. they’re all headcanons I either liked or had myself.

-Being as close as they are, Martin and Chris are very physically affectionate with one another (and with the Tortuga crew at times, but mostly the bros). They’re always giving each other hugs or leaning on the others shoulder, or Chris just straight up climbs onto Martin’s back/shoulders.

-With their friends, the boys are always giving them hugs, small shoulder touches, things like that. It’s their natural way of interacting with the people they care about.

-The Kratts have been found sleeping in trees various times (mainly Chris). At this point nobody questions it though they do get worried about him falling out and getting hurt.

-The Kratt Bros are also sometimes found sleeping in the same hammock, whether it’s in the Tortuga or hung up on a tree branch. They usually do this when the other has a nightmare or after partially tough missions (I.E:Flight of The Pollinators, Platypus Cafe, plus other episodes but these are the ones I heard about most and I haven’t gotten to watching too much of the show again yet). Touch is their love language and sometimes they need this to remind themselves the other is okay.

-Chris climbs basically everything. He loves climbing and if you took him to a rock wall climbing gym he’d have a field day. You can find him in the oddest places on the Tortuga.

-Aviva isn’t the most touchy person but will give hugs out of gratitude/happiness.

-The brothers share a single braincell. That is all.

-Jimmy has a very close relationship to his grandmother and was raised by her; which is why he knows all of her recipes.

-Aviva is like a mom friend. Not in the sense she’s motherly but in the sense she has to babysit two hyperactive brothers who are constantly running around/getting in trouble and breaking things.

-Martin can carry Chris no problem (on his back, shoulders or bridal style), but Chris cannot carry Martin on his back/shoulders for long. Though he can hold him bridal style (as we have seen.)

-The bros are huge nerds. If you ask them about animals they will talk for HOURS about them.

-Koki is downright fabulous and can rock anything. Don’t @ me.

-Martin has ADHD and Chris has autism. Martin fidgets, gets distracted easily, and can act impulsively (though reels Chris in when Chris is the one being impulsive). He tends to run off during creature adventures. He has combined presentation ADHD and Martin also has a tendency to forget to charge his creature pod.

-As for Chris, he has autism. He doesn’t recognize social cues and corrects people when he thinks they’re wrong about something, and doesn’t realize when they’re annoyed with him for it. He also can be pretty blunt. And he has to keep things organized, such as how he organized all of his creature disks and hates them being moved out of place.

-Chris, out of everyone, cusses the most. He doesn’t around the Wild Kratt Kids but he will when with the crew/his brother. He has definitely called Zach a motherf*cker and Aviva and Martin found it hilarious.

-The Tortuga Gang have frequent movie nights, but they will never watch a movie where an animal dies with the brothers. They WILL cry.

-After the Tazzy Incident, Chris still has some Tazzy traits. Mostly just sharper canines but also more sensitive senses. He can’t hear, smell and see are well as he could when in tazzy form but it’s definitely increased from normal. His eyes also do that thing cat eyes do when they’re in the dark and the light hits them. Has 100% given Martin heart attacks and absolutely has used it to mess with Zach.

-he also finds this convenient, anytime he wants a kiss from you he can easily press his lips to yours and watch you get so giddy.. but like Kenny And Stan.. he smells like cigarettes mf is always smoking and no matter how many times you tell him to stop.. he doesn’t. Oops. So your cuddles are always filled with your nostrils being abused by the smell of cigarettes.

-he’s pretty quiet when cuddling, he’ll usually have some video on in the background and if not a video then he’s passed out. When he’s awake, he’s lazily rubbing his nose against yours, chewing at his bottom lip occasionally while he searches your face.

-“ you look.. so pretty/handsome..” “Craig tucker, shut up” he chuckles whilst watching you cover your face in embarrassment, he’s quick to grab your hands and place them around his waist and nuzzle his face closer.

-he can be a bit kissy, like I said he’s a big baby so he’s most likely all over you, he’s grabbing your hands to put them in his hair, his lips are all over your chin, lips, cheeks. He’s just a sleepy cuddly man. He’s also quite the fucking cry baby, so when you’re angry at him and he can’t fucking take it anymore he’ll come to your place teary eyed and you’re immediately up in your room with him cuddled close to you, face and chest as he sniffles “I’m sorry baby..”

-lay on him. He’s letting you do it because he doesn’t wanna get up for hours on end. He’d lay there with you for an eternity and more. He likes having your head on his chest while he rubs your back. You’ll be curled up in his blanket while he closes his eyes and hums gently

-he likes to tell you silly jokes, even if some may not be funny you still find a way to laugh at how silly he’s being. He looks at you for a moment to make sure your laughing before laying his head back on his pillow and smiling.

