I FOUND A WAY TO KEEP COMET WHILE ALSO KEEPING PEGASUS X LUNAR! So basically Comet will still be Kerian x Lunar's kid but the thing is... Kerian hid Comet from Lunar! Also Pegasus and Lunar have their own daughter which is Aurora (my new girlypop kid)! So for context.... Here's an interaction with Kerian and Comet: Kerian: Comet... What's wrong? Comet: *pointing a dagger at Kerian* Do not come near me.... Kerian: Comet... Raven...What do you think you're doing?! Comet: You... YOU TOLD ME THAT MY OTHER FATHER WAS DEAD! YOU SAID HE DIED! Kerian: Comet- Comet: DON'T EVEN TRY TO TELL ME ANY MORE... ANY MORE OF YOU'RE LIES! Kerian: Comet, listen to me! *grabs their arm* IF YOU'RE FATHER IS ALIVE... WHY DIDN'T HE COME BACK FOR YOU? WHY DIDN'T HE SWEEP YOU AWAY THE MOMENT HE WAS FREE? Comet: I- Kerian: EXACTLY! WHY ELSE DO YOU THINK I TOLD YOU THAT HE WAS DEAD?! Comet: .... (Kerian is lying btw)
Kerian YOU LIAR.

I have to rewrite the entire thing because when I was grabbing the song, another post overtook the original
So yesterday I managed to accidentally come up with a servant, son AU while thinking of stuff for an MLP sams AU X rainbow factory
It went from Pegasus servant sun to actual servant sun
Quick look at the roles
Lord eclipse- same as Canon
Lunar- prisoner
Earth- servant
KC- prisoner
Moon- dead
Blood twins- rebellion members
Servant sun- same as cannon
To summarize what I initially wrote, servant sun just has a panic attack that was rough enough to cause him to fall into the portal, resulting in him going on a bit of an adventure through dimensions we’ve seen in canon and hypothetical dimensions. This ends when he ends up in the Lord lunar universe. He stays there for about a day before going back to try and save KC (because he’s the only celestial alive at this point in the story) & has to escape the events of “if eclipse won” with KC, managing to get some assistance from servant eclipse, and a concerned, Lord lunar, who followed him. He nearly dies, but man just to get saved before the weather storm can consume him
The song this stems from: awoken

Métiers d’Art Specialists Worry About the Future

With Swiss watch sales down, there are fewer calls for techniques like enameling and marquetry.

The master engraver Eddy Jaquet produced a series of eight one-of-a-kind watches for MB&F, each inspired by a Jules Verne novel. This watch is “From the Earth to the Moon.”
When Anita Porchet started out as an independent enameler in 1992, her specialty had all but disappeared from watchmaking, a near casualty of what the industry still calls the quartz crisis of the 1970s. As the popularity of inexpensive quartz watches pushed many Swiss watch brands near bankruptcy, it also undermined some of the traditional crafts tied to the industry
Three decades later, because of her talent and perseverance, Ms. Porchet has become one of the world’s premier enamelers, with more orders, she said, than she can fill. But facing the pandemic, she sees the profession once again at a tipping point — and unsure of its survival.
“Orders are being canceled or pushed back to next year or later,” Ms. Porchet said in a phone interview from her home in Corcelles-le-Jorat, Switzerland, in the canton of Vaud.
“My clients are all in a wait-and-see mode,” she said. “The impact of one or two order cancellations can be enormous on small workshops because they cannot hang on for very long without work.”
Ms. Porchet works from home aided by two assistants, a common arrangement for artisans who practice the traditional crafts commonly known as métiers d’art: enameling, marquetry, feather work, metal engraving and the like.
“I cannot afford an apprentice,” said Rose Saneuil, a French marquetry specialist based in Montrouge, a suburb of Paris. “It is hard enough making a living on my own from this type of work.”
Since Switzerland first went into lockdown in mid-March, global demand for high-end watches has collapsed. Nearly all the 2020 watch fairs, where so much of the industry’s business is done, were canceled, with some shifting to a virtual format because of global travel restrictions. And many distribution outlets around the world remain closed.
Swiss watch exports have plunged, down some 30 percent this year compared with last year, as reported in September by the Federation of the Swiss Watch Industry. Some watch brands are already laying off workers. In September, Ulysse Nardin and Girard Perregaux announced they were cutting about a quarter of their combined work force — around 100 jobs at the Kering Watches Manufacture. And more layoffs expected industrywide by year’s end.
“Many artisans are without work because brands cannot sell their watches,” Ms. Porchet said.
Decorative techniques in watchmaking date back centuries, but demand for métiers d’art watches has only seen a resurgence since 2000 — fueled, according to Ms. Porchet, mostly by Asian buyers who have a cultural appreciation for the work. Brands such as Vacheron Constantin, Piaget, Ulysse Nardin, Hermès and Chanel, among others, have greatly contributed to the revival by developing exceptional craftsmanship in-house or by hiring independent artisans.

