Just some sketches that go along with Lora and the Mother Dear au. Ignore the sharp teeth in a couple, I started seeing art for "sooner or later you gonna be mine", a wonderful and dark fic and comic. So I was preoccupied with trying to stick Lora in there somehow. Which would be fun since they are the "gaster brothers" so her being a mom and somehow and Mrs. Gaster would be interesting to somehow conjure up. Oh well, have some baby bones and some (very) rough sketches.

Corina's soul is cracked because she fell into the CORE (which is why she's grey), but survived. She has heavy ties to Gaster (there's also a whole thing there, there's a WHOLE lot of RP google docs), and can't remember anything from before the encounter. Also she's immortal and cannot be killed, but every time she dies, she doesn't remember what happened before it unless she's carefully informed about the events. This can be abused and she can essentially be brainwashed if she's killed.

Erin is Corina's corruption. And is technically a blob of black goop, so she can really look like whatever she wants, but mostly just looks like an inverted Corina. When the two touch, they can rejoin and the combination will be fully colored for the body.

Celethe is the city-dweller cousin of Sans and Papyrus and speaks in the Lora font. Her thing is she doesn't remember resets, but if she looks at someone, she can experience all their previous deaths. There's... so much on her she deserves her own post TBH dsakjfsf

“The Rain Boy” is a great story, here’s why.

I’m back at it again with a long review! I only write reviews for completed fics or long ones, so this one fits in the longer category lol. (Also it’s on Google Docs so I can’t comment D:)

“The Rain Boy” is an ongoing Handplates prequel story by @oh-my-m-theory of 108 pages on Docs. In this summary, I’ll may be giving some spoilers so PLEASE read it here if you have not yet! Let’s go.

The Rain Boy takes place in a medieval-esc Ireland in the summer (which I highly relate to, even in the States lol) before the war, before the Underground, and in the main character’s, Wingding’s, childhood days. "The Trio of Outcasts" includes a "Huckleberry Finn" of a character- Ronan, who seems to have a lively spirit only found in a child, always looking for a challenge and adventure. And the best friend Wingdings could have. Next is the tom-boy sassy skeleton- Lora, who's stuck by both of their sides for years, full of wit, charm, and her own sense of Integrity. A powerful friend. Lastly, we have the leader of the "monster bandits," the boy who'd want to be free like the birds, and always has his head in the clouds- Wingdings! (A younger, more passionate and imaginative Gaster than the conflicted adult we know.) The Trio spends their days in the lake, traveling the countryside, and leading the bandits of the school to those places. There are many different schoolhouse monsters and humans- nice ones, mean ones. (And smart ones, like the human ~April)

Now, why have a found such a simple and a generally happy story so enticing? Put it simply, it's magical. The description of the countryside, of nature, of old buildings, of characters, the change in lighting, it's gorgeous. A true romanticism novel. Almost Studio Ghibli quality with the descriptions. It's made an impact on me somehow- I can feel it. I want to be this kid who finds beauty and awe in the simple facts of nature. Who has a passion for how the world works. Its a spirit of child, even if he's 15. I miss that. I've always liked young Gaster bc of this, and that I also liked rain, science, and helping people. This story has helped me connect to him.

Nothing really upsetting has happened in this story, usually scared feelings change when Wingdings finds peace in nature. Except once. Not too many spoilers, but yah boy does end up getting expelled from the school bc he stood up for his class, and all monsters end up getting banned from the school later bc a stupid strict teacher. Well, his son who's in the class doesn't take it too lightly that Wingdings stood up to his father and- well he made it out fine. But I hated to see what he had to do to stand up to those bullies. I think we missed a lot of their cruelty after a time skip, which is good. In the end, I will not be emotionally prepared for the shift to a war. There's not much development with his large family, and even if he's almost considered the odd one of the bunch, I know what it will feel like for him to lose them.

tl;dr: If you're looking for a world to get lost into, to find some inner spirit you've missed- all in the universe of Undertale, and to see a Gaster from a more heart aching series (Handplates ©️ @zarla-s) at peace for once, this is your fanfic.

I'm ready for the next chapters. 👍

Just a Doodle of my dear Undertale Oc and her husband.

