Hey that "Luffy" Tab is most likely just advertising for a netflix show that's releasing on Thursday

Tumblr most likely fucked up and (I hypothesize) wanted to do that Tab on Thursday and probably accidentally realeased it early

That's why there are like 5 posts in that Tab and nothing else is getting added, because it's not supposed to be out yet

I was giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking that that was a mistake, it wasn't, it's intentional, they're just that fucking incompetent

Here's a fix on desktop someone figured out!

It appears that they're going to adversitse this netflix show by having one of the main characters be the tab for a day up until it releases and the only posts in that Tab are the ones they've already chosen

Today is Zoro Tab day

The next ones (in following order) are most likely Nami, Usopp and Sanji, so expect those Tab names in the following days

Again don't try to spam the tab, nothing else is getting added in the there you're just going to waste your time

Ok so does anyone else find it funny how tumblr apparently got paid to promote the upcoming one piece live action thing (cause why else would the Luffy tab be there) and the best they could come up with is making a bar that just says "Luffy" with like 5 posts inside it and nothing else. Very bold of tumblr as a failing company to do the barest of bare minimums with that advertising i must say

I’m seeing a lot of confused people on this hellsite wondering what the fuck is up with the random Tabs at the top of their dash.

The Luffy and Zoro tabs are just Tumblr helping Netflix advertise for the live action One Piece show coming out on their platform this Thursday. You’ll see Nami, Usopp and Sanji Tabs pop up in the next few days.

This is a temporary (and poorly thought out since there’s only like a handful of post in the tab) feature.

Tumblr has updated the Luffy tab to a Zoro tab. it still includes the five luffy posts, accompanied by another four Zoro posts. more at nine

I'm a One Piece fan, but the Luffy tab still annoys me. One, because it's an advertisement that gets through my adblocker, and two, because there's like five posts in there. You can get more and frankly better Luffy posts by typing "Monkey D. Luffy" into the search bar.
