Here's a real showman (er, showfrog?) who absolutely deserves some spotlight: Wynnie the 30-foot frog from the Lake of Dreams show at the Wynn Resort in Las Vegas! He sports a hat and cigar for some performances as well:

There's quite a bit of behind-the-scenes content of his production available, including this gallery and this video!

Wynnie isn't the only animatronic from the show, either; he was later accompanied by an act of singing birds! We'll feature them here soon as well.

So I’m on a trip with some family cause we’re impulsive people and keep adding stops and detours to our already long trip across the country. One of these detours was to see Mount Rushmore which added a few more hours to our trip. We made it to South Dakota around 1am today and went to the mountain later in the morning and all we got was this.

I don’t have a picture of the mountain but it wouldn’t matter because there was just fog everywhere. It only cleared up a little that you could vaguely see the outline. I ended up getting a chocolate bar and a ring from the gift shop but now I only have a chocolate bar cause apparently I lost the ring almost immediately after.

Anyway, gonna stop somewhere in either Minnesota or Wisconsin for the night later before heading to Chicago to stay for a day or too. Hopefully I can visit one of my childhood homes in Indiana for a little before we move on to New York.