The Sparkling Blast by the watchmaker Ulysse Nardin, which is set with diamonds cut to look like shards of glass.
This year, as in the past, those brands presented a panoply of métiers d’art watches. Ulysse Nardin showed the Sparkling Blast watch set with diamonds cut geometrically to look like shards of glass. Vacheron Constantin unveiled in January a collection with enameled dials for the Lunar New Year.
Chanel’s Mademoiselle Privé Bouton line featured a Camée model, a secret watch with a profile of Coco Chanel hand-carved in agate on the dial cover. Piaget presented an array of métiers d’art timepieces, among them the Ecstatic Dance with a dial in a delicate marquetry of straw, mother-of-pearl, leather, parchment and wood, crafted by Ms. Saneuil.
“The orders I worked on during the lockdown were placed over a year ago,” Ms. Saneuil said. “I finished three dials for Piaget earlier this year. I am trying not to worry yet, but orders have slowed down.”
Several of the most sought-after craftspeople said that, in addition to fewer orders, they were seeing brands shifting from multipiece collections to very small collections or even just one-of-a-kind pieces — but requiring even more exceptional work.
“Our clients are now focusing exclusively on bespoke pieces and truly extraordinary product,” said Dick Steenman, a Geneva-based craftsman who works regularly for brands like Chanel, Chaumet and Van Cleef & Arpels. “I think we are going to see an end to semi-industrial series in métiers d’art, and that is going to hurt many workshops with lesser qualifications,” Mr. Steenman said.

In recent years Mr. Steenman, who also creates one-off timepieces under his own label, Van’T Hoff, reduced his staff by half — from 12 to six, retaining only highly skilled workers to create a niche specialty in engraving and miniature sculpture.
Also, he said, “a few clients are also asking for help in research and development, to come up with fresh ideas and innovative techniques.”
“Today, there is still demand for exceptional pieces,” Mr. Steenman said, “but buyers also want to know which artisan worked on their watch. They want to meet the craftsman, and learn how the watch was made. It is part of the special services’ that high-end clients expect.”
Like Mr. Steenman, Ms. Porchet is focusing on more sophisticated and often more complex projects. She recently completed an enameled case back for a pocket watch that a brand (which she declined to identify) had ordered for a private client, and a small series of enameled dials for the Arceau Aaaaargh! wristwatch, commissioned by Hermès. “Wealthy collectors will always buy unique or custom-made pieces, even in periods of crisis,” Ms. Porchet said.
The independent brand MB&F also has ventured into métiers d’art in a rare collaboration with a master engraver, Eddy Jaquet, on a series of eight one-of-a kind Legacy Machine watches. Each of the LM Split Escapement x Eddy Jaquet, introduced in September, was inspired by a different Jules Verne novel.
“During uncertain times, people still buy intrinsically valuable products,” said Charris Yadigaroglou, head of communication for MB&F from Geneva.
“Eddy has been engraving inscriptions for us for 10 years,” Mr. Yadigaroglou said. “Three years ago, we noticed that he had very little work despite his immense talent. So we asked him to design and engrave the dials for this series.”
MB&F said all eight watches — each priced at 148,000 Swiss francs ($161,900) — were presold on Zoom calls with retailers, even before Mr. Jaquet had completed the last three dials.
“I am grateful for this project because, without it, I would not have much work the rest of this year,” Mr. Jaquet said from his atelier in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. “I go from being overly busy to being under-worked very quickly.”
And at least one entrepreneur has seized on the moment as an opportunity.

The XRby Rose Saneuil has a quetzal in a marquetry of wood and leather on its dial. “I am trying not to worry yet, but orders have slowed down,”Ms. Saneuil, a French marquetry specialist, said.
Last month Xavier Rousset, a former dial maker, introduced XRby, a new brand that plans to produce métiers d’art mechanical watches in collaboration with a single artisan, but only after payment is made. Prospective buyers will be able to view high-definition computer-generated renditions of a proposed watch design on the XR website, and then place orders.
“The watch industry is at a turning point today,” Mr. Rousset said from Besançon, a small town near the Swiss border that is known as France’s watch capital. “The current crisis and competition from connected watches will kill off much of the quartz watch industry. But there will always be demand for mechanical watches with beautiful, decorative workmanship.”
His first model, the XRby Rose Saneuil, features a brightly colored quetzal in a marquetry of wood and leather on its dial. It is priced at 33,000 euros, or $38,670.
“These are know-hows that people care about and must be preserved,” Mr. Rousset said. “We are doing just that by putting the craftsman back at the heart of watchmaking.”

