UNITY.

Ephesians 4:3,13.

“Making every effort to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.”

“Until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.”

In verse 3, unity is a reality to be maintained. In verse 13, unity is a goal to be attained. The context of both verses is believers…they are to be united. 

If we apply this principle to the family unit, we are either in verse 13, (unity yet to be attained) or verse 3, (unity to be maintained). 

This week, either attain or maintain this spiritual unity in your home. This is the only sure foundation when there are differences in your relational dynamics.

HAIR TIPS - For maintaining/ getting to silky straight hair

MAINTAINING

Brush your hair daily, meaning once in the morning when doing your hair and before you go to bed. Make sure to brush your hair from bottom to top, it causes less breakage and split ends.

SECOND TIP FOR MAINTAINING

Oil your hair max 2x a week (matters how many times you wash your hair) . When putting oil/serum on your hair make sure you focus on end to middle length shouldn't be touching the roots/scalp.

I enjoy showing off my body. I have a semi flat tummy with the outline of a 4 pack slowly but surely forming, the hourglass figure so many women get surgeries and kill themselves for, perky boobs that aren’t too big but not too small either and what men would call a bubble butt. I wear clothes that show off my features in the best possible ways and I enjoy the stolen looks and point blank stares of all the people I cross along my way. I enjoy it all but sometimes I want to hide all over again like I did back in middle school and high school , the years of my youth always pestering me and reminding me of my “chunky” days. The voice that “you’re getting fat” and “look the pudge is coming out the sides of your jeans” come to haunt me every now and again. I stare down my reflection day in and day out, making sure no major changes happen to my body for the fear of going back to the days where I hated every inch of myself may resurface. I eat fairly well (still allowing myself to indulge in the foods I love most) , I go to the gym 4 times a week and I walk regularly, my water intake could be more but it’s still better than before. I love the way I look now and all the compliments that have derived from it but the weight of maintaining it all can be a heavy one. My mom always told me “Beauty is pain” and I never truly understood the depth of those words till I now. I’m 22 years old and my mothers words ring through my brain more often than not, beauty is pain but there’s some pain I’m willing to go through in order to maintain the way I am now.

How do I clean my electric longboard?

Clean the board

We recommend that you clean your electric skateboard after every ride, especially if you are riding an all-terrain electric skateboard. But make sure there is no water or dust inside the electronic parts. When you're done, just wipe the board with a dry cloth.

Clean bearings

When you ride with your electric skateboard, the bearings are bound to get dirty. If left in this state for a long time, it will affect the ride quality of the board. This could even degrade the skateboard's battery performance and lead to potential bearing failure. That's why it's important to clean the bearings regularly so your skateboard wheels roll effortlessly and experience the smoothest ride possible.

Also, since getting water in electronics can cause malfunctions, it's very important that you make sure that no water gets into the wheel bearings. Water can cause damage to the bearing, and then you'll need to replace it. If you hear a scratching noise from the bearing, it is worth noting that the bearing has failed due to water ingress.

Clean motor

Make sure to clean the motor regularly for better performance and longer life. If you prefer to ride in rougher conditions or terrain, we recommend cleaning your engine after every ride. And check your motor before and after every ride. Make sure the engine is not making strange noises and is free of dirt and debris.

Also, if the motor overheats while riding, let it cool down before continuing.

Nope now it’s at the point that i’m shocked that people off tt don’t know what’s going down. I have no reach but i’ll sum it up anyway.

SCOTUS is hearing on the constitutionality of the ban as tiktok and creators are arguing that it is a violation of our first amendment rights to free speech, freedom of the press and freedom to assemble.

SCOTUS: tiktok bad, big security concern because china bad!

Tiktok lawyers: if china is such a concern why are you singling us out? Why not SHEIN or temu which collect far more information and are less transparent with their users?

SCOTUS (out loud): well you see we don’t like how users are communicating with each other, it’s making them more anti-american and china could disseminate pro china propaganda (get it? They literally said they do not like how we Speak or how we Assemble. Independent journalists reach their audience on tt meaning they have Press they want to suppress)

Tiktok users: this is fucking bullshit i don’t want to lose this community what should we do? We don’t want to go to meta or x because they both lobbied congress to ban tiktok (free market capitalism amirite? Paying off your local congressmen to suppress the competition is totally what the free market is about) but nothing else is like TikTok

A few users: what about xiaohongshu? It’s the Chinese version of tiktok (not quite, douyin is the chinese tiktok but it’s primarily for younger users so xiaohongshu was chosen)

Tiktok as a community has chosen to collectively migrate TO a chinese owned app that is purely in Chinese out of utter spite and contempt for meta/x and the gov that is backing them.

My fyp is a mix of “i would rather mail memes to my friends than ever return to instagram reels” and “i will xerox my data to xi jinping myself i do not care i share my ss# with 5 other people anyway” and “im just getting ready for my day with my chinese made coffee maker and my Chinese made blowdryer and my chinese made clothing and listening to a podcast on my chinese made phone and get in my car running on chinese manufactured microchips but logging into a chinese social media? Too much for our gov!” etc.

So the government was scared that tiktok was creating a sense of class consciousness and tried to kill it but by doing so they sent us all to xiaohongshu. And now? Oh it’s adorable seeing this gov-manufactured divide be crossed in such a way.

This is adorable and so not what they were expecting. Im sure they were expecting a reluctant return to reels and shorts to fill the void but tiktokers said fuck that, we will forge connections across the world. Who you tell me is my enemy i will make my friend. That’s pretty damn cool.
