The Impact of LGBTQ+ Inclusion on Faith, Mental Health, and Identity
Let's explore how faith and mental health intersect with LGBTQ+ inclusion. Learn how we can navigate these complex issues with grace and truth. #Faith #MentalHealth #LGBTQInclusion
Why Feelings and Emotions Aren’t Enough Last week, I wrote a post titled “Navigating LGBTQ+ Inclusion in the Church” which sparked a lot of discussions. The reality is that Christians (and churches) strive to find the best path forward but struggle. This should serve as a follow-up post since similar questions kept coming up in the conversations following the post. If you missed the first post…

Hello Everyone! Happy New Moon in Pisces ♓︎🌑
-This moon cycle opens us up to new creative ideas and perspectives since there is a stellium in the sign of Pisces. A stellium indicates that there are three or more planets in a specific astrological sign. With the Sun, Moon, Venus, and Neptune all being in Pisces, right now is a great time to focus on turning your dreams into reality either by manifesting or setting a plan to create some smart goals.
•This new moon, I have made it a priority to listen to my body and my intuition by taking time to rest and recharge. When I feel myself becoming worn down, I take a break to listen to music, meditate, color, or do what I feel my soul needs. I cater to my inner child by going on Disney+ and watching some of my favorite shows from childhood like That's So Raven, that show always cheers me up!
What are some ways that you all relax and recharge? I hope this New Moon turns out to be everything you could have wished for! ✨♓︎🌑
Love,
-Detroit Hippie Chick🔮

The finished flag! I didn't make my June deadline, didn't finish til early August, actually, but I'm working on giving myself a better schedule, sticking to it, making deadlines and sticking to them. I'm improving myself one step at a time. This really turned into a wonderful project that let me play with themes outside of my control. And even though each stripe has its own unique style they are cohesive non the less. This has been my biggest, most time consuming dot painting yet! #abstractart #abstractpainting #acyrlicpainting #flagpainting #lgbtq #lgbtflags #lgbt #nonbinaryartist #queerartist #queer #inclusion #lgbtqinclusive #finishedwork #dotpainting #fineart https://www.instagram.com/p/Ci-iQ9eOS28/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Tinder is launching a new safety feature to protect its LGBQ+ users when visiting any of the nearly 70 countries around the world with criminal penalties for sexual orientation. Upon entering regions with discriminatory laws, the new Travel Alert feature appears, “You're in a place where the LGBTQ community may be penalized. We want you to have fun, but your safety is our #1 priority. Please proceed with caution and take extra care when making new matches and meeting with people you do not know." Despite growing acceptance in some parts of the world, members of the LGBTQ community are still at risk in many regions, and companies like Tinder are doing all they can to be inclusive and think from the perspective of their diverse users.

May we as sisters weave a web of Love. May we honor the cycles of our bodies, the waves of our emotions, and the churning tides in humanity. May we gestate and birth healthy creations and ways of being, including loving self-talk and compassion for all beings. May we shed the walls of judgment, comparison, and jealousy we have for other women. May our offerings of service be pure of heart and soul, grounding us deeper into our wholesome embodiment and wombanhood. May we welcome all pieces of ourselves in with the loving tenderness of a graceful mother. May our womb-souls connect deeply to the womb of Gaia and of the Divine Mother. May we always remember our divinity, and see the divinity of others. May we see through the eyes of Love, and act through the heart and will of Love. May we be kind with ourselves on our path of learning. May we echo our heartfelt prayers for all of humanity, and all life. May we come together in authenticity and humility as we own our wrongdoings and create solutions. May we celebrate, uplift, and support one another on the deepest levels through our oftentimes winding journey home to our true selves. May we treat each other as sacred mirrors as we deepen in soulful connection and healing, making a difference in this world in doing so. It is time. _ Tag your dearest sisters in the comments below... I want to follow them all! 😍 What is your prayer? Let us continue this conversation. LGBTQ-Inclusive Florida Church Responds With Love After Sign Is Vandalized
[ad_1]
An LGBTQ-supporting church in Florida has pledged to respond with love after its church sign was vandalized with hateful graffiti.