To start us off, how about a fun way to learn about the local summoner?
“Well, this might be a bit long, but not like I have anything else to do here, and we are having a pause from the fighting....”
Just for one quick thing before the read more.....
Have a Heca I made in a character maker~
Introduce your summoner
“Ah, introduce myself? My name is Hecatia Lapislazuil, but most people here we refer to me as Heca; feel free to do the same. As dragon-like as I might appear, I’m a friend, I promise.”
How did they come to Askr?
“Well, I was summoned of course! I was never aware of this world before I came here, which is odd given my role back in He-....Well, that’s not important to you, is it?”
what are their favorite hobbies?
“My favorite hobbies? Well, I certainly like engaging in spell card battles or even just normal battles, but there is no one to fight! All my heroes don’t want to even do a friendly battle for the most part, besides one....”
“......I have found that testing out magic is a fun hobby, and so is doodling or trying my hand at writing. Or......playing video games. I have found that magic can work just as well for charging handhelds and mobile devices, so a lack of a tv isn’t too much of an issue....”
Does your summoner have any bad habits that the heroes try to help them through?
“If I do have any, I’m not looking for solving them; it’s a matter of opinion really.”
“Besides, I.....had a bad habit that I would of accepted help with if I didn’t already learn my lesson there.”
How close is your summoner to their heroes?
“It depends on the hero.....My special heroes required more attention when getting them adjusted to Askr than the normal ones. And I do feel like I’m friends with a lot of the younger ones, and the dragons.....”
“.........Though I feel I’m closest with the special heroes from my world; and two of my Corrins. And......a friend who will be called Hydra since I think he prefers it.”
Does your summoner struggle with being a tactician?
“I will say that I have never thought of acting as well, so it’s been a learning process, but some advice here and there from the polite tacticians and leaders from other worlds have helped. Well, helped with directing people; my own tactics if allowed to fight is basically ‘overwhelm them’ still.”
How did your summoner react during their first time summoning?
“I think I just went quiet and realized that ‘holy shit.....I CAN SHOOT PEOPLE OUT OF THIS GUN???’ because you know.....I know what a gun is, but never remember what this thing is named. It’s the summongun now.”
How does your summoner react to summoning now?
“Eh, I’m used to it at this point. Would love it if it could give me those I’m looking for more often; that hawk king and wolf queen look quite fine~”
How well do they adjust to life in Askr?
“I adjusted fairly well; I’m used to places being behind the modern world in terms of tech......Kinda why I know how to charge things with magic.”
How long have they been a summoner?
“Since.......the start of that conflict with Embla? I think? It’s been a while at least.”
“..........Oh fuck, I have probably worried my wife and husband so much by this point.”
Who’s your summoners main team?
“Right now it’s the two Grimas, Lady Corncob, and smol Tiki. But currently I’m working on training two more Corncobs to make a slightly better dragon team. But hmm, to have Lady Grimgram babysit them, or have Hydra get to go with them into battle instead of just with one Corn.....Hmm...”
Who’s your summoners S support?
“Technically, it’s Crescent, aka the one I just called Lady Corncob, but that’s platonic.....My spouses have not been summoned (yet), so thus I wouldn’t feel comfortable getting in another relationship; the feeling is mutual, since Crescent has her own lovers she is waiting for.”
How was your Summoner and ally support building to S support?
“She was one of my first units to get really strong actually; she had quite the drive to be strong so she could help protect Askr. Partly, the relationship formed out of her assisting me often on staying calm....I was not always a Manakete, so the fact I needed to keep myself in control was a foreign concept.”
“................Not helped by me lacking a dragonstone back then. It had to be made specific too....”
How many allies have s support with your summoner?
“......I might be close enough to Hydra for that to be considered another platonic one. Lady Vallite as well.”
What are your top 4 ally x ally supports?
“Oh my~ Personally, I love to see Mikoto and Hydra interact; lovers separated far too soon finally getting reunited is quite a touching thing to see. Same with Crescent and the only one of her loves that has shown up; I swear, that green ninja follows us into battle even when he isn’t actually among the group fighting; though she has told me that two are still missing, though I don’t know where to find an orange kitsune and a half-dragon that favors a bow over a dragonstone or sword...”
“Who else that wouldn’t require much explaining....Ah yes, the male Grima is a possessed Robin who isn’t the normal one you see summoned, and I summoned a Olivia who uses a pegasus; and got to see Grima actually happy for pure reasons. He was so happy to see his wife again, that even the fell influence could do nothing to stop him from running up and hugging her. Also learned his name is Lunar.....”
“And then.....Ah what the hell, the other Grima, the female one, is quite small and unintimidating in this Askr, but it was quite interesting to see her cling to Henry and refuse to let go of him when I summoned him in his halloween outfit....I think Henry just ended up holding her until she was finally ready to let go.....Kokoro or Miyu is her name I believe, depending on if you are extremely close to her or anyone else.”
