me when I’ve read all his biographies at least three times over because I can’t experience his livelihood because he’s dead 😔👊
no but he was my first ever obsession (besides big time rush) that I read fanfictions about and all that. I know this is super random but the day he died came and went and I feel like I needed to say something because I love him so much!! I was CRAZY like CRAZZZYYY over him and Keith it was unbelievable. Plus, he is unlike any other crush I have, being short and soft features and baby blues

Any fool who makes this mistake with me while wearing a Rolling Stones shirt gets themselves schooled as the price of their asshole behavior. I’ve been studying that band since I was SIX YEARS OLD. There’s nothing I don’t know at this point because I’ve been obsessed for over 30 years. They get to find out all the fun facts. Mick’s height (5′11″, though who knows. He’s nearly 80. He might be a bit shorter now). Which track number songs like Can’t You Hear Me Knocking on Sticky Fingers appear (Four). How the band got their name (Muddy Water’s tune “Rollin’ Stone’). What Brian Jones’ full name is (Brian Lewis Hopkins Jones) and his famous quote about being famous but not making 30 (He died at 27). Cause I may be a woman and I may look a bit younger than my age, but I will SCHOOL any fool that tries to act like I’m making a fashion statement by wearing a Stones t-shirt.
i made the mistake of wearing a pink floyd shirt to work. the amount if older men who legit quizzed me should be illegal. ive also had guys try ti “introduce” me to nirvana while i was wearing a nirvana shirt 🥲

i got a new book on the rolling stones cause i’m desperate and i kid u not there’s this page like “ten reasons why the rolling stones were the world’s greatest rock and roll band” and leigt the top reason was brian’s hair
#i am they're not wrong#it has other things like charlie's drumming and their stagewear#but like even these fools think that brian's hair is the top reason for their success and i love it#like wow i didn't know i wrote this page am i gonna get royalties for this ????#i just find it so hilarous#although i almost cried in the bookshop when that the last reason was simply 'lewis brian hopkin jones'#like how rude i'm trying to have a normal day here without crying about brian !!#the groupie speaks
