I also want to apologize for my unplanned hiatus last March. Work got out of hand, so I took a small break and recuperated.  April was a transformative month with both highs and lows. Getting back to work after a long gap in Career

Dear friends, Most of us face this situation whether we like it or not. If you are in the same boat, don’t feel defeated. You can always get back to work no matter what was the reason for your break. Also you need not feel guilty for taking the break, whether it was to take care of your kids, or you were on H4 visa in USA, or ill health, or had to take care of your parents, all is for good…

Google has stated that 12,000 employees would be laid off internationally. Google CEO Sundar Pichai stated that the business conducted a “rigorous review across product categories” to verify that present jobs correspond with the company’s top priorities.

I'm not sure how nice I trust a person to be if continuing to support a project that laidoff all the workers they didn't pay is part of being nice. Exploiting people isn't nice.

So lemme get this straight. You’re mad at Quackity’s management for not paying workers, and then when Quackity finds out and fires those managers and sets out his general plans to downsize, slow down, and gradually reincorporate the rest -

[a pretty structured and well-thought-out plan for having the server down for less than a WEEK](likely because if he’s paying everyone who was working, he can’t afford to pay every last one right this minute)

- now you’re mad because he’s trying to do it the right way, which by the way is a MASSIVE amount of work, for a server where he doesn’t stream much and doesn’t receive direct income from, directly after he’s admitted that he’s been struggling in his personal life and apologized profusely live at like fucking 3am the moment he found out?

(like, this isn’t a server like hypixel. The CC’s aren’t paying for ranks or memberships or anything.).

Does that sound about right?

And then, to cap it off - you’ve decided that this is somehow something I am responsible for in some way? Like I need to be clear: I am Some Guy On The Internet. I’m not a socials manager for Quackity, I don’t pay Quackity jackshit because I’m poor as hell, nor do I watch his streams because I’ve only got the money for the one subscription.

I am watching a streamer play with his new friends as a way to relax because work yesterday left me unable to do fucking housework, my guy, who told you you’re an asshole because you decided to send a poorly timed ask to harsh the nice mood I was enjoying, which you knew I was enjoying, because I was liveblogging.

Have you considered learning some manners and, here’s a wild concept: respecting the feelings of people around you.

Spooky month ship tournament announcement!

This poll tournament has been inspired by @itsnotmourn spooky month shipchart, most of the ship names come from there so go check it out.

What is this tournament about?

Well, its about a ton of ships fighting in polls to determine which is the supreme ship. I realized that there were several ship tournaments on Twitter but none on Tumblr, so here it is!
