Ok first of all. I was gonna give Lori S tier but also she makes me too angry sometimes. I love you Lori but girl. Girlie-

I was considering Feenie to have her own tier because she is like Jello's daughter and she is also very wonderful. But I was too lazy so she goes in A tier, only because I don't feel as strongly about her as I feel for the characters I put in S tier (same for Trixie)

I'm not sure if you usually take asks, but I will die for any headcanons you have on Little Yoomtah or Little Zora. Please. I know some people headcanon that Zora uses her epithet to turn herself back to be that size, but I want to know your opinions. I'm sorry if this sounds awkward. I’ve literally been avoiding talking about these two because I’ve been worried nobody wants these headcanons, I’ve never been so happy to get an ask, Epithet is my biggest interest and has been for over a year now, ESPECIALLY BLISS OCEAN!!!

SO I HAVE FAR TOO MUCH TO SAY AND I APOLOGIZE IN ADVANCE SO EXCITED TO TALK ABOUT THESE TWO (but I’ll try to keep it short!)

Regressor! Zora Salazar

Headspace range of 2-5

Yes, on occasion she likes to use her epithet to physically regress herself but if she’s with anybody else she refuses to let herself be physically small, especially when she’s already unbelievably mentally vulnerable as well. Ontop of this, if she’s ever with Yoomtah or someone else who’s regressed, she doesn’t want to make them feel bad or upset since they can’t just do the same as her. So, Zora usually only uses her epithet to regress when she’s alone.

I feel like she’d use her epithet to age herself down just to go play at the park by herself, and not feel out of place, or like the swings were too small. She gets a bit sad though when she does something she thinks is cool but can’t turn around to see if her mom or dad saw her do it.

Even when only mentally regressing, it can be the result of a meltdown, Zora bottling up her emotions and refusing to regress as much as possible. She will put off regressing for as long as possible, enjoying being regressed but dislikes the fact she enjoys it. Being vulnerable is very hard for her, even when she’s alone. She will eventually hide in a blanket fort and cuddle her wolf stuffies and color, crying while doing so as she guiltily tries to make herself feel better.

Teethes and chews on anything and everything. She really likes more rubbery things though, pacifiers and chewlery, but will chew on blankies or stuffies when those aren’t available.

She hides her pacifier under her scarf or hat when regressed, but still in uniform, even though nobody would be around.

Not very verbal when little

She melts at the nicknames “sunshine” “little lady” and things like “lil bugger” or just “kiddo.”

Her prized stuffed animal is a Build-a-Bear wolf named “Silver.” He has voice boxes in his paws from her ‘co-workers’ telling her how loved she is. The one from Yoomtah is more silly than the other three, and weirdly a bit static-y for some reason.

Honestly just a pretty chill little one when she’s regressed. Compared to other little ones, she’s honestly okay with anything, and is only really emotional if she’s been caught regressing or a caregiver is trying to help her regress. Afterwards, she’s okay with a lazy day of cuddles at home but still excitable when she’s asked if she’d like to play or go on a zoo trip.

When overwhelmed, she likes to hide in pillow forts alone by herself and look through story books or play Pokemon.

She really likes playing with Calico Critters. The texture of the Calico Critters makes her really happy, and the fact they’re animals just makes her ten times happier.

Zora would shoot you in the back with a Nerf gun and evil giggle to herself.

Wears blankets around like they’re ponchos or capes.

Sometimes she just has days where she likes sitting in caregiver’s laps when she can, or at least next to them, hiding her face in their neck. If it’s mentioned, or even acknowledged she will sit back up so fast.

She has really bad and vivid nightmares about her parents that usually leave her regressed pretty small and crying into her baby blanket. The baby blanket is one she’s had since she was a baby, her mother making the blanket for her, quilting the sun and sheep patterns into it. It’s one of the few items she took with after her parents were killed.

Avoids baths at all costs

Doesn’t really do “little clothes,” but she does enjoy baggy t-shirts and pajama bottoms.

Loves playing outside when little, but not really in Sweet Jazz, unless it’s beach season. She’d much rather be running around the woods, finding cool rocks and showing anyone with her the cool mushrooms she found (but didn’t touch).