-a part of him hates that his legs just don’t work.. because he’d be curled up all around you, legs wrapped in yours but he’s more then happy to have you lay on him and do it for him.

-he’s a nervous baby, so Initially he won’t start the cuddling first, he waits for you. He thinks too much about where to place his hands where to place his head, where to place his body. He doesn’t want you to be uncomfortable.

- but when he does get close and cuddly he’ll let you snuggle close, he’ll open his arms and let you wiggle in to be the little spoon.

-surprisingly he’s usually the big spoon. He enjoys being able to curl against your form, his nose buried deep into your hair to breathe you in, you relax him more then you’ll ever know. His shaky hands are pressed to you and not roaming but feeling you as he slowly closes his eyes, hands gripped onto you and he curls to match the form your body is in. He usually ends up falling asleep. You’re his safe space and you’re cuddles are just too fucking good he can’t help himself but to close his eyes and drift into a sleep he told himself not to.

-he does. But he does listening to the hum of your voice to the sweet nothings you whisper to him to relax him.

“Do- do you think the underpants gnomes will.. ever come back?” He says some weird things sometimes. “What’s happens if the world explodes while we’re asleep we won’t even know! We wouldn’t have been able to do what we would have wanted to do before it exploded!” You only shake your head against the pillow and snuggle closer to his chest as he laid on his side “shh tweak, nothings gonna happen relax my love” he breathes in deeply with you before breathing back out and hiding his face in your hair.

-he’s got two ways of cuddling. He lays on his back whilst he has you at his side, legs sprawled over his own legs as you lay over his arm, the arm what wraps you up and pulls you in. He’s usually in a tired mood when he cuddles like this.

-he makes sure you’re comfortable, pressing a few kisses here and there to your forehead to allow you to feel at ease. If you ever stay the night with him and you guys end up cuddling together talking about his latest campaign he’s been doing with his friends, asking your opinion on wether or not he should do something next for it, sometimes he’ll even read to you, anything you want and he’ll do it until your passed out on him. He pulls the blanket up to your shoulders and tell you “sweet dreams” as he drifts off into his own sleep. He’s such a gentleman.

-His other form of cuddling? He literally just lays his head on your ass. He only does this when you both are just hanging out, he’s most likely scrolling on TikTok making you break your back just to look at something he finds so funny. It’s also the other way around. You could be playing a game on your phone and when you see Tolkien laying on his stomach you head is on his ass IMMEDIATELY. “Baby it can’t be that comfy.” “Tolkien babe, have you seen your ass not only is it good looking but it’s so comfortable” he laughs softly and goes back to watching his TikTok’s while he listens to you okay on your phone.

- Curly is the head honcho (I kinda imagine a reverse-Curly? Mean Curly, come into my apartment there's something we need to do-). He's the one making deals, making plans, making friends, making enemies.

-Curly's mom was in a biker gang when she met her husband and father of her child, the local sheriff :) She gets him involved in her antics, baby happens, and suddenly she is on the run from her sheriff boyfriend and has to run away. She steals and cheats to get by, and somehow makes a name for herself in the local crime circles. She's hitting all of their spots (stealing from a jewelry store before a big heist they had planned. She just wants to pawn the necklace for some cash and get a hotel room for that night, but she's essentially ruined the heist this group has had planned for months), raising suspicion before anyone can get there to do what they've planned to, etc

-Curly is known for being ruthless. Apathetic to other's causes and only does what needs doing for his people.

-UH I have many thoughts rn so I'll probably make Curly's parents a whole different post if people want more of this

- Daisuke is brought in when he's caught trying to steal some of their stash. He gets halfway down to street before they notice and even has time to buckle his seat belt before Curly, Jimmy, and Anya catch up to him (Swansea watches cameras). Curly, not usually impressed by this sort of thing, surprises everyone when he says as 'punishment' he's having Daisuke join up with them (idk man, but think about that kind of trope)

-Curly simply notices that Daisuke is living out of the van he's using to get away and suddenly his late mother is looking him in the eyes, terrified of what she's done and could be doing for the rest of her life. No direction, no support, no one but herself. And that's the only reason Daisuke 'got away' with it (Curly defo makes him make it up to them. Because of the skill Dai showed when he almost pulled-off stealing from them, Dai is point on their next job and remains that way until he makes back what he was planning to steal)

- Anya is the sniper/lookout on jobs. Everyone has basic medical knowledge but only she has studied up on how to treat serious wounds. She used to be a nurse until student-loan debt crushed her so hard she was forced to turn to a life of crime (here's the capitalist agenda plot point!)

-Curly and Anya often get into spats because she wants more action like he's suddenly giving the new guy and he doesn't want to risk their only 'medic' getting in more danger than necessary ("then train everyone else up! What the fuck do you think will happen to me if I am hurt?" "Anya you literally went to medical school, what the fuck do you think will happen when the only medical professional on our side goes down.")

