Caitlyn and Jinx: Fueled by Vengeance and Love.

Ok, I saw some messages suggesting that Caitlyn wasn’t necessarily very sincere during the kiss and that it was a bit manipulative, justified by her expression right after in the tunnel.

I think Caitlyn was sincere with the kiss. She is consumed by vengeance, that's a fact, and that's why after the kiss, when they're walking in the tunnel, her expression turns hard again because she refocuses. But I genuinely believe that when she kissed Vi, she was sincere.

She doesn't feel like she's changing, she doesn't see that she's 'going off the rails.' And that's why, when Vi grabs her arm and says, 'You're the one acting like her (Jinx),' where Caitlyn should say, 'Yes, you're right, I'm sorry,' she loses it because vengeance and anger take over—she's just blinded. But she's still herself.

It's more of a duality than a change in behavior. It's an internal battle between who she is and who she could become if she lets herself be blinded by vengeance, which is exactly what happened to Jinx.

There's a strong parallel between Jinx and Caitlyn because their traumas split their identities in two: one who loves Vi more than anything and is ultimately a good person with a moral compass, and one consumed by vengeance, who punishes Vi.

Jinx punishes Vi because she gets closer to Caitlyn and the enforcers, and Caitlyn punishes Vi because she gets closer to Jinx and Zaun.

Caitlyn sees Jinx when she looks at Vi because they share the same blood.

Jinx sees Caitlyn when she looks at Vi because they share the same uniform.

And the parallel is even stronger because Jinx becomes a symbol for Zaun and a leader, just like Caitlyn for the Piltovians.

Where some might think Caitlyn is becoming like Jinx, I believe she’s always had that potential in her. Just as Jinx might have been an adorable little girl without trauma, here we have two highly intelligent, curious people, but with traumas that struck at different ages—Jinx as a child and Caitlyn much later. That’s why Jinx is more unstable, because she was still developing her sense of self, whereas Caitlyn had time to blossom and strengthen her identity.

Jinx is more unstable than Caitlyn, with less control. Others have already discussed their weapon choices, which align well with what I think here: both are primarily long-range fighters, precise by nature, but Jinx’s instability is expressed through her explosives, in contrast to Caitlyn’s sniper rifle. This highlights Caitlyn’s control—she’s calculated and thoughtful.

OMG YISSS!!! Bruce trying to get the boys to warm up to him with food but Dick is just mind numbingly TERRIFIED that Bruce will try to eat Jason or do to Jason WHAT B DID TO THE TOAST OH LORD! Dick is in a constant state of STRESS because this huge Bat keeps trying to coax his chick away from him! 😭🥺

On the other hand Jason is convinced that Batman aka Bruce Wayne aka a friggin BILLIONAIRE snatched them off the streets to do god knows what to them and is ready to stab the living daylights out of him while also clinging to Dick like his life depends on it because “you’ll have to separate us over my dead body, pervert!”

And Alfred just watching the veritable train wreck happening with a tired sigh.

Bruce finds many books on how to deal with traumatized children on his nightstand when he slinks off to bed eventually.

I just watched inside out 2 and it was amazing. It was a good movie, you guys should 100% watch it!

!!SPOILERS!!

Okay guys first of all I really liked how they did the new emotions and how anxiety acts. It was pretty good and oof that last minutes of the movie, THAT IS WHEN I DECIDED THIS MOVIE WAS JUST AMAZING. They have done pretty well showing how anxiety in real life feels like. I really saw myself when I was watching that scene. Like the heart poundings, the stress...EVERYTHING. It's literally how anxiety feels like, they have done absolute great job doing it. When I was watching it I felt slowly tears were coming to me and yeah I did shed some tears. That scene was just amazing. I love it. The way anxiety acts was so good, I know I am saying it again but AAAGHH THEY HAVE DONE A GREAT JOB! Probably it is my favourite scene in the movie. It was literally a chef's kiss to the movies ending. OH MY GOD I LOVE IT SO MUCH, IT'S SO GOOD AHEGAJDHJQHDNS

Besides from that first I thought this movie was going to be cringe and all the emotions were going to get on my nerves. But no. None of that happened. They were pretty fine and I really liked how embressment helped sadness. I knew that they were going to bond because of the trailers. He was cute. Envy and Ennui(I hope I wrote it right) were also great characters, they were pretty enjoyable. I like how ennui acted after sadness took their phone. It's literally me when I can't find my phone. Envy was nice too, but they could have done her show more jealousy. And anxiety was literal anxiety like this movie portrayed all emotions so well. I can't believe it was this reletable(Especielly that anxiety attack scene). Yea that is all. I ADORE THIS MOVIE. It was soooo good. I would watch it again even tho I have watched it just a hour ago. It was just amazing. Loving this movie.

ALSO I LOVE THAT SCENE WHERE THEY GET BOTTLED UP AND SEE RILEYS ZELDA LOOKING CHARACTER CRUSH, THAT DORA THE RABBIT DUDE AND THE BIG DARK SECRET IT WAS SO FUNNY. I LIKED ALL THE CHARACTERS IN THERE. IT WAS SO GOOD. THIS MOVIE IS SO GOOD. I LOVE IT.

She couldn’t deny that she could feel it.

The invisible string. That tied her still heart to you.

Deep inside her cold skin.

Was the gravity of you.

Everything, it was all she needed. You. All along. You and your adorable smile. You and your nose scrunches.

You and your idiotic, stupid, lovely, self.

She could blame everyone around her, but in all honesty it was her choice. Her choice to give you up for a mere chance to turn into a human again. The worst part was is that it wasn’t even guranteed.

So, she slumped to the floor in a fit of sobs. Everything felt out of place. Out of balance, the world was. Without you seemed empty, depressing.

Alcina had never prayed so badly. She wished and hoped to have you back. To make the pain stop, to have you in her arms once again.

There was no goodbye.

She left bruises where there should’ve been kisses. She yelled at you when it should’ve been words of comfort. She told you that you weren’t like her other partners in a way that it sounded like she hated you instead of love you, she was so blind by her pride.

It was too late, you had hated her and moved far away from Romania, she hated and despised how she just walked away from you with no shame. No…guilt.

A gut wrenching scream erupted from her mouth, feeling it deep inside her, the pain wasn’t just an emotional one, it was physical, mental even. The sobbing left her body weak and paralyzed as she curled up on the floor, the hot tears made it feel like boiling water was rolling down her porcelain cheeks. Screaming your name in horror wishing and praying to every god she knew to return you to her. The painful sensation in her chest was that of the Dagger of Death's Flowers.

Now, she had realized, that she would rather swim in the most untameable waves with you, then sail the calmest sea with anyone else.

You. are everything to her.