She prefers apple cider when a caregiver decides to give her a bottle before bed.

Loves talking about dinosaurs

She enjoys Sherrif Callie’s Wild West, but will usually prefer older movies like Care Bears or The Land Before Time.

She adores playing dress up, especially when she gets Zora to join. They like playing “Dragon and Princess” but they end up arguing over who gets to be the dragon sometimes so they just play dragons.

Invites Zora to all of her tea parties and treats Silver as “the honored guest” every time. When she has tea parties on her own or with just her caregiver, she has elaborate drama between all of her stuffed animals. She can’t have ‘pretend’ tea parties either, there’s always sugar cookies or snacks of some kind, and usually soda or strawberry milk in the teapot. She thinks most tea tastes too bland.

Always has Bluey, My Little Pony, or some cartoon on in the background

She loves finger painting and likes giving everyone in Bliss Ocean one of her masterpieces so she can receive praise.

Near impossible to make her upset or find her fussy

She probably tries to eat things she shouldn’t. (In all honesty, she probably does this normally but ESPECIALLY when little she needs to have a watchful eye on her.)

Releases Zhu Zhu pets into rooms without warning

She can sit still for hours if you give her enough bracelet making materials, especially rainbow loom.

She enjoys loud toys a bunch, but understands that Zora gets overwhelmed by them when they’re together.

Her assortment of toys is really varied and random. You could find an original gen 1 My Little Pony toy and then stumble upon the newest Hot-Wheels set.

She has a Furby that is almost always in her hands, as well as a collection of animatronic animals. Some of her favorites are her iDog, Hatchimal, Little Live Pet turtle, and a Furreal Friends Alicorn (just to name a few.)

If possible, she becomes even more energetic when regressed (and more impatient/lh)

Will wear onsies, dresses, skirts, overalls - whatever, she’s not picky about clothes, just impatient when they’re being chosen for her.

Yoomtah is alot less shameless about her regression than Zora and will ask everyone in the headquarters to play with her.

When Zora feels extra little, Yoomtah likes to act as the big sister, and sometimes babbles nonsense at the regressed cowgirl if she babbles first, and pretends to have full conversations with her in baby talk.

When Zora is being really stubborn about regressing, Yoomtah is really good at getting her to relax, not prying or asking things like ‘how old are you right now?’ or ‘do you feel little?’ She just walks in and asks her what she wants to play, or if she wants to come build a sand castle with her.

Yoomtah and Zora seem to have some sort of secret, silent code, and Yoomtah can always understand what Zora wants even if she doesn’t speak. Not even Zora knows how Yoomtah does this, because sometimes she’ll ask for something for her and Zora won’t even realize she wanted it until it’s given to her.

She and Zora will often just sit and talk about animals they like. Zora really likes talking about canines and animals on land, while Yoomtah knows far too much about microorganisms and alien sharks. They probably watch Wild Kratts and Octonauts together.

𓆩ꨄ︎𓆪 He may be your mentor, but honestly there’s a mutual benefit to your dynamic.  He shows you the ropes of a work day, and you ease his anxieties about teaching his preferred subject.

𓆩ꨄ︎𓆪 There’s an image in my head of you showing Naven lesson plans and he just pales.

𓆩ꨄ︎𓆪 When you become more comfortable talking about personal lives, Naven is just full of whimsy and enthusiasm for certain topics!  He loves babbling about different teas, what books he read recently, where he and his wife went for dinner last weekend… Honestly, doing something unexpected as he rambles is the only time you can ever catch him off guard.

𓆩ꨄ︎𓆪 That’s another thing.  He has eyes on the back of his head, you swear it.  You’re doing any kind of slacking off and he peers over at you with squinted eyes and a furrowed brow.  How can one side-eye with unopened eyes?  No idea, but he has perfected it.

“...You better not be checking your socials during work hours.  How do I know?  Hm, I’m just psychic!” He jokes with a giggle.

