I had a fever dream this morning (got attacked by a bear, not important) and as I was waking up, in my still half asleep state a saw a meme with Khan in it

and it is one of the dumbest things I've ever seen, so I went and recreated it for you all:

like, what the hell even is this?

From what I could gather before my alarm went off, it was some sort of template. You'd edit in the name of the show (or in this case the episode number) the character's full name, and pt a picture of them in the corner

then you'd swap the images at the bottom to show what the character looked like on the outside during the events of the show/episode, how they behaved, and how they actually were at the heart of their character

I don't know why it's oranges

just that the first one was cut into, the second was all wrinkled and dark, and the last one was just a perfect large and round orange. Like the divine pinnacle of what an orange should be, a pre-eminent specimen with a heavenly aura. I couldn't really find an image that fully captured that

nor do I know what the hypothetical maker of the meme was trying to imply about Khan and what they wanted to see done to him
