I really wish dragons rising would have tackled the consequences of Zane waking up to the merged world Years after it happened

Imaging waking up and your entire world is different and everyone is so “nonchalant” about it , but it’s because they have lived through it and processed what happened, and you weren’t given that chance

He could have been the one with all the questions instead of having the answers, something that would probably frustrate him. He had to get used to Lloyd being the keeper of the monastery and not Wu in the blink of an eye. There could he conflict there because Zane is used to how Wu operates things at home and not Lloyd, not to mention Zane is grieving Wu at the same time.

Like yea- he missed Pixal and I am glad they showed that, but there is so much more they could do to show that Once Again time has slipped from his fingers and he’s been left behind.

I'm sorry Dragons Rising Lloyd is NOT 18-19, maybe Crystalized Lloyd, but in Dragons Rising that is a young adult man he is like 23/24 years old he is NOT still a late teenager !!!

We are planning birthday filler episodes for each of the ninja! This is just some ideas/head-cannons that will play into the episodes

Kai: Never celebrated it. For the longest time Nya didn’t even know he had a birthday/when it was. Whenever she asked he would always shrug it off and switch the subject. He didn’t want to worry her with it. Eventually when the ninja finally figured out his birthday they threw him a party and part of him likes the attention but he hates the thought of presents because why would his friends spend money on him when they could be spending it on their own needs. The only exception was his 6th birthday (the first birthday after his parents left) after Nya went to sleep he took out a cupcake he nicked earlier that day and went to look for shooting stars all night. The wish was the same on every star ‘please come back mom and dad’

Cole: expects everyone to forget. We HIGHLY doubt his neglectful father actually ever celebrated his b-day. He most likely went through town to the bakery and got himself cake and are it alone watching tv or playing video games. So he has no expectations for his birthday, and thinks everyone wont care/will forget

Nya: Kai gave her the HAPPIEST birthday, with a ‘just cause our parents are gone doesnt mean you cant be happy’ attitude. So every year weather it be stolen items or him saving every nickel and dime for it he would throw her a party, even if it was just them too. There would be cake and decorations and all of these different things. Still every year Nya wished for their parents to come back so Kai could be a kid with her again

Lloyd: his birthday was always just a bad reminder of everything, his dad was gone and evil, his mom abandoned him at Darkley's School for Bad Boys the first chance she got. He just felt forgotten and unimportant on his birthday. Until the ninja adopt him and throw the biggest party known to mankind, pulling all the stops. Often getting gifts he should have had in his childhood (comics, figurines, etc)

Jay: loves his birthday, his parents always made a big deal of it, his dad building him something knew, they would spend the whole day together, whatever Jay wanted he got. It was Jay’s day. But his favorite part of the day was at the end, when his mom pulled out his birthday cake and his dad claps him on the back ‘another year older buckaroo.”

Zane: he does not know his real birthday as he’s a robot. "Hey Zane. When's your birthday by the way?" -any of the ninja, "I don't really have an exact one. I was made, not born" -Zane. so they just give him one. Weather it be a day that's special to them for a reason or just any random day and throw him a party. "to celebrate all the years you couldn't" At the end they are all piled together on the couch watching Zane’s favorite movie and Zane decides that this day is his birthday now, and so his birthday is the day that represents whats important to him most. His friends His family

Finley Marsh

Age: 23

Finley Marsh, a shy and reserved lifeguard, was an enigmatic figure at the park. Despite his reserved nature, he chose to work at the loud and colourful Indigo Park, a decision he never fully explained to others. He found solace in collecting trinkets like seashells, shiny rocks, and coins, which he kept as treasured mementos. 

As a lifeguard and part of the security team, Finley kept watch over the park's water attractions, preferring the shadows to the spotlight. His tall, lanky frame and pale complexion often drew comparisons to a giant sea serpent, leading guests to nickname him "Finely the Sea Serpent". He hated this nickname.

Although he didn’t talk much, he formed a close bond with his friends, particularly Melanie, who made him feel at ease. Sandra, however, sometimes unsettled him. 

Finley was the third to disappear.

Finley is here!! He's one of my favorite Indigo Park characters, and writing him to fit my AU has been so much fun! I decided to keep his original name because I found that it suited him well as a human. I also liked the idea of making him a super pale lifeguard who likes to do his own thing instead of involving himself with the big, bustling crowds in the park. He's kind of like the introvert who was adopted by a group of extroverts (i.e. Randy, Melanie and Lou).

For those unfamiliar, these characters are part of my Cast Chronicles AU, an Indigo Park AU set in the 1960s. In this alternate reality, the main cast mascots are human employees who worked together at Indigo Park. As the story unfolds, we delve into their roles within the park and the friendships they form. However, things take a turn for the worse when they begin to mysteriously disappear, one by one.
