omg srry this took a bit life got me, anyways small headcanon list for Kinoverse let’s GOOO

CTubbo was originally a bull hybrid, he was a longhorn I believe. I think I planned on changing the horns a bit because they reminded me to much of Tavros horns.

CRanboo is a mix between an end enderman and white water Enderman which FUN FACT, the white water enderman was inspired off that whole white enderman thing that happened a long time ago.

— Adding onto this, CRanboos childhood literally sucked. He probably has scars all over his body from other enderman biting, clawing, hurting him because he looked different. He also basically had no group/pack because of the fact that he couldn’t blend in to either of the environments.

CTommy use to have wings, CDream cut them off.

CWilburs wings are abnormally large, not in a cool way either. He can’t really lift them much anymore or fly with them. They tend to drag against the ground, and get dirty very quickly. Doesn’t take care of them either so..

— it gets so bad that they sometimes get stuck in the ground. Since he lives in a marsh type area. Later on they are cut off because they are way too messed up and damaged. They also impacted his life way too much.

CTechnoblade is the biggest hermit ever. After Phil dies, Wilbur and Tommy run away(both at different times) he becomes a shut in. He definitely won’t admit it though tbh.

CQuackity is a call duck hybrid, he also can’t fly. Maybe he can fall slowly like origins Tommy or something.

CSapnap is a failed antichrist.

CBBH is a cult leader, of what who knows I don’t yet.

Kinoverse Headcanon : Asakura Ryoko

This is considered to be a canon-divergent headcanon from one series into another. Many elements have been changed/altered not only to fit the specific verse in question, but also around specific characters in that verse. This may be modified/altered as things progress. 

Asakura Ryoko is a Level 2 Esper enrolled in A Certain High School, of the same year as Nagato Yuki, Koizumi Itsuki and Kamijou Touma. She is also in the same class as Kamijou Touma, as Class Leader. She stands around 5 foot 3.

She is not enrolled in Project SOS nor has been asked to.

At school, she is considered to be extremely popular, especially with the boys, who not how beautiful she is, as well as pleasant to everyone, along with her incredible athleticism. She became class leader thanks to her popularity. She also shows concern for Kamijou Touma's studies and how he's going in class.

She also lives in the same apartment block as Nagato Yuki.

Asakura is an alien, like Nagato Yuki. She is a Humanoid Interface of the Data Integration Thought Entity. Her position is to act as Nagato Yuki's backup. Such is why she lives in the same apartment block.

While Nagato is considered stoic, emotionless and monotone, whilst able to understand human emotions, Asakura is the complete opposite. She has amazing social skills and can communicate like any human, but she cannot actually empathise with humans at all.  She can support Kamijou in taking up Project SOS to make it easier for Nagato to observe both Kamijou and Bowen Chuuno in the same room, but she is disinterested in both Bowen's life and Kamijou's.

Despite the original objective being to observe Bowen Chuuno, the Entity is also aware of Kamijou Touma and his Imagine Breaker ability. While the original objective is purely observation, Asakura comes from a faction of the Entity that believes in a more proactive approach, to provoke situations that might result in an influx of observable data.

She is prepared to even go to extreme lengths to trigger that influx, with little to no regard for life whatsoever.

Asakura, being a Humanoid Interface, possesses the same abilities and powers as Nagato Yuki. She possesses insane strength and reflexes and despite recording herself as a Level 2 Esper, also possesses Level 5 capabilities (if not higher). She can leap large distances and can throw projectiles at immense velocity.

She can also utilise Data Jurisdiction, like other Interfaces (including Nagato), to separate a portion of reality into a 'pocket dimension', which allows her to utilise the full extent of her powers without restriction.. or anyone else watching. This field can be expanded if required.

Combat abilities include telekinesis, freezing people in place, transforming arms into blades, hands into claws or whips, all sorts of combat abilities. The fighting powers of a Humanoid Interface are basically unlimited in a Data Jurisdiction space.

HELLO EVERYPONY! HI, HI, HELLO, HI!! Hello, it’s me, Hoglet! I also go by Nina. I am a minor. I go by mostly all pronouns, he/they/she. But recently I’ve been feeling more he/him, they/them.

