My Fortune-Teller Predictions for Dragon Age Lore

Ahead of Veilguard, Just In Case Im Right

and if I'm completely off base I can delete this post and pretend I never existed

History: 

Originally Thedas had two races, Elvhen and Dwarves 

There were two Great Powers, the Sky and the Stone 

Dragons and Titans - They lived in relative peace 

Until the Elvhen got greedy, started fighting Great dragons. 

Elvhen defeated the dragons 

How? Just lots of lives? Unsure. 

Why? Greed or Protection… unsure 

But more importantly the figured out how to trap Dragon Souls to get their power 

And they were like, you know, how about we amass more power? What’s up with those Titan dudes? 

Cue war with Titans. 

Titans lose (or do they?) 

Titan create blight to hurt Evanuris 

To become a God (Evanuris), you need a Ancient Dragon Spirit (OGB) and a Titan ‘heart’ (foci) 

Ghilly is the mad scientist who made the blight 

Andruil maybe brought it back from the Abyss/the Void, but Ghilly shaped it to what it is now 

Ghilly made the Qunari as an elf/dragon hybrid race 

But she made them with the exclusive purpose of being more powerful beings to use in her blood magic rituals 

Qunari have no names because of this 

This is the same reason why Solas’ name is Pride and Abelas’ name is Sorrow, because the enslaved Elvhen had no purpose except for to their masters, the did not deserve names 

Evanuris want to weaponize Blight, Mythal does not, so they blight her. 

June is a Dwarf 

The Evanuris used blood magic to gain power 

Vallaslin was (is?) blood magic so that the gods can control their populace 

Solas is an elf-spirit and a Dwarf-spirit hybrid  

His titan sings in HM (Hallelujah metre) 

Solavelan Crestwood happened in Fade-Crestwood - Solas can only remove the Vallaslin in the Fade. 

Sandal is an Evanuris (A Dragon Soul) 

Mythal is Andraste

My wild theory is that Sunrise on the Reaping will be told from the perspective of the District 1 mentor of the tribute killed by the forcefield ‘stunt’. Someone who saw all the unedited footage real time and then the editing and ‘spin’ after the fact.

I just have this strong inkling that Sylus is gonna be a strongly multi-layered character. Like yes, he is a villain, and probably with good reason. Considering how the current timeline/story is so deeply woven with the myths and other phenomena we may not know of yet, it's likely that Sylus is this anomaly who exists to bring an unexpected sequence of events that hasn't been foretold by any prophecy or past life.

Knowing that Xavier's role has allusions to time and time traveling (the current timeline we play in is the past), he's essentially breaking that prophetic rule, in a way. Going back to the main timeline to try and save the MC, destroying the protocores in Onichynus' possession...

But everything that Xavier's purpose is, maybe Sylus has exceeded that already or intends to, at least. Since he's been watching the MC this whole time, and has seen her with Xavier/Lumiere... the central rivalry will transpire between those two. I can also see a rivalry between Rafayel and Sylus, only because Raf seems to have the deeper connections when it comes to networking and who does what, etc. (And with Zayne who became a cardiac surgeon with the intention of saving MC, it's likely a tense rivalry between him and Sylus would gradually turn into something of neutral ground.)

Anyway, my point of it all is: Sylus will break the pattern. Whatever curse there is that has been placed on MC, his existence seeks to rid of that curse by any means possible. I do truly believe he wants to let the world burn for her, and the protocore experimentation serves a greater purpose of trying to save her...

We know that Sol Regem when he was still the Dragon Prince turned Leola in to the Cosmic Council, and she was executed. We also know that Sol Regem later became King of the Dragons + had and lost his mate, Aithne Solaire. We know that both of these things happened before he attacked Elarion since as he says, "I lost my hope long before I lost my sight" (5x04) and that he accidentally killed/buried Aithne Solaire alive in his fury... but fury over what?

We also know it's apparently expected / typical that the dragon monarchy is hereditary, passing from parent to child: Avizandum and Zubeia to Zym, presumably Sol Regem from his parental figure(s), and that at the very least Storm archdragon eggs are very rare / only laid every 1,000 or so years (1x05).

Two theories:

1) Sol Regem lost both his mate and his heir before the Fall of Elarion. Aaravos killed his child (as what could be more fitting revenge for Aaravos, who lost his child because of Sol Regem, than to kill that dragon's child), and Sol Regem, enraged by the loss of their child / heir accidentally killed his mate.

2) Sol Regem lost his heir before the Fall of Elarion (for similar revenge driven reasons). It was during the Fall of Elarion or some other attack on humans (maybe he blamed them and/or dark magic for the death of his child) that Aithne Solaire.

I could also see Sol Regem's "lost hope" being about having lost a parental figure. Not only would it provide nice parallels to both Claudia and Ezran in particular in S7, it'd also contrast Aaravos-Leola and show the almost symbiotic relationship parents and children have in the show in regards to hope and maintaining meaningful, healthy senses of identity.

So the lovely @skylarstar1000 was asking their daily question: ‘what are your thoughts on King Creativity’? I’m going to tell you exactly what I think. I believe he was REAL (possibly with another name) and that Thomas will write about him one day. Let me explain my proof—

Logan was the one that explained that Roman and Remus split like an ovum into two creativities, and they are essentially twins, or two halves of the same coin, a light half and a dark half. When that all was said, Roman was knocked out cold and Remus really only had to explain who he was, not how it happened.

What was left out, what we all missed, was the most important information: ROMAN’S SIDE OF THE STORY. I do believe there is still some lore to be explored about Roman before he had to split himself and when/why he went through the process. Maybe not the reason, but I do feel he would want to explain how he felt and the responsibility he claimed for doing so.

It’s possible that the name ‘King Creativity’ is just a fanon name, but there is a hint of proof if you look at Roman’s playlist. In it there is a song called ‘King’ by Years and Years. ‘King’ might just be an arbitrary title reserved for a royal person, HOWEVER, there’s a line in the song that says ‘I had to break myself to carry on’ most definitely referring to Roman splitting from Remus.

So Roman might have been King Roman, is what I’m saying. He was ‘King Creativity’ all along, he broke himself in two to ‘carry on’. There is more to that song about how Roman did all this for C!Thomas, and how Roman was finding the courage to fight that part of himself so that Thomas can live a more noble and happier life. It’s complicated and self sacrificing, but in the end, Roman will always be a protector willing to serve, no matter the cost.