𓆩ꨄ︎𓆪 When you’re in an office together, sometimes one of Naven’s new chauffeurs will swing by, speedwalking to his desk and lightheartedly lecturing him on how he forgot his lunch.  It’s rather amusing to watch.  Sometimes she’ll talk with you, but you know she’s just here for Naven from how impatient she is waiting for him.

𓆩ꨄ︎𓆪 Naven is the king of silly little office games.  There’s this thing called ‘mugging’ someone, where you’ll leave a mug full of treats and nice things with a note saying they got ‘mugged’ and they’re now in charge of mugging someone else.  And to tell you Naven LOOOVESSS doing things like this.  He’s so cheesy, but he likes livening up the workplace you’re in with him.

“If you need me, do tell me!” Naven reminds you once more as you board the lift up to his office.  “I won’t know otherwise.  Communication is very important!  People… can sometimes be unprofessional.  It’s happened before, and it can happen again.  I wouldn’t want my favourite student to run into the wrong person!”

𓆩ꨄ︎𓆪 If you’re inscribed, then he’s so interested.  He asks tons of questions, curious about what your ability does, how it affects you daily, etc. etc.  He’s so attentive, and it’s almost flattering how much he wishes to get to know you and help you out.

𓆩ꨄ︎𓆪 Once you get close enough, Naven may invite you to work for him at STEM.  He trusts you, and he knows you’re a capable worker!  Plus, he can even provide accommodation if you live too far!

𓆩ꨄ︎𓆪 Really, how could you refuse when he looks at you so hopefully?  He knows you can make a difference, and he’ll pave the way for younger people like yourself to make it happen.

EPITHET ERASED ROLLER COASTER HEADCANONS!

I was kinda bored so I decided to make some roller coaster headcanons!

The Neo Trio: They all ride the roller coaster together due to Trixie convincing them to do it. Feenie is terrified and keeps crying, so Molly has to hold her hand. At the end, they’re all shaking, but they all laugh it off and Feenie admits that it was a little fun. They buy the photo from the ride and enjoy the rest of the day together.

Giovanni: Rides it with some of his minions and has a lot of fun doing it. Afterwards, he buys the photo (even if it’s hella expensive) just to show off how cool he is.

Sylvie: Just sits on the ride. He’s startled by all the sudden movements, but he never really screams. “I’m a highly trained epithet user and master of psychology, it takes more than that to horrify me.” Little do people know, he’s still shaking a little after the ride.

Indus and Mera: Indus is enjoying himself, and loves soaring through the air with his Lady Mera. Meanwhile Mera is screaming and is afraid that the movement of the ride will shatter all of her bones.

Percy and Ramsey: Percy is sitting there with a sort of blank smile, asking Ramsey if he’s enjoying himself. Ramsey is sort of screaming with delight. Percy is slightly startled by the movement, but is still enjoying riding with her pal Ramsey. (This is not a ship btw)

Zora: Is normally a little frightened by the speed, but still enjoys it. She also may or may not use her epithet to slow down time and mess around and do things you normally shouldn’t do on a roller coaster. Like sticking all your limbs outside of the cart. How dangerous.

Rick: He doesn’t even know what a roller coaster is until Pheonica explains it to him. They end up riding together and hug, scream, and cry together. Rick says that it was a delightful experience.

Naven: Does not enjoy himself at all. Not only is he terrified, he gets motion sickness and tries not to throw up. He does after the ride though. Molly, being the sweet child that she is, is there to help luckily.

Yoomtah: Overrides the roller coaster, making it going so fast that is breaks. The only time she slows down is to take selfies. Thankfully, she’s the only one on the ride.

Yoomtah starts whimpering like a sick puppy as Naven soothes her anger away with his gently comfort and embrace.

Yoomtah: (Looks Up at Naven With Sparkling Eyes) You do?~ Truly?~

Naven: (Chuckles Lightly) Of course. Molly is a timid girl and the last thing I want for her is to deal with these kind of nonsense on a daily basis, among other things.

Yoomtah: Yeah, I hear ya.....You said she was taken away by that Vincent Murder guy before I arrived at the toy store that night?

Naven: That's correct. Despite the name and villainous demeanor, he seems like a nice, passionate fello once you get to know him a little. Molly seems to hold him in high regards due to him being her boss in some capacity.