“..........I think I saw Kokor-...Uh, Miyu start crying when I summoned male Morgan. Said something about not being able to believe that she is able to have children....”
What does your summoner miss from home?
“I miss the heat......And I miss Isamu and Junko.....I would say I miss my loyal lampad, but CP seems to have followed me here somehow, it just took her a while to find me. And Therai.....I have missed my old friend, but with his appearance comes me needing to earn his forgiveness. He’s......still rather mad at me....”
If they could bring one thing from home with them what would it be?
“Ok, I know I can’t bring a person......I would love to bring a TV......Maybe also some dvds and blu-rays.....”
Is your summoners robe unique?
“...........Wait, we can get unique ones?! Fuck, all I got was one that has holes for wings and horns!”
Who are your fellow summoner friends?
“Let’s see.....There’s Alex, who has long suffered trying to fully comprehend me and magic in general......Lemon, who is from a race adept with time, and banged a dragon, a choice I can 100% respect....Mari, who thirsts for many, and should maybe bed both Xander and Ryoma instead of trying to choose one at this point....Mina, who is quite the lovely lady and understands the pains of being very limited in terms of strength; I honestly hope she regains her lost power, she deserves it......And-...Well, this is long enough already, I guess....”
What does your summoner wear if during their down time?
“I still have my Welcome Hell shirt, and wear it a lot in my downtime; or other t-shirts.....I like wearing skirts, since those are nice to wear, though I have been advised to wear shorts if I plan to go flying or do anything that might lift it up....”
How do they handle merging heroes or sending them home?
“I have never seen dupes of the same exact person, and normally send dupes of the same person from different timelines back home right away....”
What abilities/ weapons do they have?
“I got tomes, dragonstones....I had a lance until I had to give it back to the angry lizard. As for abilities.....Well, it’s not like myself to reveal all my tricks, but I will admit that I’m quite adept with magic even without a tome.”
Would your summoner like to know magic?
“I know magic already, though I would like to learn any new forms I didn’t already know.”
Are they able to hold their own in a fight?
“Yes-.....Kinda. I’m a bit of a glass cannon without my full power it seems......”
How many heroes have you acquired?
“A lot......I have lost count my friend. We certainly have an army here....”
What book has been the hardest? Emotional or battlewise.
“Going with emotional for my allies.....The most recent one; the death curse is very concerning.....Mostly because someone other than that prince got one too; and that poor child’s timer is only five days......I pray for Vallite that she does not have to see her son die, as I’m unsure of how a death from that curse will affect him, or even if it might cause him to get dragged to Hel....”
If your summoner went into battle what would be there class?
“Um....I use Tomes and Dragonstones....which matches no current class. I guess a Nohr Noble but without the swords?”
Are there any heroes they clash with?
“Therai.......though I willingly fight him, since it gets his anger out.”
Which hero have you pumped more into?
“I guess.....Crescent? She has asked to train with a lot of heroes before they go home. She has learned many things from them as a result.”
Which hero do you get a lot of while summoning?
“I see......a lot of the more common heroes.”
Which hero’s have they adopted?
“Harm any of the dragon children, and I and the Grimas will give you absolute hell.”
Do they participate in voting gauntlets?
“When I feel like it.......Not often now, since I need to focus on other things.
How do they handle their orbs?
“I save....sometimes.......Vallite said she saved something called Wisdom Cubes one time and still didn’t find the one she was looking for until she searched some sea a lot....”
What hero do you wanna see in fire emblem heroes?
“Someone let my fellow summoners summon the Silent Dragon. He is very nice if you summon the sane one. Mikoto can help keep him nice and calm.”
Will your summoner stay in Askr? Nifl? Muspell? Hel? Emblian?
“...........Muspell was nice and warm.........I would love to find a way to travel between this world and my own, honestly.”
What is your Summoner life like years later if they stayed? Askr. Nifl. Muspell. Hel. Emblian.
“Honestly....If I seemingly stayed, I would have a way to go back and forth.....So normal really; I have multiple bodies in my world, so maybe I can form one that can stay here, or just travel back and forth as needed.”
“.....Hell doesn’t need me that often anyways; I have those under me that can deal with things there just fine.”
Summoners family reacting to your summoners significant other?
“..............I don’t have much of a family. Isamu and Junko’s families are dead. And.....I actually don’t know what Junko’s parents thought of Isamu. Guess it’s completely unknown then.”
In a twist of fate, if your summoner could change one thing what would it be?
“...............I would say to make it so at least one of my spouses got summoned with me, but one, that would just worry the one that was not summoned more, and two......I would use it to either give that poor child a longer timer or prevent him from having to jump in front of Vallite to protect and thus causing some form of anger for Hel.....”

