Concept/redesigns I made for fun from the Game “creatures of sonaria”

The second to last art piece is just concepts I made for tier 1-3 aquatics since I feel there isn’t enough. And the last is a personal concept I made for a jumping spider healer :]!

Being an aquatic creature

Its weird being an aquatic creature that also has a small itty bitty fear of the water. Mainly the vastness of it. And the darkness. I am a koipise {A creature from creatures of sonaria} and there isnt much on us tbh. At least from the itty bit of lore they give us in game. So i gotta fill in the gaps. My fear of water comes from the vastness and the darkness. The creatures in the deep dont bother me. Oh i havent shown what i look like as a koipise! Here is how i look, i did the colors myself and i got the glimmer trait: {Ps i mainly only play on a private server as my koipise so i dont get killed lol}

I feel like i did good at making myself! I feel like, pretty? If that makes sense. Maybe i'll show my uzurkself one day, depends if creatures ask or if i feel like it ^^; Is there anyone else that kins a cos {creatures of sonaria} creature? It would be cool to see some!

people hating on redesigns just because theyre redesigns are the equivalent of genwunners from pokemon (genwunner = people who put gen one on some sort of high up podium due to nostalgia and often overly hate on recent generations as a result)

yes the old designs are charming in their own way but are you saying you prefer the designs that look alien nowadays for cos.

for example. i LOVED the old exterreri, a perfect design for me, its a komodo dragon with giant jaws and a axe-shaped tail. sick as hell if you ask me. and when i saw the new one? yes i did miss the old one for a bit, but honestly the new one is SO much better and fits into the current cos way more. its design is more intricate and textured, and certainly way less bald.

i could go on and on, but you get the idea. redesigns are pretty sick and add so much more to the original creature. lets not forget that redesigns allowed for new models. are you saying you wanted to keep the broken models that were hard to color and buggy ingame? (looking at you koipise, ani, and eulopii)

tldr; be nice to redesigns because they save creatures from being bald and buggy

Fiction species kin???????

Im still trying to figure this out, but i might be fiction species kin? Is that a thing? I am kinning two creatures from a game i love called creatures of sonaria. Its a roblox game and the two species that im kinning are uzurk and koipise! For the uzurk stuff, ive been getting phantom shifts with the wings on my back and the eyes on my sides if that makes sense? And i can feel the mask on my face. The tail is very vivid for me too. For the koipise stuff ive always had a longing for the ocean, but not this ocean if that makes sense? And last night i was playing it and i felt seen. I felt like i was back home. Im kinning the redesign for reference! I can feel the fins as well, like i was today actually! It felt weird having legs. If anyone is fiction kin please reach out if this makes sense for me to call this fiction kin and if fiction species kin is a thing! they need to stop with these god damn redesigns!!!!! i’m sorry i know there’s artists drawing these but the koipise redesign almost made me throw my phone. what they did to emphines is foul. the GHIBLI? the audacity to redesign AOLENUS? the zethines redesign takes away everything interesting about the original. what they did to pero and how the devs went about it is a complete disgrace to the original artist. how could they change the iconic exterreri? CITRULANTIS? who in their right mind would approve what happened to CITRULANTIS? have you ever heard of the term “don’t fix it if it’s not broken”????? these are just fundamentally not good. this is not something that happens anywhere else. this game is a graveyard

These are so cool! Idk why I never thought to use koipise for a Sun or Eclipse. These are all so pretty!

I have most of these already posted, but I have a bunch of TSAMS skins for CoS. Sun boreal, Foxy meorlark, Lunar verklixin, Ruin boreal, Monty kendyll, Earth saukuryn, and the Eclipse exterreri and boreal. I want to make more Moons but I haven’t found a creature I really like for them yet. (I actually have a whole AU I’m working on for these guys.)
