Full offense but you seem like the kind of person who likes Licia of Lindelt. Not necessarily as a character, but probably a person and almost definitely as a romantic interest.

I mean she is an invader, and so am I. She is an evil woman and so am I. We have a lot in common. Unfortunately, because we are both in the shittiest game, we can't be together. She wants souls for her door opening services, and I can't afford that due to the """"genius"""" soul memory mechanic.

so in ds2 the painting guardian set is brought back as the monastery set, and it's description mentions it having been crafted at the lindelt monastery. this same monastery is also mentioned in the description of the soothing sunlight and bountiful sunlight miracles.

A traditional sacred headcloth crafted at the Lindelt Monastery. Made of a lightweight, flowing white fabric.

This miracle, once kept by the Lindelt Monastery, was stolen and never recovered.

it is implied that the one who stole these miracles was licia of lindelt, as she drops one of them after being exposed as the nameless usurper who attempts to kill you multiple times.

all that to say wouldn't it be sick if instead of just wearing the saint's set and using a single bandit's knife, licia wore the monastery set and dual-wielded the monastery scimitars when she invades you as the nameless usurper? it would better hide her identity and make her WAY more of a serious threat, all while still fitting the lore perfectly.

more importantly you wouldn't have to grind bonfire ascetics to farm the single non-respawning ng+ dark spirit that drops single pieces of the set and scimitar.

Licia of Lindelt! About whom I know so little, but here we go: If she were real, I'd be afraid of angry at her. She's so transparently scummy it's astonishing. Like Reah, But Evil(er). Free space: she is SO well written. (It doesn't make her any less despicable.) All her little guilt trips!

I'm pretty well convinced she's going to do something awful at some point.