- Swansea is demolition and scout. He used to be point on operations, taking the lead in his hay-day, but nowadays if he's even brought on any jobs, he's usually the one taking out walls and giving directions over comms (if destruction is needed, which is rarely is.)

-Swansea is actually a family friend of Curly's, having been there for that boys birth and given the opportunity to baby-sit often (key-word is offered. lmao). He's the only one left over from his original crew, and Curly is technically just the new head of Swansea's operation.

- Jimmy is the distraction and hates it. He wants to be part of the action, part of the decision making, part of everything. But Curly keeps him as a tool and likes seeing Jimmy beg for more opportunities :)

-Jimmy was low-key brought on the same way Daisuke was, so it stings a little when he's no longer special having joined by Curly being so impressed by attempting to steal

Branzy is so hard to put down into words sometimes because he's genuinely many things all at once: he's impulsive but plans are important to him, he's cunning but SO damn stupid, so harmless yet one of the most dangerous people I've ever seen /vpos /aff, he's kooky and charming and fun yet knows how to be intimidating if he so wishes to be, yet he's also SO pathetic wet cat man coded that it becomes IMPOSSIBLE to be scared of him,,,,,,,, GOD "I'm cut from a different kind of meat" you are, Branzycraft, you really are,,,,,

"More than you can chew, hard to swallow me" this is all about being more than people can take, more than people can understand, more and more and more and more. And honeslty he is: he's hard to put into words because his personality pulls him in all different directions and shapes, he's bigger than he lets on, more all-encompassing and somehow formless in how difficult he can be to pin down and describe — I like to think, if Branzy were ever to sing this (a demon boy can only dream sometimes,,,,,,,,), I imagine he would sound SO cheeky and teasing, kinda smug yet chill. I also love the combo of bit off more than you can chew and hard to swallow pills sounding like that

PERFECT for the line idk idc I won't take any criticisms on this point <333

"How can I commit to reality, when my third eye's open and I like what I see?" using the third eye imagery here makes the line be about how Will Wood's imagination is so interesting that nothing real can compete, and thus he just. doesn't commit to any of it — Branzy goes by whatever he fancies that very moment, almost like he lives his own fantasy as he goes about life and honestly, I kinda wish I was him ngl

"Baby, I might be crazy but I didn't lose it, no I set it free" this one's mostly self-explanatory bc like, ALL LifeStealers ARE insane to some degree — you kinda NEED to be to survive in there; if you're not ALREADY, then the culture itself WILL claim your sanity. It's only a matter of time — so OFC this line fits Branzy, especially because he is SO carefree over how he is, who he is, careless of how that affects others and simply going about life like the deranged forest creature he was born to be

"I can't ignore what's under dance floorboards, the rhythm of my heart a dead-as-disco beat" in the explanation in Genius, people say this line might be a reference to Edgar Allen Poe's (yes, this went there. get used to it) "The Telltale Heart", where a murderer stores his victim under his house's floorboards and goes mad, imagining the corpse's heartbeat gives him away — honestly this kinda reminds me of The Patches Incident in a jester walks into an amusement park by hattrem on ao3 (GO READ IT. IT'S GOOD. IT'S GREAT EVEN. GO READ IT !!!!!!) — the contributors say Will Wood might've used the metaphor to suggest he's mover or inspired by his own madness or guilt, a sentiment I'm sure Branzy shares in how he briefly hesitates before going full throttle with whatever fucked up shit he's decided is funniest this time around

"But I still move my feet" here, Will is painting us the following picture: even through the guilt or pain he might feel about something, he keeps on going and keeps on dancing "move my feet"; Branzy never fully stops, he never gives up — he might change course, redirect, take a step back to think and plan, but he never stops. I'm gonna lightly skim over the next two lines — "Now to row, row, row my boat over the falls" and "And maybe wake up from but a dream, yeah" — bc it's just a reference to the Row, Row, Row Your Boat nursery rhyme, with a more cynical spin; something something the cheerful initial demeanor ripped appart at the hands of that bloodlustful beast living in his veins and caressing his psyche, in one swift swoop and almost instantaneously, just to disappear once again into his bloodstream and be flushed out.

Also I'm gonna talk about the whole chorus right now, and not mention it again unless it's relevant to any other lines I might be discussing:

The way the lines are sung, so happy-go-lucky and carefree, so flippantly and cheerfully, it all reminds me so much of Branzy's persona — so cheery and showman as everything seems to fall apart around him, and it's a coin toss whether that's to his benefit or to his detriment; he doesn't let past alliances, teamups or enemies to deter him from what he wants and what he craves — he desires someone's demise? even if through elaborate traps, he'll get it. He's only here to have fun, to come and go as he pleases.

