Decided to bake a lil basic lemon bundt cake

Bundt cake number 2! Is a failure!

Ironically, it is not because of coconut oil this time, as I used butter to grease the pan. My new AC was so loud that I didn't hear the oven timer go off. This was in at least 10 minites too long. It took me nearly 2 hours to get it out of the pan. When it emerged, it had pieces of the pan lining on it.

So even though the inside tastes great, and it came out in one piece, I couldn't give it to the night shift as planned. (They never got any of the first one.) And my pan is destroyed after only 2 cakes.

Thank God for gift cards. Third cake is coming in a few days!