Yoomtah: Really now? So like what? Is he gonna try and look after her or something?

Naven: Given the care and support he gave her during that time, I'd say the possibility of that is above average. (Grabs his Chin While Thinking) Perhaps I could arrange a lunch date for the three of us sometime in the future....(Turns Back to Yoomtah) You're more than welcome to join us, dear.

Yoomtah: Hmm...Tempting, but I'm probably gonna have pass on that offer. I feel like I would get bored too easily in these kinds of meet ups, ya know?

Naven: Very well. The offer still stands if you ever decide to chance your mind.

Yoomtah: You got it. ('Sigh') But listen, Navey, you can't let what happened that day keep you down forever. That little girl still looks up to you despite everything, right?

Naven: Well, I mean....I suppose so, but-

Yoomtah: And does she feel any sort of malice or resentment towards you in anyway?

Naven: Well, no, not really, bu-

Yoomtah: Then you got nothing to worry about, bug doof!~ You may never be an ideal parental guardian, but that doesn't change the fact that you're still her teacher. And you and i know damn well that a teacher's job is to educate and guide them into being decent citizens of an overly obnoxious society.

Naven: (Smiles Sheepishly) I wouldn't exactly say that they're all obnoxious. But you're right. It won't do me any good if I keep dwelling on the incident any further. I will do better as a teacher and mentor for now on, that, I can promise you.

Yoomtah: (Happily Snuggles onto Naven Some More) That's the spirit, Navey!~ You're making your cute girlfriend proud here!~

Naven: Oh I wouldn't say you're cute exactly. You're more of the line if being beautiful and breath-taking all things considered.

Yoomtah: (Snorts in Laughter) I'm really flattered, babe!~ But I am FAR from being the most beautiful girl out there.

Naven: (Smiles Softly) Perhaps to some, but I beg to differ. (Gives Yoomtah a Kiss on the Forehead) It's one of the many reasons why I love you after all.

Yoomtah's heart flutters like a sound of a roaring car engine being turned on for the first time in minutes, as she begins to kiss all over her boyfriend's face again in a cuddling position. As surprising as the sudden affection was, Naven was more than happy to welcome it given how stressful today truly was for him earlier.

Molly - Medic. Just Medic. Giovanni - Scout. Based Baseball Boys. Dabbles in Pybro Sylvie - Engineer. So many PhDs. He also plays Demoman. Indus - Heavy again. Beefy Boys Mera - Spy. Just get Spy vibes. Percy - Soldier. She doesn't play much so she figures the soldier is the most morally correct. Ramsey - Pybro all the way. Howie - Engineer. Switches mid match between Defense Engi and Battle Engi. Zora - Battle Engineer all the way. Phoenica - She doesn't play but would play medic and uber her friends only, to the detriment of the rest of her team. Trixie - Spy, Pyro, and Scout. Spy because boxcutters, Pyro because of Trixie's intimidation tactics, and Scout because of Trixie's big family. Naven - He plays medic only. Not sure if this counts as a 'hot take', but hardest EE character to draw?

Oh my god where do i begin. So Indus is the obvious beginning answer, right, Indus is just generally difficult for me because muscle definition like that is kinda hard to portray. I think I’ve gotten a bit better at it compared to the past, but still.

But that’s not my REAL answer, you see. All of the epithet cast can be difficult to draw, based on the perspective you draw them in. The way the ee sprites flip around makes drawing characters like Percy incredibly difficult when it comes to the hair, asking “how the hell does Yoomtahs [hair, outfit, legs, etc] work” is also Incredibly common among artists, I used to HATE drawing Ramsey until I learned how to draw his hair and face right, and just generally a lot of well known characters have So many tiny tricky details, but it’s only halfway through drawing them that you realize that if you leave them out, it sure doesn’t Look right, yknow?

Epithet is. Interesting. I love it, but god can it be tricky to draw characters I like.

