i'm the asshole who goes onto kink memes and prompts "character x holding hands in public with character y" and "characters x and y shop for curtains" and "characters x and y work through z relationship problem like the intelligent adults that they are and then they snuggle and watch television because they're now stronger people and have a better bond after having dealt with their issues"
