just thinking about lip x shy reader who used to have the biggest crush on him when they went to school!!

okay this is going to be something similar to the plot of 'normal people' where reader was shy in high school but not as shy in college!

"hey, didn't we go to high school together?" you turn around and see him the one you were practically in love with during your years at your shitty south side school.

"yeah i think we did, lip gallagher right?" you didn't have to ask. you knew who he was.

"yeah, you're-" he your name and you nodded as one of your friends came up to you saying,

"hey! come on i heard there's a better party on the next floor let's go!"

you giggled at how drunk she was, "okay i'm going." you looked back at lip

"it was nice seeing you but i have to go, maybe we'll see each other later?"

"yeah i'm sure we will."

you couldn't stop thinking about him after you left. it was barley an hour before you were itching to see him again. and before you knew it, you were going back to the floor where the two of you met.

"hey you came back." he was smirking, seems like he didn't change much since high school.

"yeah my friend left with her boyfriend so i thought i would come back here." since being in college you've become much less shy than you were in high school and you were now able to actually talk to lip without becoming a stuttering mess.

"yeah i was just wondering why we never talked in school?" you rolled your eyes at that saying,

"i didn't look like this," gesturing to your now fully developed body, "and i was too shy to even talk to you without stuttering so much you couldn't understand me."

"well, i was thinking," he leaned close to your ear, "maybe you and i could make up for lost time?" he smirked again.