(Oh btw, i use to go by PlushyPusheen. So if you see any of my old art floating around with the name PlushyPusheen that’s me. I changed it bcus i low-key hate the name now. So yeah)

A BIT ABOUT ME : -I am mostly focused on DSMP, OSMP, and QSMP(kinda I mostly stay up with it cus fankids). I might reblog MLP content here and there, same with other little interests of mine. But I’ll mostly be sticking to MCYT on this blog.

-I love making fankids, I can’t control it most of the time. Usually when I join a fandom I make atleast one. I’m unstoppable.

-Along with fankids I love making AUs, and expanding on them. I’m also very fond of making mystical species, or expanding on already existing ones(like Enderman, etc). Currently I’m actually working on different types of aliens for funsies!

Kinoverse Headcanon: Asahina Mikuru

This is considered to be a canon-divergent headcanon from one series into another. Many elements have been changed/altered not only to fit the specific verse in question, but also around specific characters in that verse. This may be modified/altered as things progress. 

Mikuru Asahina is what people would call a Level 0 Esper (Or really, not an Esper at all), who goes to 'A Certain High School'. She is considered to be an Upperclassman or Senior, at least one year level above that of Kamijou Touma. Due to an incident where she was saved by both Operator Bowen Chuuno and Kamijou Touma together, she ended up being recruited into Project SOS, a research study looking into the life and society of Academy City.

Some would say that she is the token 'Moe' character of the group, shy and cute. Most would say she is like that, but can also be awkward, timid, easily scared at things. A real 'fish out of water' in a sense, but that doesn't mean she can't smile or get excited at something. Like Koizumi Itsuki with the girls, Asahina is very popular with the boys (And it wouldn't be surprising if the likes of Tsuchimikado Motoharu and Aogami Pierce have already taken notice). Most of the time what she's doing in Project SOS, aside from talking about her day, brewing good tea and generally uplifting the spirits of the club.

Mostly she would be talking to Bowen and Kamijou more so than Koizumi and Nagato.

She stand five foot, born on October 21st. Petite, but more 'endowed' than some (Sorry Misaka).

Not much is otherwise known about her. She seems to do better at games than Koizumi, for one. She's able to follow any direction that Bowen gives her, unless requiring his help, which he would always provide. She's also protected in Project SOS from the attention she might otherwise have. She's also exceptionally good at martial arts, able to defend herself from even a group of unsightly boys.

The reason a lot about her is hidden, is because she's a time traveller. Apparently, a supposed 'time-quake' occurred a number years ago, due to a fixed point in time in one specific universe. This quake resulted in the prevention of time travel beyond that point. This is believed to have been caused by Bowen Chuuno. Sent to observe him in his younger years, she undergoes a procedure of deep hypnosis and mental preparation, to ensure the future is not jeopardised by knowledge that could be used by others. Whenever anyone asks about time travel or anything to do with the future, even in a few hours or a few days ahead, she always goes for the knee-jerk response:

'Classified Information'

There is a possibility she might require Kamijou Touma to be sent back in time to participate in certain events that might require his involvement. What they are as of yet is unknown, nor is it known if they involve Bowen Chuuno himself. She is supposedly aware of Bowen's status as an inter-dimensional, possibly even knowing he is a god incarnate, but all memories and knowledge of him are mentally suppressed, in order to ensure they aren't leaked out. Some of the events she might require Kamijou to attend, she would have no clue as to why, even if she does later remember or 'rediscover' Bowen's multiversal capabilities.

One thing she does enjoy is the nostalgia of the past, even in a futuristic place like Academy City. It's like she enjoys being in the past more than in the future. In addition, knowledge is stored right in people's heads, as well as potential equipment, like the device she uses to time travel, as if it isn't a tangible object one can see or hold. Her watch apparently contains further time-keeping uses than a normal one.

Another version of Asahina Mikuru, from a further future, might make an appearance from time to time. Noticeably older, more bolder, she is also a little less restricted with the information she's allowed to provide, able to warn Kamijou Touma about particular events her faction might be aware of, that concern them, as well as Bowen Chuuno. She's otherwise refereed to as (Big) Asahina or (Big) Mikuru to differentiate her from her younger counterpart.

