I wonder if Jo's lack of passion for Mo's might partly be from barely knowing Mo.

At the very least they met. But how old was Jo when she died? Did she ever see much of her? It looks like they had to drive from the middle of nowhere to the city to visit her.

Binged all of kid cosmic in like two days and damn what a good show 😭😭😭

The PPG was hilarious because not only did they look like the Powerpuff girls, but they used the same voice actors!

Also one of the most satisfying endings of a Tv show I’ve ever seen.

There are so many good and fun things about this show, not to mention the art style is very comforting. I will recommend it to literally everyone I know.

just finished watching kid cosmic and i have so many emotions, but have this screenshot from my priv twt

time for me to rant and scream about my thoughts below!

going into this show i really didn't know much, ngl i jumped into the show cause i saw a fav artist of mine recommend it. but i also wanted to watch another of Craig McCrackens shows, Wander Over Yonder! so i sat down one day and watched both shows first eps to see which one hooked me more. It was kid cosmic.

don't get me wrong i will watch wander at some point but FROM THE JUMP kid cosmic was something i NEEDED right now. for the story, the characters, and the art, ESPECIALLY the art. I don't have time to right now but don't you worry when i do I WILL be studying this shows art direction under a microscope.

I immediately fell in love with kid and papa g, but i soon started to love jo and flo. absolutely LOVED the first season, kinda felt like the second one slowed my interest a tad bit but i came to love it! and the third season through my expectations out of the water ngl. that start really did get me, i was like "ehhh we're really doing this?" and then i saw that papa g was getting more focus and i was like "ok wait they're cooking something...". then it just like, KEPT GOING!!!!!!!!!!!! i cried 3 DIFFERENT TIMES while watching season 3, maybe once or twice in season 1.

another thing i wanted to add is that i LOVE the music in this show too, like i've been listening to the soundtrack on repeat. why is this show the perfect show for MY interests in art

can't wait to get the time to draw all these characters, ABSOLUTLY LOVE THE CHARACTER DESIGN SO MUCH. im so glad i found this show when i did cause i've been trying to figure out my art style, and this show made me realize i want something like this. you can say "the comic book style" but just also the cartoony flow and posing. the backgrounds are breathtaking and all the alien designs are so silly and unique (will prob come back to this show whenever i wanna design an alien

i've already drawn art to be fair but that was between me watching season 1 and 2+3, so have these also for the time being.

Thank so much you for the inbox, I really appreciate it. Also, I'd like to apologize for the late response. Now my personal opinion on Red Velvet's come back is that it is such a well thought out concept especially as a film student I can really appreciate the midsommar parallels. It's perfect way to transition from Chill Kill into Cosmic. Something about their new song Cosmic is that it's truly has that traditional early 2000s intro that's similar to the intro of the song Independent Women, Pt. 1 by destiny's child. Their new album has such a nostalgic upbeat feel-good vibe to it for example sunflower and Love arcade is one of those songs that I'd be obsessed with as a kid, Bubble gives me sailor moon energy, and I'm obsessed with Last Drop which gives me the same vibe as the girl group FLO. Now Night Drive is one of those songs you need to listen to on an old radio while watching the sunset with friends. It's one of those albums that I'd download and will listen to while on a road trip. Sorry if my response is long but Red Velvet is one of those groups that deserve a whole documentary for being trendsetters and unapologetically themselves, especially in the Kpop industry. Now Kiss of Life's come back is one that I'll have to wait to truly immerse myself into, but their comeback seems very promising and I'm very hyped for it. I'll post about it as soon as it drops no worries. XO(>^<)
