Lucky sighed, fighting the urge to pace and limiting himself to just walking, briskly, but still walking. He couldn't sit still when he was frustrated, the beast under his skin needed to move, needed to stretch, needed to burn off that energy, and he wasn't much in the mood to go running around town all fur and four legs that afternoon. If he did that his focus would be shot the rest of the night too and that wasn't going to do him a damn bit of good at work later now that Ms. Rabbit expected him on stage most nights at least part of his shift.

"Figured it'd be quiet, right? Like," he rolled his shoulders, thankful the street they were on was mostly empty that time of afternoon, "give m'time t'breathe? Didn't plan on trippin' over other wolves and everythin' else." He always kept the who in strict confidence, of course, but he'd been surprised by how many wolves actually were around town that he'd run into, and that was probably only a fraction of them.

He was all jolted up inside, a bundle of disjointed nerves and trying to sort it out. Or talk it out, as the case was, even though he was mostly just talking in circles. But what were old friends for if not to listen to the mess you made of things?

"Angel's still mad, Pepper's still mad - can't even go int'all that mess with her because she doesn't know half'a it." He exhaled, still not feeling great about not telling his sister about the curse but how could he? She was angry at him, but knowing it was Roland's doing? She'd be hurt too, on top of that, and he felt like that just wasn't fair to her.

"Was doin' better with th'demons than I am all this," he laughed weakly, joking, but sometimes it felt true and was sure it wasn't even the curse making things harder, it was just him.

This was originally going to be a bunch of doodles of everyone but then it’s suddenly become an abstracted character doodle which is explained why pomni and jax is here.

Side note: I don’t know why but I love drawing short wavy hair, it’s really fun to draw it.