Koizumi Itsuki believes (Big) Asahina cannot be trusted.

Asahina Mikuru ends up developing a crush on Kamijou Touma, though despite certain actions here and there, she finds it difficult to act upon her feelings for two reasons, one being that time travellers are straight up forbidden with developing relations with or being intimate with people from the past (Due to the effect it could have on the future, the second being the knowledge she might possess of Kamijou Touma and the difficulties she faces in her feelings for him. This sometimes leaves her feeling sadder and more useless than other days sometimes.

Those feelings would remain even if she gets caught up in moments surrounding Kamijou’s ‘Misfortune’.

As a result of this, it is believed she is part of the ‘Kami-yan’ Disease.

Kinoverse Headcanon : Nagato Yuki

This is considered to be a canon-divergent headcanon from one series into another. Many elements have been changed/altered not only to fit the specific verse in question, but also around specific characters in that verse. This may be modified/altered as things progress. 

Nagato Yuki is a Level 0 Esper enrolled in A Certain High School, of the same year as Koizumi Itsuki and Kamijou Touma. She was enrolled into Project SOS by Operator 1108, Bowen Chuuno, by just.. conveniently being the only member left of the Literature Club, which was used as the base of operations and study for Project SOS, a research study into the life and society of Academy City.

She stands around five foot. Her birthday is November 18th. She rarely wears anything beyond her school uniform unless instructed to, even on weekends.

There is a possibility she might wear casual clothing on holidays.

Nagato has, on the surface, limited social capabilities. Rarely does she ever speak, either avoiding communication altogether or just using gestures, like nods, staring and pointing. If she does reply, it tends to be just one word. It is believed this might improve over time. Her voice is always monotone. Her facial expression is also that of monotone, rarely does it ever change and if it does, it's very, VERY subtle, hardly noticeable to the untrained eye.

Some people say she might be 'shy', when clearly such is not the case. If she's interacting with people outside of the core SOS group, she might either stare at the floor and give minimal, short responses or say nothing at all, even if she might be angry.  She does however understand human emotions, but cannot really express them. Her opinions on many subjects are really down to one word. If she's referring to anyone by name, she uses their full name, all the time. If he's talking TO someone, she just refers to them as 'you'. She doesn't blink often.

She can remain calm in any situation, even catastrophic. It's like she literally knows no fear.

Nagato is also unwavering complaint to Bowen's directions, being project leader. She will only undertake events as dictated by the school or by Bowen himself (though might eventually show to assist Kamijou Touma).

Nagato is big on reading. The shelves of the Literature Club are stacked with books, who knows how many she's read, if not all? She also has a big interest in computers.

The reason Nagato Yuki appears monotone, stoic, antisocial, is because she's an 'alien'.

She's a Humanoid Interface of the Data Integration Thought Entity and despite looking in her teens, was actually created three years ago. Her purpose was originally to observe humanity and it's ability to evolve in intelligence. Especially that of observing Bowen Chuuno, from fifteen up to today. Apparently, Bowen's first inter-dimensional experience created a data flare that was observed throughout the entire multiverse. To Yuki and the Entity, Bowen, the incarnate of Atom, is the key to autoevolution.

She was in standby mode prior to Bowen's arrival in Academy City, where she ends up in the Literature Club of 'A Certain High School' until enrolled in Project SOS by Bowen himself.

She rarely talks to Asahina Mikuru, as Yuki intimidates her. This is not the case for Asahina (Big). She apparently has convsred with Koizumi Itsuki, though these conversations are not seen, nor occur at all during Project SOS meetings.

It is believed at some point she will reach out to Kamijou Touma, the outsider of the group, to reveal her origins to him, which in turn might prompt Asahina and Koizumi to reveal themselves too.

While her primary mission is to protect Kamijou Touma and Bowen Chuuno, she understands that, being high powered beings themselves in their respects, she can only intervene when deemed absolutely necessary.

Abilities

Despite being classed as a Level 0, Nagato has abilities that might exceed that of Level 5. She has superhuman strength, agility and stamina, can hold her breath for a very long time, not even affected by alcohol or human disease. Her reaction time is incredible. Food can be eaten rapdily and to the extent of, if not greater than Index Librorum Prohibitorum.