"If you knew what I knew, if you saw what I see" this one goes hand in hand with the next one, so!: "You'd look through illusions, hallucinations, and lucid dream" there it isss! simply put, people wouldn't be able to take it all in if they saw what the character sees — Branzy must've seen a lot of fucked up shit during his three or so season run in LifeSteal, and considering Tubbo is going insane over the shit LifeStealers keep pulling in The Realm SMP (YOU WERE IN THEIR HOME AT SOME POINT?? YOU WENT INTO THE TIGER ENCLOSURE GIRLIEPOP. WDYM YOU'RE FUCKING SURPRISED THAT PANGI KILLED ALL BEES IN A 1K RADIUS FROM SPAWN???? THAT CLOWN HAD ALREADY PRESTIEGED ENCHANTING ONCE AND WAS ABOUT TO DO IT AGAIN???????? WHAT) I think these lines are appropriate not even just for Branzy, but LITERALLY any LifeStealer at that lmao

I'll be honest, I've got NOTHING for "And I know that meaning can be such a pretty thing to keep" and "But I got facts and I'm not afraid to use 'em, take the good with the bad, take off the back you make a new front" so uhhhhhh I'll.... improv something? uh. um. shit uh so uhhhhhhhh something something Branzy takes everything in stride, and manages to turn it into an advantage (like acquiring the scariest player in LS as his work husband)??????? yeahhhh that works

"Some days I'm glad that I am a madman and I'd rather be that than" and "An amicable animal, mild-mannered cannibal" are about preferring one's own brand of insanity over the gentle brutality of mainstream society — Branzy kills, like everyone in LifeSteal, and in that they're all a community, yet Branzy still prefers his contraptions and elaborate plans, the honey-sweets to his personal venus flytraps and brand of death over the constant betrayal and active manipulation, the orbital cannons, the battles to the brink, the ambushing of weaker players

"But I'm more level-headed and clever than ever and I'm getting better one forever at a time" is about embracing one's madness, and being better for it — Branzy, amongs other things, is a truly terrifying /vpos character whenever he desires to be because he embraces all the twisted, dark, immoral facets to his person without a second thought, and with this he's stronger than others could ever dream of being

"And if sick is defined by what's different, well then pull the plug out and let me die" I don't think LS!Branzy has ever had a problem with dying, even there's always something pushing him to seek survival — it hurts, you're one heart closer to a permanent death, but I don't think that has always perturbed him enough to lash out and become so desperate that he'd be willing to throw caution to the wind; in this, Clown and Branzy are equals, similar to each other, going onto the main stage and performing the same steps.

"Vice-versa, vice versus virtue" here Will Wood is comparing good and bad behaviors to each other, and while there's something of a truth to what the contributor said on Genius about the usage of vice-versa specifically ("The literal meaning of 'Vice Verse' is 'with the main items in the preceding statement the other way around.' In short terms, it means 'the other way around' Following the theme of the song, Will is saying he is the polar opposite of soiety, or he is 'the other way around' in society" — AceTheBowlOfCereal23) I still think there's more to that — paired with the rest of the line, it feels to me that it all speaks of interchangeably using "good" and "bad" as adjectives for Wood's behavior, in such a way that makes both words become almost meaningless; for there will always be someone out there who disapproves of who you are, regardless of what you're doing. Branzy has a similar outlook, of considering whichever thing is happening right now as "good" or "bad" purely based on his own perception, how it might be beneficial or not, instead of using a more socially accepted definition for each and every event he comes across — especially in LifeSteal he does this, where everyone is constantly terrified of Clown and wary of him, yet Branzy only sees good things in the guy

"Well who I am I choose through all the things I do" our actions define us, somehow, in some way, and Branzy picks and chooses which ones he allows himself to be called by: he constatly says he's incapable of killing, he's harmless! Have you seen him holding a sword? Yeah, killing him is like kicking a baby in Wallmart! yet he'd managed to collect AT LEAST 100 hearts for his Big Top Tent event that closed out on Season 5, simply because people like him.

"And if it rhymes it's true, but I hate poetry" for some reason I can see him saying this even if he 100% does not mean it and is only saying it for the bit — not all of these line connections need to be that deep tbh

"Now with my moral compass pointing south, going down" Branzy has a fucked up moral compass ever since LifeSteal, next line

"With no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no respect for reality" so uh. idfk dude. this line exists — connect it back to Branzy or don't, I don't think I can

"A tourist passing through" and "Well that was fun, goodbye" are the lines Will Wood added onto the chorus to create the outro, and they just kinda remind me that Branzy is no longer in LifeSteal, but is still so influential and important to the people who keep playing the server season after season,,,,,,,,,,