And yes, that is indeed Gaster, pre-accident. This pretty Skeleton is Lora Gaster. She was made as a curiosity surrounding the "Gaster is the Skelebros father" theory, which I found interesting. Lora is supposedly the Mother, the one who Sans looks like the most. She was the Judge before Sans, long before the initial story line. She was alive during the War with the humans and was one of the last of her Kin to survive it (other than Gaster of course). Due to the mass death the title was passed to her and she lived it out. Before slowing up on her duties to become a young mother, of a very young Sans.

She is lightly inspired by Bambi's mother in demeanor, and the Mother from wolf children. Though she doesn't raise the Skelebros by herself, early on in their marriage she lives in an old guard cabin with a newborn on the outskirts of the underground. Snowdin. While Gaster continues his training to become the head scientist.

Anyway, I will probably post some sketches of this gal and explorations of this overall background oc, since she wont ever be involved in the Frisk story line. Unless I think otherwise for creative purposes of course.

A Wish (The Masquerade Ball Pirate Mermaid AU and Mermaid Pirate AU)

The beginning takes place in a dream, the last three paragraphs are in reality!

Trigger Warnings: This is a dream, it's all fake, sad, separation, being unable to be with lover, dream sequence, knowing it's a dream. A stark lack of happiness. The children mentioned are not real children! Going by the rules of my half-monster half-non monster lore!

"Gaster! Wake up, Gaster!" Dahlia's voice spoke up. Gaster yawned and slowly opened his eyes. His eyes widened as he looked up. He sat up right away, and she moved out of the way. "Good evening, darling," Dahlia spoke softly. Her voice was as smooth as honey.

"Dahlia...? But... Why... Me... What about your husband...?" Gaster's voice wavered as he looked around, perplexed. Dahlia tilted her head at him, her hands on her hips, perplexed.

"Gaster, you're my husband. Are you okay?" Dahlia stated and inquired right away. She approached him and placed her hand on his head. He came to a halt and stared at her. He couldn't possibly have heard that correctly. She was HIS wife? But how? Wait... This had to be a dream. This had to be a dream! But part of him didn't want to believe it was all a dream. "You're not still sick, are you, darling?" Dahlia inquired softly. Gaster shook his head and reached for her hand. Her eyes were so real to him. Everything about her voice sounded genuine.

"No, I'm not... My dear, I'm fine..." Gaster's voice trembled a little. Her gentle smile caught his attention, and she cupped his cheekbone. He placed his hand gently on hers. "But why did you wake me up so early, my dear?" Gaster inquired softly. Dahlia chuckled and kissed him on the cheek before walking towards the door.

"Our girls prepared dinner. Georgia and Lora are awaiting approval from their papa." Dahlia cooed and smiled at him once more. He yearned for that smile. She always gave him a beautiful and genuine smile. He gripped his chest as she exited the room. This couldn't possibly be true; it had to be a dream. But why should he squander this opportunity? He slowly stood up and exited the room. As they entered the dining area, he noticed his brothers conversing with Locke and his brothers.

"But mama!" Gaster heard a little voice protest. When he entered the kitchen, he noticed a small skeleton with blue eyes holding a spoon away from another small skeleton with orange eyes. He came to a halt for a split second as Dahlia rested her hands on her hips.

"Georgia, please pass the spoon to Lora," Dahlia spoke to her daughter in a solemn tone and with a firm command. Georgia, the one with the blue eye lights, huffed and handed the spoon to Lora. Lora was picked up by Dahlia, and she began to stir the pot.

"Ahem." Gaster swallowed and cleared his throat. Georgia immediately looked over, her eyes brightening. Her grin widened as she became more animated.

"Papa!" Georgia exclaimed as she ran over to hug him. He wheezes a little as she hugs him. As she looked up at him with her blue eye lights, he nearly falls over. "Papa! You've gotten up! Do you feel better now?" Georgia inquired. Gaster chuckled and he gently stroked her skull.

"Yeah, papa is fine now," Gaster said as he looked down at the small skeleton. Georgia burst out laughing and dashed over to her mother. Gaster approached Dahlia and wrapped his arms around her waist. He stroked her neck. "What are you working on?" Gaster inquired as Dahlia moved her free hand to gently stroke his cheekbone.