Her eyesight is beyond compare. The glasses are actually not needed and are just for show (She might eventually lose the at some point). She can identify body temperature, detect directions, sense subatomic particles and their mass, can detect projectiles and laser beams. She can sense other data organisms and other forms of phenomena. These abilities are not infallible and can take time to determine certain individuals.

She has the ability to scan computers for information.

Her memory skills are amazing. She can memorise a whole piece of information by looking at it once. The same for essays and books. She can learn equipment and instruments with merely an observation. She can even remember things that should have been erased by the Data Entity. Despite this, some items can be difficult. She'll need direction to handle a computer mouse or a gun. Drawing can be difficult too. She's not completely perfect.

However, she can multitask.. and she apparently can be an incredible programmer.

Being a humanoid interface, she has the ability to manipulate energy and boundaries in a space that's under 'Data Jurisdiction', where her powers can be used at full tilt. Her 'incantations' are a form of Structured Query Language or SQL, used in computer applications. This is also used in conjunction with certain arm movements.

She can manipulate even 'chance', such as in a game of straws, who takes the shortest.

She can also manipulate environmental properties, like modifying a baseball bat to only hit home runs, to tear down a fence, even her own properties like weight and mass. She also has the ability to reconstruct her body, though this is a dedicated process that cannot be used in conjunction with others.

Nagato can also teleport, particularly to break into space under Data Juristiction, as well as travelling dimensions. Other forms of space, like 'Closed Space' (May or may not be explored) she cannot breach. She tends to use it in an emergency, or to say, win a race.. or to escape a bad situation if a fight is not required.

She can transmit data via electronic devices. Apparently she can program devices like IDNDs through touch.

She has a defensive ability to create a barrier where people are rendered invisible and inaudible, but must be dissolved to take action.

She can alter computers with her abilities. She has a 'magic touch' to fix software bugs. She might posses the ability to create an Operating System that is compatible with everything, but with an unreadable source code.

She can communicate with the Data Entity to gain information and permission to use 'Forbidden' abilities. However, the Entity sometimes knocks her back. She apparently possesses the ability to transfer autonomous judgement on another Humanoid Interface.

She is capable of modifying human memories.

She can freeze time in a particular room. This is only used in an emergency and during such a time, she cannot leave that frozen area unattended while in effect. Despite this, she cannot initiate time travel.

Apparently she has the ability, with Data Jurisdiction, to undertake 'Dissolution Factors' on other Humanoid Interfaces if they go rogue.

She has the ability to alter the weather, though does not do it lightly and can be reluctant to do if asked, as it can affect weather patterns for a long time afterwards.

She can enter the space of another Interface's data jurisdiction in an emergency, as well as spaces created by more primitive data organisms. She might be able to enter the AIM Diffusion Field if required.

She possibly can manipulate data links, which can destroy or manipulate data-based organisms.

Nagato also possesses nanomachines which can be used to prevent certain abilities from happening. This is done by 'biting' the individual in question to inject such nanomachines into them. The wound is immediately healed after. These nanomachines can also be used to give others additional abilities, like stealth screens and protective fields.

She can also 'compound' certain objects into others in the event of an emergency.

Apparently she also has precognition, able to predict the future, though most predictions are mundane, but very accurate.

She can also 'synchronise' with versions of the past or future, in order to receive or give information and memories required for a particular situation. This is not done likely as there is the possibility of errors being conveyed at the same time.

Nagato Yuki is a being laden with errors, which may grow over time. These errors have an effect on her judgement and her actions, which might have an effect on the world and the multiverse as a whole. It is not known what she might do in the future, when the accumulation of errors reaches a certain point.

Friendly reminder that it’s still Kinoverse canon that Violet once drank a bottle of hot sauce.

When she first came to Academy City, she couldn’t speak or read Japanese. So she mistook a bottle of hot sauce for some funky soda, because she couldn’t read the front of it & drank that shit. Just another driving force for her to go on to learn the language.

Now she’s basically immune to spices & heated food in that verse. In other verses her tolerance obviously isn’t that strong, but she still likes to eat spicy foods.

