i have so many friends that already have little quirks about them like "everyone always thinks I must be really religious but I'm not" or "everyone always thinks I must be really good at math, but I'm not" or yes, even "everyone always thinks I must be gay but I'm not".

there's a million things people run into where they might have a minor misconception they have to correct about themselves here and there, and it's usually fine. pretending that the mere act of someone asking you if you might be trans is some terrible slight is JUST transphobic. every single cis person I know personally, who isn't already a transphobe, would just laugh a little and wonder what about them came off as trans. hell, some cis people LOVE to be told they look a little queer.

i think most people would be touched if you reached out to ask about their identity, give them a chance to talk about it, even if you were wrong. a lot of cis people I know love to be like "haha I'm not trans but you know, I've always kind of liked football, but my dad didn't let me play cuz I'm a girl. isn't that fucked up?" and then you get to have a nice conversation about what you have in common anyway.

but if you bring it up to your friend and they accuse you of "converting them" or "pressuring them" to be trans? those are literally dog whistles for their true fears and beliefs about trans people. trans people "making other trans people" through mere discussion is literally a fox news level bigotry callsign. it's what your transphobic relatives and peers are saying about YOU when you bring up your pronouns around them.

any sincere cis ally would not think a mere question from a friend is capable of spreading The Trans Contagion- they're getting that idea from something rooted deeper and I would be unsettled by it if I were you.

obviously if your friend told you kindly that they didn't like it when you asked if they would ever consider being trans, then you should respect their feelings. but if you're sitting out there right now with that straw man in hand, ready to argue with other trans people for the sake of your poor little cis friend, have you also considered why your friend is so offended at the idea? like, if you're trans and you're caping for a cis friend who gets mad if you say they have tgirl swag or whatever, have you considered that their anger might actually be kind of shitty and you don't need to defend it?

i used to be nervous about giving the sides like. fem-aligned identities cos a) i know headcanoning janus as a trans woman is. tricky? what with janus being deceit, and there are certain. stereotypes. and it made me worry about what other stereotypes there could be that i don’t know about in regards to the other sides

What is Tgirl Swag?

Tgirl Swag (trans girl swagger) is some wild shit tbh, It doesn’t really have a single definition and is measured mostly in vibes so it can definitely be difficult to convey to people. I feel like the epitome of tgirl swag, the face and poster child of it as a concept, is Marceline The Vampire Queen from  Adventure Time (more specifically her flashback design from Distant Lands.) Now, does this mean you need to be goth or have an undercut or play the bass or be a vampire or be the literal daughter of the devil to have tgirl swag? Absolutely not (although those are elements that might improve your marks)

Tgirl Swag is not...

This is honestly much easier to describe. Tgirl swag is not a character or person you theorize or headcanon as trans. Being trans does not inherently mean you have tgirl swag, Blaire White and Caitlyn Jenner are good examples of trans women utterly lacking in it. Similarly to my last point, I don’t necessarily believe that tgirl swag is limited to a specific gender either. This is about their levels of trans girl energy, not their closeness to being a trans girl. Tgirl swag is also not a character or person you have gender envy for, it’s not always going to be someone you want to be like or even want to be around. There are a lot of nasty no-good dirty-ass trans girls out there and we- I mean they deserve some rep too! Lastly, tgirl swag is not always going to be the same kind of energy or type of person, we contain multitudes so please don’t assume someone doesn’t have tgirl swag because they aren’t x thing when a number of the posted characters/people are. We are a varied group and deserve to be seen as such

6. orpheus. hes a nerd what do you want from me. i could break him like a little glass figure. this goes for the survivor and a little less for the detective but detective is still above emil. i think he should sit in the chair with his notebook and think about what hes done (take me out of the basement so the surv with him can rescue the other half of the team.) ive seen a couple really good players and a couple really bad ones. a great performance is world-ending in the moment but it isn't hard to get back from

5. aesop is like the little autism creature. i want to squish him in my hands. his ability is really annoying if you let him use it. im waiting to go into a match where he does it for a teammate but they dont know how to use it. the long chases are fine i guess but eventually it just gets tedious. get on the chair aesop. have to down him and immediately spot the coffin. making me run across the map to resume chase is annoying as hell. you could at least sit on the chair for a while to lure someone over here.

4. luchino. i have a soft spot for the identity switch survs i think. this fucked up guy is going to get worse whether i chair him over and over or not. he also makes the game soooo annoying if other survivors are aware of him like people are getting free hits left and right.. hes got that smug aura about him i think that makes you wanna punch him. and i do. the stun? one of the worst. he's hell to chase but that makes the satisfaction of chairing him 100% better

3. joker. havent seen a player who knows how to use him yet but if i did this place would absolutely be earned. his hunter counterpart/self is really really scary so i imagine he could be really really annoying with rescues and stuff. like the mercenary with a stupid run but with another survivor halfway across the map. i bet the player would need to know the area if they wanted to get out of a corner, but if theres open space. sheesh

2. victor is a little sad i think. i like letters and writing them and he also is like that. imagine never getting one back. couldnt be me (is literally me) i know what his dog sounds like and usually his players rely on it too much. the cooldown will kill him if you have excitement equipped. which i need to start doing because i cant ban every stunner in rank. and theyre annoying i hate being stunned im going to cube you. i think victor is really cute too all of his skins are adorable. survivors that get circles when you chair them every time

1. edgar is like if bitch was a derogatory word for a boy instead of a girl but apparently he has tgirl and tboy swag. whenever im in matches with him usually his player isnt that good at the game. hes also a stunner but not really. his recharge is worse than eli's, having to see your face and not just you in general. ive had one match where i think i got paintinged three times and i think it pushed me over the edge i need to kill him in real life. affectionate