Centaurus: Favourite holiday?
I love Halloween. Like. Listen. I LOVE Halloween. Hell I still have a creepy theme.
Orion: Favourite month?
It’s a tie between October and May. My Peak Power Month and My birthday month. May is great because it’s also the end of the guard season, and the offfical start of the collegiate summer. A ton of good things happen in May.
Cassiopeia: Favourite book?
THIS IS AN UNFAIR QUESTION but as of right now my favorite book SERIES is the Lunar Chronicles. I have blushed and covered my face and gasped at this series okay. I will reccommend it until the day I die.
Delphinus: Favourite study?

Future-Changer
Learn how to predict and change future. http://lulu.com/astrology Tuition guide.
You can predict and change any futurity in minutes, even seconds – by memory – like stroll in the park. All you need is already with you – with a little practice… Tips as follow…
1. Find out your true Sun-sign from the choice of 16 zodiacal positions. 2. The Sun can be in Cetus, Orion, Sextans and Ophiuchus. 3. Sai Baba and Maduro share selfsame Sun in Libra on November 23rd. 4. The Sun is in Virgo for Halloween (Witchallow) as opposed to Illuminati May Day. 5. Venus is typically in Crater, Hydra, Pegasus, Cetus, Orion, Sextans, Ophiuchus… 6. The Moon likes to span through Cetus I II II, Auriga, Fox, Corvus… 7. It takes 20 minute average in a normal person in order to learn how to predict e.g. (next) marriage/date with exceptional accuracy – year, month, day – then hour, minute, second. 8. Prediction is simple matter of e.g. subtracting a few numbers from raw data. 9. A peripatetic Astrologer walks while making predictions and so does future-changer. 10. Future-changing is often applied after accurate prediction. 11. Marriage prediction often requires two numbers only. 12. A novice can thus predict marriage unto whole village in minutes. 13. Timing marriage often involves dynamic synastry. 14. One e.g. meets a girl and automatically directions (“progresses”) horoscope(s). 15. Synastry may direct the A+B/2 formula in space+time. 16. Most astrology is done by memory. However in order to know minute second… 17. Next marriage (or date, etc) gets easily determined by memory up to year, month… 18. Sometimes it is hard to determine day by memory. Depends on case. 19. Some exceptional cases may be very hard to deal with. 20. E.g. Moon in the first house as opposed by all or most planets (in Cetus) square Neptune at Nadir does not bode well. 1992 QB1 at the descendant is ill omen (911 with Eris in Cetus). Of course a horoscope is rather a dynamic than “natal” thing. 21. Venus with LILIT VERA (observed Cassini Lilith) on the 5th cusp squared with Neptune 8th cusp may produce several marriages, utter dissatisfaction along with zero fealty. 22. The worst aspect in the book is not Venus square Neptune (serial betrayal) but Mars 180 Jupiter ||:|:: The Marriageable Maiden (see Aspectarian and also on recent Ram X horrorscopes). 23. Directions are techniques in predictions – some 555 of them as cataloged – quite a few in normal perusal. 24. A novice will peruse primary direction. 25. No computer is needed – it would in fact thwart intelligent analysis. 26. You will not need cell phone device for this adventurity. 27. For extra-precise to-the-minute-second calculi, ephemerids are perused. 28. Ascendant, Cruithne and lunar ephemerids come handy in wedding calculi. 29. One can thus predict marriage since baby’s birth to hour-minute-second. 30. HMS is normal prediction although often the day of the event is precision enough. 31. Future-changing generally falls under #RTRRT category. 32. Sun sign is big ego, thus least important in any Astrology. Learn to ignore it. 33. You will nevertheless need Sun-sign for cardiac and gold market calculi. 34. Now you are the only one on your block, country, continent to know Sun-sign. 35. The Moon or lunar position is trickier by far and ascendant is mystery. 36. Use the search form in order to fetch solar, lunar and ascendant ephemerids. 37. Now you probably know your lunar sign and try and figure out ascendant. 38. Lunar zodiac includes Fox (Canis Minor), Auriga, Corvus, Orion, Ophiuchus… 39. E.g. Kalergi and Saudi boast Moon in Auriga while 911 happened under Orion auspices. 40. Simply type e.g. “Moon Orion” in the search form and you are there for good. 41. By now you probably know your solar and lunar zodiacal positions. 42. The solar zodiac has nothing much to do with the lunar one. 43. The Sun never enters Auriga or Corvus. 44. Sextans is a special solar zodiacal ascendant position e.g. with New Moon in Sextans. 45. Cetus, Orion and Ophiuchus are normal zodiacal ascendants for all planets. 46. Kalki has three (triune) ascendants: Fox, Unicorn and Hydra. 47. There are 67 horoscope signs, where we include Eris and Pluto zodiacs. 48. Every planet has its own zodiac. 49. 1008 planets have been promptly delineated. 50. As 22 and 16 are Tarot-compatible, the Tarot is the Zodiacs. 51. There are 22 zodiacal stations along with 16 ascendants. 52. Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Libra, Scorpius, Sagittarius,Capricornus do not rise at east. 53. Taurine ascendants are extremely rare as perused on the stock market. 54. Gemini is ninety-degrees at north when “astrological” programs miscalculate it at east. 55. Gemini has been last seen at east before Krishna’s own epoch thus long long ago. 56. For thousands of years Gemini never ascended or rose at east. 57. There is no such thing as Gemini ascendant. 58. No -one you know has a “Scorpio” ascendant. 59. The ascendant of the USA is Serpens Cauda. 60. People wrongly labeled as “cold Capricorn” are in fact cetacean having Cetus ascendant. 61. We live in the AEON CETI or Age of Cetus betwixt twin Piscean eras. 62. Pisces, Aquarius and Capricornus are averages, meaning dull periods. 63. Crater, Hydra, Auriga, Eridanus, Corvus, Pegasus and Scutum mark exceptional times. 64. The Aeon of Cetus cuts Piscean era in two around year 2012. 65. 2025 marks the 7th (known) Pegasean era (ERA PEGASI) with Venus in Pegasus. 66. Venus was in Pegasus in the year #2017shift 67. Pisces, Aquarius and Capricornus are averages happen twice. 68. The Moon enters Cetus thrice. 69. Death is predicted by minute. #CancerCure #RTRRT requires seconds. 70. Divination is available in its original “ask 1008 questions” form. 71. Standard 1008 pages horoscope is classified.