Kinoverse Headcanon : Project SOS

This is considered to be a canon-divergent headcanon from one series into another. Many elements have been changed/altered not only to fit the specific verse in question, but also around specific characters in that verse. This may be modified/altered as things progress.

Project SOS (Or as it's otherwise known, The SOS Brigade), was devised by Operator 1108, Bowen Chuuno, to further study how people and Espers live in Academy City, to grasp a better understanding of how individuals of different powers and abilities can live and coexist in a functioning society and how this could benefit other worlds as a whole. The initial project was to start with students, who make up the bulk of Academy City. While the original plan was to involve students of different backgrounds, of different schools, education and upbringing, so far the only school on board with the project is, as some would call it 'A certain High School'.

Bowen intends for the initial stage to be an extra-curricular activity held after hours in the school's 'Literary Club' room. If the project expands, a new premises would be sought.

He initially recruits Kamijou Touma, who, despite being labelled as a Level 0, has proven potential well above such a status. Within the week, three other students were recruited.

Nagato Yuki, who happened to be in the school's Literature Club at the time and it's only member. She is classified as a Level 0 (By sheer luck), though, in truth, because she's a Humanoid Interface of the Data Integration Thought Entity (Or just known as 'an alien'), she possesses abilities to which could be considered of Level 5 status.

Asahina Mikuru, who was later recruited at random, having to sideline her previous role in the Calligraphy Club to be a part of the project. She is by all accounts, another Level 0, but is in fact, a time traveller from the future.

Koizumi Itsuki, an actual Esper, a Multi-Skilled one at that. He is ranked as a Level 4, but is deliberately downplaying his abilities to Academy City, not wanting the popularity that comes with Level 5 status. He is a member of 'The Organisation', a collective of Espers who follow the same philosophy and goal. He was recruited by Bowen upon transferring to 'A Certain High School' without warning, or as Bowen would put it 'A Mysterious Transfer Student'

Nagato, Asahina and Koizumi are actually a part of Project SOS to study Bowen Chuuno. They each have knowledge of the Atomite Prophecy and have their own reasons and objectives for observing the current Atomite Incarnate. Out of those three, the odd one out is Koizumi and The Organisation, who believe Bowen is himself a 'God', with conflicting theories of how they themselves became Espers as a result of Bowen.

SOS is considered to be more of a side project for Bowen, as he has many matters to deal with. However he recommends everyone getting to know eachother (Even though three already know one another) to make things easier. Sometimes he'll involve Project SOS in social activities, though he tries to avoid involving them in dangerous situations (save for Koizumi).

Bowen hopes to expand Project SOS to other schools and even outward to Magicians and other individuals in the future.

The Unranked Level 5, ‘Strength’ | A Unique Esper Casefile

Level 5 (超能力者レベル5 Chōnōryokusha (Reberu 5)?, lit. "Person with Super Powers", Yen Press: Level Five Superpower) is currently the highest esper level to be accomplished in Academy City. Only seven out of the 2.3 million students participating in the Power Curriculum Program have officially achieved this rank, indicating the immense level of difficulty involved in reaching it.

Promotion to Level 5 is approved by the Academy City Board of Directors.

The events of December 23th, otherwise known as the 1223 Incident or the day of the Red Moon Sky, have thus brought the attention of another possible Level 5 to the Governing Board. This possible Level 5 is known as ‘Violent Violet’, & what her ability is exactly is not known to the board, but after reviewing the powers displayed in the 1223 incident, it is unanimously agreed upon that Violet is worthy of classification of a Level 5 Esper.

The general belief is that, Violent Violet is a Gemstone that is either, an unprecedentedly rare Multi-Skill Esper, or a normal Esper has only one ability that is simply incredibly versatile; much like the Accelerator. Whichever is the case, the board has chosen to refer to Violet’s ability(s?) as ‘Strength’, in reference to Violet’s preferred method of using her ability to enhance her own body for combat.

Ability Theories

{Note: these are merely ability theories, as it is unknown what exactly Violent Violet’s Esper ability is, & as such, these theories should not be taken as direct fact.)