"We're making chicken noodle soup, papa!" Lora cheerfully told him. He gently smiled at her as she continued to stir the pot. He chuckled and felt a twinge in his mind that this wasn't real, but he wanted to savor this moment. Savor these moments for as long as he can.

"Smells delicious, precious one..." Gaster gently said as he kissed her cheek. He slowly let go as Georgia began to tell him all about her day and he listened intently as Dahlia chuckles and Lora chimes in.

"I'm impressed you got such a woman, Gaster!" Hook cracked a joke. As he looked up, Gaster nearly choked on his soup. Pyre was frowning, and Jasper was giggling. "If only I'd met her sooner... She'd be my sweetheart." Hook cracked even more jokes. Cynthia drank her water quietly while leaning against Vise, and he heard a scoff.

"As if! You're not her type, you grump." Cynthia retorted. Hook leaned forward, his eyes rolled.

"If YOU were my wife, I'd poison your coffee." Hook broke a bit. Cynthia glared at him before kissing Vise on the cheek and looking at him.

"I'd drink it if YOU were my husband." Cynthia retorted as she finished her meal. Wings quickly raised a hand to stop Hook from tossing food at Cynthia.

"Do not poke the bear, Hook." Wings warned. Dahlia chuckled as she quietly ate her food.

"Make sure you eat, darling. Otherwise, I'll have to feed you." Gaster blushed as Dahlia joked. At the table, he could hear his two daughters groan.

"Ew, mom! That's gross!" Georgia expressed her displeasure. Dahlia chuckled and held a piece of Gaster's food to his mouth.

"Darling, say "ah." Dahlia cooed, and Gaster obeyed. He could hear his daughters making disgusted noises, as well as chuckles from his fellow crew members. Vise and Hook made disgusted noises, but he also heard "aw"s from other members. He could hear all of the boys complaining about how gross and cringe-worthy it is, but they kept talking.

Gaster felt as if he was about to cry. His daughters sat on his lap, curled up. Dahlia was leaning on his shoulder as they slept peacefully. Lora's skull was stroked by her hand. He knew it was all going to come to an end. He was aware that his dream was coming to an end, but he didn't want it to. He didn't want his dream to come to an end. As a tear streamed down his cheek, he covered his mouth. Dahlia shifted and cupped his face.

"What's wrong, Gaster?" Dahlia inquired as she looked him over. He let the tears flow and he leans on her shoulder. He hides his face and breaths in her scent. She smelled like the sea breeze and the ocean. He was very familiar with her scent and he chuckled.

"Nothing, my dear... This just feels like a dream to me." Gaster responded slowly. His voice wavering with each word. She hums as she gently hugged him back. Her hands stroking his skull gently.

"I know... It's like a dream for me that you fell for me... Much less marry and have children with me..." Dahlia's voice was honey-coated and soft. She pushed him back gently. She gently smiled at him as he placed his hand on her stomach. "And with another baby on the way..." Dahlia stated softly, and Gaster felt as if his soul was being ripped apart. He knew this wasn't real even though he desperately wished it was. He covers his face and lets more tears flow. He felt her gently cup his cheekbones and he chuckled humorlessly. He gently took a hand and kissed the palm. "Are you alright, darling?"

"Yes... Yes, I'm okay... I'm just happy... I'm the happiest I've been in a long time..." Gaster said quietly. He leaned in and kissed her gently one last time. He closed his eyes and felt her feel the same way. He gradually felt himself drift, and he was tugged and pulled away. He tried to hang on, but in the end... he gave up.

---------- Back to Reality-----------

"Gaster... Are you okay?" Gaster slowly sat up as he saw Hala's concerned face looking at him. He sighed as he felt the cold reality hit him. The warmth he felt in that dream was gone, Dahlia was gone, and their kids never existed. He hated reality, but part of him felt that maybe, just maybe... He could turn that dream into reality.

"Yes... I'm alright, Hala... What happened...?" Gaster asked and Hala sighed in relief. Gaster felt a bit heartbroken seeing Hala. Hala was identical to Dahlia and yet, was so different. Hala began to recite everything that happened and he looked towards the window. Part of him felt, that Dahlia was looking for him still and that they'd meet again.

It's the only wish he can hold on to.