Overall winner: The Rho Ophiuchi Clouds, by Artem Mironov (Russia) The Rho Ophiuchi Cloud Complex, or the Ophiuchus Molecular Cloud is a dark emission and reflection nebula about 14 light years across situated approximately 460 light years away from earth, in the constellation of Ophiuchus (the “Serpent-Bearer”). It is one of the closest star-forming regions to the Solar System. Hakos Farm, Windhoek, Namibia, 6 August 2016. Sky-Watcher 200 mm f/4 reflector telescope, Sky-Watcher HEQ5 Pro mount, Canon 5D Mark II camera, ISO 1600, 15-hour total exposure. (Photo by Artem Mironov/Insight Astronomy Photographer of the Year 2017)
“Stars and Nebulae”. Runner up: One Stellar Day by Andras Papp (Hungary) A 24 hour day actually only takes 23 hours, 56 minutes and 4 seconds for our planet spinning on its axis to complete one rotation – known as the “sidereal day” or “stellar day”. This image captures the motion of the stars over the course of one “stellar day” illustrated by beautiful concentric star trails. Ágasvár, Veszprémvarsány, Hungary, 2 November 2016 Canon EOS 700D camera, 18–135 mm at 135 mm f/7.1, Sky-Watcher HEQ5 mount with home-made camera holder, ISO 800, 287 x 300-second exposures. (Photo by Andras Papp/Insight Astronomy Photographer of the Year 2017)
“Stars and Nebulae”. Highly commended: NGC 281 Pacman by Andriy Borovkov (Ukraine) The NGC 281 nebula is known as the “Pacman Nebula” due to its resemblance to the video game character. In the ordinary colours of the visible light spectrum it can look rather dreary, so this image used the Hubble Palette (HST), showcasing the nebula with a vibrant blue surrounded by rusty oranges. Elmshorn, Germany, August/September 2016. UNC 30512 305 mm f/4 reflector telescope, Sky-Watcher EQ8 mount, Moravian Instruments G2-8300 Mono CCD camera, 25-hour total exposure. (Photo by Andriy Borovkov/Insight Astronomy Photographer of the Year 2017)
“Aurorae”. Winner: Ghost World by Mikkel Beiter (Denmark) During October 2016 the photographer stood and observed the waves from the sea slowly rolling up on the long beach making the sand wet, resulting in great conditions for catching some reflections. Suddenly, clouds emerged from the nearby mountains and floated across the sea allowing him to capture this other-worldly scene of a powerful, teal aurora sweeping across the night sky. Stokksnes, Iceland. Stokksnes, Iceland, 5 October 2016 Canon EOS 5D Mark III camera, 24 mm f/2.0 lens, ISO 1600, 6-second exposure. (Photo by Mikkel Beiter/Insight Astronomy Photographer of the Year 2017)
“Aurorae”. Runner up: In Autumn Dance by Kamil Nureev (Russia) A glowing green auroral ray arcs through the night sky over the Siberian forest-tundra. Eight vertical scenes shot – over the course of shooting, every second was precious as the polar light was very dynamic and the photographer had to move as quickly as possible to authentically capture the scene. The polar shine silhouette reminds the photographer of the mathematical “golden ratio”. Noviy Urengoy, Russia, 28 September 2016 Canon 5D Mark III camera, 24 mm f/2.0 lens, ISO 2000, 4-second exposure. (Photo by Kamil Nureev/Insight Astronomy Photographer of the Year 2017)
“Aurorae”. Highly commended: Aurora Shot from Plane by Ye Ziyi (China) The vivid green aurora swirls over the deep, blue sky and the orange glow of twilight as seen from the window of a plane travelling from Amsterdam to Beijing. The photographer had been expecting an auroral outburst to occur during the flight, so paid for the seat that was best for observing. As well as the strong auroral activity, the photographer was also blessed with a white night making twilight visible on the horizon. Novosbirsk, Russia, 24 August 2016 Canon EOS 6D camera, 20 mm f/1.8 lens, ISO 2000, 3-second exposure. (Photo by Ye Ziyi/Insight Astronomy Photographer of the Year 2017)
“Galaxies”. Winner: M63 – Star Streams and the Sunflower Galaxy by Oleg Bryzgalov (Ukraine) A bright, spiral galaxy, Messier 63 looks like a star necklace in which the stars have crashed outwards from the galaxy’s centre, producing this fantastic long train. The ghostly star arcs of the Sunflower galaxy had long been an elusive target for the photographer, finally shot in one of the darkest places in Europe. Rozhen Observatory, Smolyan Province, Bulgaria, 6 April 2016 10-inch f/3.8 homemade reflector telescope at f/4.4, Whiteswan 180 mount, QSI 583wsg camera, 22-hour total exposure. In 1969 people around the world watched as astronaut Neil Armstrong stepped onto the lunar surface and said, "That’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.” Reaching the moon was a leap of faith. Each leap of faith I take is founded on my belief in living from the spirit of God within me and surrounding me. ** I