Energy Manipulation

This ability spawns from the theory, in that Violent Violet is a Gemstone with a extremely versatile ability. Energy Manipulation is meant to refer to any existing object or person that can produce kinetic energy(the energy of moving objects) & potential energy(energy that is stored). Which includes: thermal energy, radiant energy, chemical energy, nuclear energy, electrical energy, motion energy, sound energy, elastic energy and gravitational energy. 

It is believed that, by manipulating the thermal, mechanical, electrical & chemical energy stored within her own body, she can by then manipulate the muscles strength within her arms & legs; which also in turn effects her pain tolerance. 

This ability is also how it is believed Violet disrupted & dispersed the Iron Sand puppet made by the 3rd Ranked Level 5, Railgun, Misaka Mikoto, on the night of December 23rd. By manipulating the electrical energies that were produced by both Railgun & the iron sand puppet itself. The pillar of velvet light that was created by Violent Violet on the before mentioned night is believed to be a collection of all possible near-by energies made into a single destructive force.

With this as her possible ability, it is believed that there is much more Violent Violet is then able to do, & we have seen by a small fraction of her capabilities. Giving her the level of potential nearly equal to that of the 1st Ranked Level 5, Accelerator.

Muscle Tension Manipulation

Based on the belief that Violent Violet is a unprecedentedly rare Multi-Skill Gemstone esper. One of such abilities she is believed to have in this theory is that she is able to control the nerves of her muscles throughout her body, giving the young woman superhuman levels of strength, as well as effects her resistance to pain. She has been seen lifting cars, trucks & even stopping buildings from crashing into her that had been thrown by an opposing force with the output of this ability. By manipulating the muscles in her legs, she also can increase the speed at which she runs & walks, allowing her to move quicker then, at least, the speed of fired bullets.

Hyper Offense Armor

Also based on the belief that Violent Violet is a unprecedentedly rare Multi-Skill, Gemstone Esper, in that she wields more then a single ability. Another of such abilities she is believed to have is an augmented version of the ability known as Offense Armor. Like the Level 4 version of Offense Armor, it allows Violet to control the nitrogen in the air in order to create a barrier around her. The Level 5 variant of this ability is believed to have a thicker barrier that can take much more devastating blows, such as blasts from RPG rockets, without even knocking her down. It also allows her to control compressed masses of nitrogen, allowing her to lift heavy objects like cars & deal powerful blows that can destroy entire walls, but with a incredibly much more effective range. It would also likely allow Violet to have a much better control over the wind when displacing the nitrogen in air currents then the Level 4 variant. ‘Hyper’ Offense Armor would explain Violent Violet’s extreme durability when in combat, such as when she’s unaffected by bullets & other forms of damage. This ability combined with Muscle Tension Manipulation would make Violet an anti-tank super solder.

Pyro Pillar

Also based on the belief that Violent Violet is a unprecedentedly rare Multi-Skill, Gemstone Esper, in that she wields more then a single ability. It is believed that Violent Violet used a form of Pyrokinesis in combination with a form of Aero Hand to create the pillar of velvet light seen in the 1223 incident. This Level 5 variant of Pyrokinesis has been name ‘Pyro Pillar’. Pyro Pillar is believed to produce fires of such intensity that they completely incinerate all that touch it, a trait demonstrated by the pillar of velvet light created on the day of the Red Moon Sky; as near-by objects that were pulled into the pillar of light were instantly incinerated upon touch.

Whirlwind

Also based on the belief that Violent Violet is a unprecedentedly rare Multi-Skill, Gemstone Esper, in that she wields more then a single ability. It is believed that Violent Violet used a form Volcanic Ball, a sub-type of Aero Hand, in combination with Pyrokinesis to create the pillar of velvet light seen in the 1223 incident. This Level 5 variant of Volcanic Ball has been named Whirlwind, due to it’s similarity to real-life whirlwinds, such as tornados. Similar to volcanic ball, it is believed whirlwind creates a constricted mass of air currents that either pull things closer to user, or push them away. Controlling enough air currents in a single area can create huge whirlwinds that rival naturally accruing tornados at the danger level of F5. The pillar of velvet light demonstrated these traits, as it pulled near-by objects towards it, only for them to be destroyed by Pyro Pillar.

