Finally finished Lesser Evil. Thrawn gets kicked out of the Ascendancy but he turns out to be a bit of a sly old fox and has a plan up his sleeve. He is not as insular as the rest of the Chiss, and has to go .Thrawn sets up a situation to deal with the Grysk for now, saving the Chiss but that wasn't enough for the Chiss leasdership who reckoned that he would drag them into further trouble. Thrawn leaves everybody he knew and loved to be abandoned on an uninhabited planet hoping to thumb down a passing Empire ship, the Empire would not pass up a free planet and a renowned tactician, even though he's an alien.

Another thing is that the Grysk boast about putting their representatives on the leader's thrones in the Ascendancy, Thrawn points out that the Chiss have no overall leaders or royalty.

This means that I have finished all the canon Thrawn novels.

One thing though, going back to the original Thrawn novel, it appears that he is back in touch with the rest of the Chiss as the novel progresses, obviously passing on intelligence on the Empire's actions. This version of Thrawn might even have set up something like The Hand as a back up during his time with the Empire.

Despite his differences it seemed that Thrawn was able to survive comfortably among the humans, and he probably wound the other Chiss up about that. (Ew your'e going to die eating Human food).

The novels finish at the point that Thrawn and his fleet make their fateful trip to Lothal. Whether we will get novels about what happens from there, we'll have to wait and see. Thrawn obviously did stuff in his new galaxy we don't know about yet .

From here I start on the now non canon (legends) novels. I am going to start with Outbound Flight before going on to Heir To The Empire.

Moon will be in Cancer.  A time to focus on the home and family, nurturing all of the above, while taking note of changes to be made. At least consider it.  Emotions will run over , everyone is supersensitive.   The Sun enters fellow water sign Pisces.  A  time to be clear in all interactions with others, in order to avoid mis-understandings.    Anything of a creative visual, use nature will go well.

MONDAY February 19th:

A strong foundation for ideas will lead to success.  Long term goals are also in good aspect.    Dealings with people’s in authority/power bound to sources.  A good  to interview for a new job.  Try to balance home, work, career and personal responsibilities.   Long term friends will be the most supportive.

TUESDAY February 20th:

Beware of being too emotionally attached/entangled, or allow moodiness to lead to depression.  People who notice unique expressions of Self and others are keen to work as a team to solver problems.     Progress manifest if individuality  is at the forefront of all endeavors.

WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 22ND:

When the Moon  enters Leo @ 8.40am

Ventures that involve over risk  should be the focus and , with attention to .     Lover affairs that are not serving needs on a deeper level shold e reconsidered, or have a conversation  that gets to the root cause of the problem.   Keep drama to a. Minimum because it will slow down progress.  Anything connected to children, personal happiness, entertainment and leasdership are never positive stars.   

THURSDAYFebarury 22nd:

Childhood issues could neon the surface as the root cause of certain personal problems.   These issues need to be confronted and overcome.   Have fun with friends but bear in mind the Moon will be void-of-course,  therefore promises made will most likely not be kept.  Overall people will be emotional and selfish.

FRIDAY February 23rd:

During the day entertainment industry plays an important role in work and day-to -day activities.   However, the Moon will be in between signs for most of the day, which means decisions made will take a different turn.  Think before speaking and taking action, because it will be easy to be critical of others.   Focus on eating a healthy diet through the day.

SATURDAY February 23rd:

There will be a Ful Moon in Virgo @  7.30am. Avoid trying to be all things to all. People or having the answer to everything for everyone.   Keep things simple and practical.  Stresses at work may lead to considering a new form of employment .  Clear out clutter in the home.

Ali was directing players and giving directions throughout the game and I think it helped players (other than zerboni) a lot! Tbh I feel like zerboni is threatened by Ali’s skill, leasdership, experience etc. idk zerboni just seems so toxic and only cares about herself

Love to hear that! She's such a great leader on and off the field and her play and soccer IQ backs it all up. I wouldn't be surprised if that all bothers Zerboni and she's threatened by it all because Ali is truly the full package. I think that's bothered certain people when it comes to Ali which is pathetic because she's not only all of those things but one of the sweetest and most humble players out there so I don't know if it bothers these big headed ego monsters even more but like sorry she's not like that which makes her even more likable to her fans and teammates?? Such a weird flex by them all.

The craziness of 2020, coupled with the stupidity of many in leasdership, has really tested everyone's ability to have a positive outlook. Still, we must do that, as it's the only mentality that will get us through. But it's easier said than done for some, especially the marginilized and those less fortunate, who need out help now, more than ever.

I think like any membership group, people can be private about the covens they’re in. People hide their membership to all sorts of clubs (whether it’s something simple like not talking politics at work to something messed up like people hiding their involvement with hate groups). If you have a gang of women out to literally overthrow witching leasdership, they aren’t gonna tell everyone about it.

Very fair point! I figured it could also just be that Miss Gullet and Miss Mould were very careful never to mention the coven. If it is a place for “free spirits” who can break the code, they wouldn’t be very open about it, for sure!

"Drew Dudley: Everyday Leasdership" TED Talks Findings

My take of this amazing speech was that leadership balances with that feeling of compassion for other human beings. Most of the time we define leadership to do with a position in a job or if you come from a humble family like mine the leader is the head of your family. Being a personal leader to those around you is an amazing view point. I spend each day reflecting on the good in my life but very rarely have I actually given that “Lollipop” moment to another person, at least I am not aware of it. 

In my current job I am able to express gratitude often in many ways, but to express that gratitude that a person has been a leader in my life has escaped me in years. I know that I was hoping to hear more about the aspects of leadership in a more work inclusive environment but it was refreshing to learn more about this point of view that has broken out of the traditional box like mind frame of the term “leadership”.