can accomplish what I’m divinely inspired to do. I have a world of opportunities awaiting me. Mine is a sacred journey of walking a walk that leads me to greater expression of myself. I am never limited to only what I think I can achieve. ** With God, I can — and will — accomplish and envision even more than I could ever imagine was possible. I am moving forward in my journey of faith. All things can be done for the one who believes. — Mark 9:23 - [x] Happier 2017! Do you have a "precious?" If you've read The Lord of the Rings, or seen the movie, you'll remember Gollum — a creature who for many years carried an evil ring of supreme power. The ring extended Gollum's life but turned him into a pitiful wreck. Gollum refers to the ring as his "precious." "Lost it is, my precious, lost, lost!" The ring is precious to him, though it enslaves him. Many people have a habit that makes them unhappy — one that they know drains them and causes them grief. Yet at the thought of giving it up, they protest, "No! It's my preciousss!" Do you have a precious? Wine, reality TV, sugar, shopping, a game on your phone? - [x] Journey! Do What I Do? Imitate me, as I also imitate Christ — 1 Corinthians 11:1 As others are inching their way through the difficulties of life, may we be people whose lives point them to the salvation and strength that we have found in Jesus. We can only be such models as we rely on Him to make Himself known through us. Father, help me to imitate You carefully and to encourage others in Your strength today. May my actions point others to You. We are all unique. Each day we rise to meet our own challenges head-on — and we do our best. Day after day of striving and trying and honing and failing and coming back and succeeding — that’s what we do. That’s our reality, and that’s what sets each of us apart as individuals. Nobody can do you better than you. “The path to your success is not as fixed and inflexible as you think.” “Train as hard as you should, not as hard as you can.” “Respond to every call that ignites your spirit” — Rumi follow his dreams because, even if you don’t, you can still fail. So why not pursue your life’s passion in some capacity? Here are five reasons to make doing what you love a priority: 1. It’s fun!
Doing what you love to do is invigorating, doesn’t feel like work and could be the most joy you ever experience. You deserve this in your life! And who says that what feels like leisure cannot also be lucrative? 2. ** The universe supports you When you follow your bliss you tap into something greater than you. The universe wants you to use your unique talents and supports you when you do. Opportunities unfold. You meet someone at an airport you can collaborate with. You get an awesome idea on the subway. You get an unexpected call from an old friend with a cool business proposition. We need not impose limits on ourselves where there actually are none! 3. Creativity, ideas and energy FLOW When we do what we love, we connect with our divine source. Our gifts, even if we have not used them in years, never leave us. We just need to channel them. .... We just need the discipline. 4. You live an honest life Nothing is more important than being who you are here to be - it is your only true obligation to yourself and to the world. If you approach it with commitment and an open heart, the rewards will come. In Regrets of The Dying, Bronnie Ware, a hospice nurse, says many of the patients she nursed in their final days regretted most that they lived a life other people expected of them and not the life that they truly wanted to live. When we use our talents, we don’t leave room for regret. 5. You can take baby steps — every single stride forward counts
You don’t need to quit your job tomorrow (or ever). Start at the beginning. Get clear on what your passion is. Research other people who share similar interests. Speak to others in the same field. Find out who else was successful in doing what you want to do. Read all you can about the industry you want to enter. The rest unfolds in time if you stay committed and you allow it to. Imagine if your favourite musician, author, inventor, chef, athlete or architect did not follow their passion. Your life would be that much less rich because they didn’t. When you share your gifts it is a blessing on the entire world and you don’t know where your legacy ends. In fact, someone once told me that to withhold your talent is selfish. Yes, you are in fact being selfish by not sharing your skills with others. Jim Carrey says, many of us make fear-based decisions and turn our back on what we love to do and “disguise it as practicality”. The opposite is true - following your passion is practical. And it’s wonderful. How can you get started?