Ranking

Due to the uncertainty of what exactly Violent Violet’s ability is, she is currently unranked. It’s been stated that, because she had previously beaten another Level 5 esper, the 3rd Ranked, Railgun, it believed that she is worthy of being placed in the top 3 ranks(possibly de-ranking the Railgun & all other Level 5 benighted her down a rank in the process). However, due to the mystery behind Violet’s power, if she ever were to be given a rank, it would most likely be 8th until new information becomes available to properly measure her potential.

Kinoverse Headcanon: Koizumi Itsuki

This is considered to be a canon-divergent headcanon from one series into another. Many elements have been changed/altered not only to fit the specific verse in question, but also around specific characters in that verse. This may be modified/altered as things progress.

Koizumi Itsuki is a Level 4 Esper (Possibly Level 5), going to 'A Certain High School.' He is a recent transfer to the school from what he describes as a more prestigious center of education. Dubbed a 'Mysterious Transfer Student', he is quickly intercepted and recruited by Operator Bowen Chuuno into Project SOS, a research study looking into the life and society of Academy City.

His demeanor could be described as that of a 'Prince Charming', to many. A pleasant expression that never seems to leave no matter what's going on, a smile that could ease and unease at the same time. Unshakably polite, quickly he develops a reputation around the school, particularly being popular with the girls. Many would fawn over his looks and his manners. He's also never afraid to help Bowen out with anything, agreeing to what he says, his directions. He's quickly promoted to 2nd In Charge of Project SOS, while the study is in it's infancy.

Apparently however, his demeanor is an act. In reality he isn't as calm or relaxed, stressed out considerably, maybe sometimes angry. Rarely, rarely does it ever show.

Despite transferring to what seems to be a public high school, he's an absolute academic. Amazing grades, can even debate on many topics, even hypotheticals, contradictory theories. He has a habit of getting into long lectures and explanations about all sorts of things, accompanied by many hand gestures as a result. He loves deep conversations, talking about theories, any theory. If he goes into something dire, a dire statement, he tends to play the card of balancing whether he's just talking in a theoretical sense, or distancing himself from persuading one's thoughts. 'Just Kidding' is a line well associated with him in this sense.

He is very, very bad at board games, and at cards. But he still won't say no to playing regardless. Imagine you're about to land the winning blow, but he's still smiling, still polite, gracious to accept defeat. It makes you a bit guilty, doesn't it?

You pity him?

While openly admitting to being an Esper, Koizumi does harbour a secret. He is a member of the 'Organisation'. A group of Espers who understand and believe the Atomite Prophecy. Some higher ups of the Organisation believe that the world, indeed, the multiverse, is actually a dream being experienced by a certain individual who they only describe as God.

That God being Atom.. or more so in this case by extension, Bowen Chuuno. Koizumi claims to not have originally had powers up until sometime after Bowen's initial arrival in Academy City when the Operator was seventeen. Recently he was tasked with more closely observing Bowen. What is speculated on what might happen to this 'dream' if something were to happen to Bowen, remains unclear.

The Organisation understands they cannot protect Bowen, but they can at least stay close while he is in Academy City. His smiling facade is mostly to ensure Bowen doesn't suspect about the Organisation, that the blonde has enough on his plate already. Often he sticks to the sidelines despite what might be going on and agrees to everything Bowen says.

There is a likelihood he'll confide and explain everything to Kamijou Touma. The odd one out of the Project. A trustworthy person to give out information and invade personal space. He cannot do the same thing with Nagato Yuki or Asahina Mikuru, considering their identities and objectives.

He is a multi-skilled Esper. Abilities aren't entirely clear, though, upon generating a protective force field around him, he's able to float, fly, apparently even cut through all sorts of materials and metal while airborne. He also possesses two energy attacks. 'Fumoffu', which is a single red ball of energy, powerful at high velocity, as well as 'Second Raid', which is the generation of multiple energy balls, almost in the form of a meteor shower towards the intended target.

He doesn't have a nickname for himself yet, trying to keep on the downlow. He is believed to have powers equivalent of a Level 5, but is downplaying to keep attention away from him, in order to continue his observation of Bowen without repercussion. This also turns into a slight observation of Kamijou Touma at the same time, particularly 'Imagine Breaker' and the extent of such ability’s effectiveness.
