ROCK IT, ROCKET!

Kilo "Rocket the Foxcat" Prower (she/they/he) is an Outsider - a mimic from another dimension passing herself off as a normal mobian. unlike the other Outsiders driving the plot in Shattered Worlds, Rocket is content to hang back and see how things play out. everyone else has it handled! instead, Rocket is more interested in making friends rather than saving (or dooming) the world.

using knowledge she definitely shouldn't have and the ability to get places they definitely shouldn't be, Rocket drops in out of nowhere now and then. usually to hassle Tail after she patched him up when a chance encounter with another Outsider went horribly wrong years ago. despite Tail's dislike of Outsiders because of that incident, he's gone from tolerating Rocket to being sibling-ish in their direction after years of them being friendly and, most importantly, harmless.

technically speaking he's an alternate Tails, but only in the way that Shadowy is an alternate Mephiles or Chrome is an alternate Silver: guys with the broad strokes of their counterparts but otherwise completely different. she sometimes calls herself a Tails in the sense of it being their species rather than it being their core identity. no one's sure where the "-cat" part of "Rocket the Foxcat" comes in.

KILO “MILLS” PROWER

First Appearance: AkumaTh's Comics #331

Dimension: Prime AkumaVerse

Onboard the Space Colony RAFT, Kilo was a child brought along by his parents. His brother, Miles Prower, was the first child born on the Space Colony, making Kilo jealous of the attention he has been getting. So he ran away from the Colony using an Escape Pod. Not properly prepared, Kilo was picked up by Space Pirates and raised by them. As he grew, he was fully associated with them, but wanted to make a name for himself. So he snuck aboard the Great Fox and stole technology, including an Arwing. This earned him the nickname of Star Killer.

After discovering the fate of the Space Colony RAFT, Kilo was attacked and crashed landed on Earth. By some quick thinking and luck, Kilo managed to survive the fall and be found by Gamma and Amy. She managed to bring him home and be recovered where it was revealed he is related to Tails. On that night, he betrayed his brother and left his home. Afterwards, he was taken in by the Undertaker who promised him his heart's desire once they succeeded. What his heart’s desire is getting the greatest treasure in the Universe.

Since then, he helped out the Ministry in many battles, including against a group of Mages using an undead army. After that fight, he spent his time fixing his Arwing so he can once again fly in space and see the universe whenever he wants.

Fun Facts: 

The original reason Kilo was created was for a patriotic Super Hero. Scrapped it when I wanted to bring the idea to AkumaTh's Comics.

Coco Island is one of the satellites of the much larger Compass Islands, and while it's an ideal place to live if you're researching something on the island, trips between islands- or between an island and a continent- tend to be very risky business.

Ancient reliefs and legends speak of some sort of primal anger in the sea; modern science and historical records suggest an unparalleled period of meteorite activity embedding several different foreign materials into the seafloor, creating a thus-far-unmapped labyrinth of strange magnetic signals and other properties. This is the predominant theory, but it fails to explain many vanished ships and planes, and the more fanciful reports...

Dr. Marnie Prower and her husband Kilo were studying the ruins on Coco Island with their son in tow, but had to leave base camp to head to South Island for a supply refill. What was supposed to be a three-day trip stretched to a month.

Sonic washed up on the beach after a near-miss kidnapping and Tails initially spied on him from a distance to figure out what his deal was. Eventually, Sonic got the drop on his secret observer, found out it was an overwhelmed preteen, and felt the need to make it a priority to at least get Tails out of this situation.

Of course, once they make it to South Island themselves and find no trace of Tails' parents there either...

Miles' ears perked up and he turned around, smiling softly at his visitor. Well, at least now he has another good surprise... Kilo was a great guy. Friendly, active, a true professional. Everyone loved him, which undoubtedly was another reason why half of the crowd was about to tear Prower in half that day. Many were insisting that the prize belonged to his friend. How did they even become friends? Well, maybe it was the genuine approach that Kilo took with him, or maybe the fact that they were complete opposites... Who knows and who cares? Right now it was really unimportant.

"Hey, Kilo. I'm at the balcony, grab the glass and come in." On the table in the room was standing and open bottle of champagne and a bunch of wineglasses.

"How are you doing after the loss? I heard girls were throwing themselves at you to calm you down. Do you still need a hug and a forehead kiss?" The actor nudged the other. He knew that Kilo wouldn't be offended by that. Those playful jabs were a way of showing his true personality, which the fox didn't get to let out much.
