I'm in love with your Dolphins and Ducks AU! What actors might you imagine playing your versions of Book Aziraphale and Crowley?

thankyou so much! :D hoooh boy, this is gonna be a bit long, fair warning. i think about it constantly.. i’ve got some people in mind, even if it’s not exactly perfect.

Aziraphale- William Christopher (as Father Mulcahy) from M*A*S*H* 4077

Father Mulcahy’s got so much Az in him already. he’s very friendly and willing to help, but watch out cause he’s also got some snarky jokes of his own. pretty laid back kind of priest, but don’t be fooled, he’s got a backbone too. 

also he does boxing?? he will punch you if it’s absolutely necessary.

give him a little extra weight and a bit more gay and he would’ve played it  perfect (aah time travel) (you guys should watch MASH)

Crowley- Rami Malek 

tbh i’ve only ever seen Rami play Pharaoh Akmenrah a long time ago, but for some reason he still stuck in my head..

and like, if he can play Freddie Mercury (yes, the irony is not lost on me) he could play Crow. something about him speaks of potential nervous energy.

this is so long, i’m very sorry. but yes, those are my thoughts for now. this doesn’t apply to voice claims btw, if i ever find those it’ll be a different post.

Omg I'm not the only one making Hawkeye and crowley comparison xD

oh yes, that flippant dry humor over a heart of gold is very Crowley. especially Hawkeye’s opinions on drinking and war and the army in general.

oh no, it really only works for the 2 of them haha. Mulcahy and Hawkeye are the perfect fit, it wouldn’t be fair to AJ and Zira trying to put them in somewhere. 

y’know i never really did (it was a long time ago), but i think i’m starting to as well.. it’s the similarities. but no, they don’t have spouses. Mulcahy is celibate as a priest and Hawkeye sleeps around and flirts with everyone. (i personally consider Hawkeye a closeted bi man)
