It's a Radioapple AU where Alastor essentially raised Charlie instead of Lucifer

PSA: Everything about Roo I made the fuck up, it's all based on vibes and headcanons (Lots of stuff here is hc, but I specify Roo because misinfo travels fast in this fandom. Like feel free to play with anything here for your own stuff, but just know it's made up)

HELSA YOUR AU, IS SHE GO GET SO JEALOUSY IF SHE SEE DEMON TRY ASK CHARLIE OUT DATE, AND SHE MAKE SURE THEY DON'T

Actually this does kind of come up!

After Charlie and Helsa break up in the Lost Apple AU, Charlie will go on to eventually meet Vaggie during an Extermination. The two meet sporadically afterward, with Vaggie eventually deciding to turn on Adam to protect Charlie during the Early Extermination. After this the two end up dating. And yes Helsa is incredibly jealous, and keeping an eye on them. She'll soften with time, she and Charlie split up on amicable terms. But Helsa is understandable to be a little bit suspicious of the Exorcist Angel.

I will say though for the root of the question: If she saw another demon try and get with Charlie would she get between them? I think yes. She'd justify it as looking out for Charlie, maybe even comically put herself between the two. Charlie might not even notice, cause she's definitely the type not to pick up on social cues as quickly.