(HEAVY EPITHET ERASED SPOILERS! HEADCANON FROM ANIME CAMPAIGN)

Naven had a hard time just being around people. Most of his work was done from his isolated office connected to his bedroom, including business meetings. Yoomtah, his lovely, beautiful wife, oversaw any matters that had to be dealt with in person, including acting as his chauffeur whenever he did need to step out. This had the unfortunate effect of having the media and press label him as some mysterious, elusive powerhouse, followed around by a gaggle of girls despite "all the women" following him were just the vastly different aesthetics his wife dabbled in.

The truth was that being around too many people made him sick. Case in point, the day after what was supposed to be a speech class turning into being held captive by a "witch" as some kind of small fae creature, he had been bedridden with a debilitating migraine. Only doing what was absolutely necessary and canceling any meetings. There had been almost double the expected people involved, almost all with very loud personalities throwing around tense emotions and being thrown into dangerous situations.

He had handled it at the time. He had had to. He kept up his mask and kept things close to his chest while monitoring Lorelai and Giovanni, two inscribed with incredible potential.

From what he gathered from Giovanni, there was no way his views would align, but Lorelai.... Lorelai could be lead in their direction. Could be convinced to see things from his perspective. She was so close already to seeing epithets for what they were. Curses placed upon them that could only bring them and those around them misery.

Once the ordeal was over and everyone had been escorted to their respective homes, Naven had basked in the emotional silence that his wife brought. The hum of her thoughts and feelings heavily damped from years of adaptation and the synthetics in her body faded into nothing until all he could feel were his own thoughts and emotions again. All he could hear was Yoomtah chittering away, not quite processing what was said but just enjoying the sound of her talking not tangling with thoughts.

It made sense for his nerves to be shot the next day. He felt like every little thing was too much. Like he had been wrapped in Rick Shades' obsidian coated Soulmate Strings and left to hang. Like there were ants in his skin, crawling all over but unable to be found. Like the day he woke up to emotions and thoughts and memories that weren't his own and wouldn't stop. Like the day he lost his emerald eyes to kaleidoscopic power. And despite Yoomtah's best efforts to keep people away, a certain bounty hunter with a thirst for competition came barging into his room, ranting and raving about how he gave her target to someone else when she needed to get even.

"This isn't about revenge, Zora," he assured her. "This is about making sure interest in that amulet doesn't spread. The police are already aware that you were after it, and with so many people attempting to steal it in a single night, security for it is sure to be heavily increased. We need to be discreet in disposing of our competition, and discretion is Moot's specialty."

Zora's fury practically smacked him in the face as she slammed down her fist on his dresser and spat back, "If anyone's gonna be disposin' of that rat-faced bastard, it's gonna be me! He's gonna pay fer makin' a fool outta me!"

Between the pounding in his head and the pounding on his dresser, he couldn't help if her frustration started to bleed into his own. After pinching the bridge of his nose to relieve pressure, kaleidoscope eyes peered up into brown orbs as he hissed, "Listen to what I'm saying."

Naven hated opening his eyes. What was simply an involuntary action for most was a flood to him. Not just of light, but of emotion and thoughts and memories and power. What might just seem like thin skin actually held back so much, only letting a trickle through. Not just in but out as well.

As was evident by how he could barely discern the fear from the woman in front of him through the wave of emotions and thoughts and memories coming from people not even on the same floor as them in the split second his control slipped. Pushing away the unwanted feelings as he reached out for his friend mentally, he felt tears pricking his eyes as a scene of red soaked prairie flowers greeted him.

"Oh... oh, my dear. I'm so sorry," he cried, nearly tumbling out of bed as he tried to move to comfort her. He was already weak from the migraine, and having not moved all day, his legs gave out from under him upon try to use them. Luckily, the floor was exactly where Zora had ended up from the shock of his epithet of his power of his curse.

"I didn't mean to hurt you. You are very precious to me, my friend, and I would never... I would never want to hurt you. I know Mr. Murdock has wronged you, but you must trust that he will be dealt with," he said, holding her face in his hands.

Zora didn't say anything. Once she regained awareness of herself, she pulled back from the CEO and stormed out of the room. She left him there on floor wishing more than anything to be rid of the curse that plagued him.