The Biggest Men’s Trainer Trends For 2017

#Grandad", "#Comb #http://blog.hair-terminator.com Look down at your feet: what do you see? Sneakers? Probably, given that casual footwear has been safe fare for pretty much everywhere except weddings and funerals for some time now. While some of you might be suffering from trainer fatigue after a banger-packed 2016, this year looks to be another big one for those of us soldiering on through the endless onslaught of new kicks. And now that they’re a solid part of our everyday wardrobes, sneakers too have started to follow trends just like our clothes. ‘Another lot to keep up with?’ you say. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.
Lesser Known Brands
Ignoring the fact that the firm has been putting out premium casual footwear for a few decades now (it even sold Adidas its three-stripes motif), it took Kanye championing Finnish brand Karhu for to sit up and take notice. Off the back of this co-sign, indie brands like Japanese label Terrem, Adidas collaborators Ransom and standout colourway kings Gourmet are getting ready to step out from under the shadow of the big boys and make waves this year. With each producing its own unique designs, there’s never been a better time to uncover a new brand and build a footwear rotation full of kicks that are anything but cookie cutter.

More Collaborations
Brands cross-pollinating with others to make something that appeals to both sets of followers was one of the things that brought this trainer business to the fore in the first place, and the trend is showing no signs of slowing. Just in the opening month of 2017 Diadora continued to bring the heat alongside Philadelphia sneaker boutique UBIQ with a cheesesteak-inspired model, while sportswear dons Champion teamed up with premium Italian label Casbia on a triple-black mid-sneaker-boot that looks like something a Transformer would wear. Adidas has already laid out its plans to follow up its year-long string of Consortium World Tour collaborations from 2016. A new series called the Sneaker Exchange will see retailers – including Kith, End, Foopatrol, Overkill, Colette and SlamJam – team up with one another.

Metallics
No longer just for who stand outside Fashion Week hoping to be photographed, metallic trainers are ready to deliver retro-futurist takes on classic models that the rest of us can wear. Moving into men’s categories will be bronze and silver iterations of the Stan Smith (of the non-Raf Simons variety), gold-accented Gazelles, and a mirrored version Puma x McQs. Sure, they’re pretty hard to pull off, but with so much stuff going on in the world, we feel we’re due a bit of high-risk, high-reward leeway.

Football Heritage
Proper football-inspired trainers have gone from the pros, to five-a-side, to all over your Instagram in no time at all. While we’re not advocating going out on the town in actual astros (you’re not nine-years-old), there are plenty to choose from if you want to show your love for the beautiful game. Look for gum soles like those found on Europe’s answer to the iconic Air Jordan: the Adidas Samba, as well as the Nike TiempoX Proximo, Umbro Speciali and Puma Paulista Novo. Oh, and some Nike R9 Mercurial Air Max on eBay (if you can find them).

Old Trainers
Forget box-fresh fetishism, it’s time to get some well-worn footwear back in rotation and starting looking like someone who actually wears their trainers rather than keeping them in sealed ziplock bags. There will always be a sharp intake of breath when someone steps on your favourite shoes, and it’s fine to be cleaning them back up while you can. But when they take a nosedive into ‘Okay, that’s… Yeah, that’s a scuff. That won’t come out,’ territory – don’t bin them, it only adds to the character. Just make sure you know when a look calls for battered and bruised Converse and when it’s better to call on the pristine Common Projects.

Sock Sneaks
Anyone who watched Gosha Rubchinskiy’s AW17 show will have clocked the insane, ultra-sleek Adidas Ace 16+ Super Futsals. There was a lot going on there with football detailing (told you) and bold colours, but it’s the sock-like construction that really got talking. Both Nike and Adidas have been hard at work making pro-footballers take to the sock-silhouette of their new boot ranges, so it’s only natural that the construction transitions to the streets next. Think of it like a natural merge of the ever-growing hype around mesh-uppers and this year’s football flex. Makes twisted sense, doesn’t it? Plus, Alexander Wang’s rumoured to be working on a sock-based Boost shoe of his own, too.

Runners Not For Running
You hate running, it’s okay, you can admit it. We all do. Doesn’t mean you can’t buy some runner-inspired trainers, though – giving you the comfort of a shoe built for abuse without the need to break a single sweat. Besides the incredibly popular Adidas EQT, the incoming Iniki Runner looks to be a certified hit, as does the Y3 Yohji Run Boost. Nike, who really started the lifestyle runner movement with the Roshe Run, is right there too with the Flyknit Air Max, Lunar Skylux, and Zoom All Out.

Actual Runners
Then there’s the actual serious business. Maybe you’re going to finally build that summer body this year or maybe you actually enjoy running, and if that’s the case then you’re weird in luck. The next 12 months is set to offer up no shortage of kicks built for training and off-duty. Nike Free Run and Pegasus silhouettes are tipped to be ever-present once again, as well as the New Balance M590V2s and Puma’s new Ignite range. The only trouble with actual running trainers is finding them in a colourway that doesn’t make them look like they belong on a children’s TV channel. Once you crack that, however… *kisses fingers like an Italian chef*

Neutrals
You’ve heard it a million times: build your wardrobe around neutral, high-quality wardrobe basics. Your footwear, dear reader, is a high-quality wardrobe basic. Invest in a few pairs of simple neutral colourway trainers and you can wear them with anything. If you want some guidance, look back at the last year and Adidas Original’s clay and olive iterations of the suede Gazelle, Nike’s ice white Internationalist trainers and New Balance’s marble M575END collaboration with End Clothing.

20 Years In The Making
Aside from being the year that gave us musical bangers like R Kelly’s ‘I Believe I Can Fly’ and the Men In Black theme tune, 1997 was also a pretty bumper year in trainers. Over the next 12 months, expect plenty of models to be celebrating their 20th birthday in style. For instance, Nike is planning a spate of must-have reissues, including all the classic Air Max 97s as part of its #LondonOnAir campaign this spring. Around the same time, new drops of old and forgotten favourites will start to appear like the well-titled Adidas Crazy 8 basketball shoe, Adidas Spezial, Nike Air Pegasus 97 and the underrated Reebok DMX Run. If Three-Stripes could also throw in a tasty re-up of the original, serrated Predator football boot while they’re at it, things might just be looking up for the year after The Worst Year Ever™.
