В числе моих работ был и Дисней. ☆ Зачастую, я делала что-то не популярное, не новое и не на хайпе. Впрочем, как и сейчас. ☆ Геншин нет, Геншин это исключение. ☆ Поэтому… Небольшой портретик императора Куско (The Emperor's New Groove)! ☆ Думаю, все с детства помнят этого императора-ламу, который немного подбешивал своим поведением и отношением к своим подданным и друзьям. ☆ Конечно, сама история, как и все картины Диснея, заканчиваются хэппи эндом, но для Куско это был необходимый жизненный урок на пути к становлению личности.

ENG: ☆ I continue to share old works. I used to make small gardens and draw not only on one fandom. Among my works was Disney. ☆ Often, I did something that was not popular, not new, and not on a hype. However, as it is now. ☆ There is no Genshin, Genshin is an exception. ☆ That's why… a small portrait of the Emperor of Kuzco (The Emperor's New Groove)! ☆ I think everyone remembers this emperor lama from childhood, who was a little funny with his behavior and attitude towards his subjects and friends. ☆ Of course, the story itself, like all Disney pictures, ends with a happy ending, but for Cusco it was a necessary life lesson on the way to becoming a personality.

Just watched emperors new groove, this is kind of an experiment in style

I got home and almost immediately threw in a quick drawing of Kuzco. I listened to Izma's song, which wasn't included in the cartoon (https://youtu.be/wbIoa4zA9Vg I recommend you check it out, by the way).

Then I came across some videos of the Emperor and decided to doodle him. He's a beauty! 😊

I drew two things tonight. Both of which are Disney related.

First there’s Kuzco from The Emperor’s New Groove. Because… I love that movie. It’s great. Go watch it if you haven’t.

Then, I did a quick little sketch of Marie from The Aristocats.

The Aristocats is my favorite Disney movie. That’s probably something not many people have said before. But I really love this movie! I’ve seen it a million times, I can pretty much quote the whole thing word for word by now because of how often I watch it.

Marie is probably my favorite character from the movie, as I draw her the most out of all of the cats in the movie. She has iconic quotes.

More people just need to watch The Aristocats. And actually end up liking it. Because most rankings and tier lists I’ve seen rank it C or lower and I’m salty because of that. It’s a great movie, damn it! (I totally have nostalgia bias though cause I grew up watching this movie a lot!)

Didn’t mean for this post to be this long. Oops. I guess I just had a lot to say about The Aristocats.

Kuzco's design is so eye-catching and memorable(I find myself doodling him in sketchbooks all the time lol), I can't even be mad we never got 'Kingdom of the Sun'. I am however really mad we didn't get the Snuff Out The Light song for Yzma. Really sad this movie wasn't allowed to just bake in the oven a little more because of merchandise contracts :(( fascinating to read about tho
