VTuber Houshou Marine Goes Pirating in Anime MV for Her Latest Single 'Marine Set Sail!!'

  Aye, pirate cosplayers! It's time to jump ship as hololive VTuber Houshou Marine's latest music video has been sent to the open seas for anyone to watch. The animated music video, set to the song "Marine Set Sail!!" by the hololive star, see's the wannabe pirate get her own ship and sailing the high seas in adventures with her crew and fellow hololive friends, tackling the dangers that she may face with heart and beach episode-level jiggle physics.

    Not only is the quaility of music high, but the level of staff for the music video is higher than the waves, with The Hidden Dungeon Only I Can Enter director Kenta Onishi both directing and storyboarding the video, Kakushigoto character designer Shuhei Yamamoto performing the same duties here, and one of the chief animation director of Iwakakeru -Sport Climbing Girls-, Yoshihiro Watanabe from Frontier One, designing the props. The animation was produced at entertainment company Frontier One, which has worked with hololive's parent company Cover on event installations in the past.

  Houshou Marine debuted with hololive as part of their third generation of Japanese VTubers under the guise of "hololive Fantasy. She's gone on to sail to 1.89 million YouTube subscribers making her the third highest-subscribed VTuber of all time.

Science Fell in Love So I Tried to Prove it: le ricerche sull’amore riprenderanno da aprile 2022

Svelato finalmente un primo teaser trailer per la seconda stagione di “Science Fell in Love, So I Tried to Prove It” (Rikei ga Koi ni Ochita no de Shoumei shitemita o abbreviato RikeKoi), il quale ci annuncia che la serie animata, tratta dalla commedia romantico-scientifica di Alfred Yamamoto, tornerà in tv a partire da aprile 2022.

Assieme al video è stata pubblicata anche la locandina ufficiale per la nuova stagione della serie tv.

Presentati anche due nuovi personaggi, che andranno ad aggiungersi al cast che già conosciamo:

La prima stagione dell’anime è stata trasmessa lo scorso inverno ed è stata diretta da Tooru Kitahata (Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai Next, Hinako Note), con l’assistenza di Kenta Onishi (direttore d’episodio in Full Metal Panic! Invisible Victory), presso lo studio ZERO-G (My Roommate is a Cat, Grand Blue Dreaming). La sceneggiatura è stata curata da Rintarou Ikeda (Love Tyrant), assieme a Michiko Yokote (Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san).

I 12 episodi sono disponibili in streaming su Crunchyroll, in lingua originale con sottotitoli in italiano.

Ayame Himuro e Shinya Yukimura sono innamorati l’uno dell’altra, ma sono anche due scienziati impegnati in un’annosa ricerca. Entrambi vogliono dimostrare che il loro amore può essere scientificamente provato, quantificato ed espresso tramite fatti.

Virtual Crunchyroll Expo Opens for Registration with First Wave of Guests, Panels and More! 

Crunchyroll, the world’s most popular anime brand, announced today the first wave of guests, panels, and programming for this year’s Virtual Crunchyroll Expo including the the cast and creators from “Rent-a-Girlfriend,” “So I’m a Spider, So What,” and “The Hidden Dungeon Only I Can Enter.”

V-CRX attendees will have the chance to hear from the cast of “Rent-a-Girlfriend” including Sora Amamiya, the voice actress for Chizuru Mizuhara (also Aqua in “Konosuba”); Aoi Yuki, the voice actress for Mami Nanami (also Tanya in “The Saga of Tanya the Evil”); Nao Toyama, the voice actress for Ruka Sarashina (also Yui Yuigahama in “My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU”) and Rie Takahashi, the voice actress for Sumi Sakurasawa (also Emilia in “Re:ZERO”).

V-CRX also announced Kenta Onishi, the director, Yuki Yamada, the producer, and Satoshi Shoji, the Editor of Original Work of “The Hidden Dungeon Only I Can Enter” to share more about the upcoming anime.

“So I’m a Spider, So What” light novel author Okina Baba is also set to make an appearance at V-CRX.In addition to the guest and programming announcements, Virtual Crunchyroll Expo also unveiled details around this year’s New Crunchy City Anime Arts District and the Cosplay Cup. The V-CRX anime arts district will include highlights and links directly to the digital stores of each artist chosen for this year’s event. The artists are available on the V-CRX website now, and their artwork can be purchased now throughout the run of the show. Additional artists will be added to the site every two weeks.

Crunchyroll announced Mario Bueno and Vampy Bit Me as the hosts, and Creature of Habit and God Save the Queen as two of the four judges of Crunchyroll-Hime’s Cosplay Cup, which will be a celebration of fan-created costumes from anime and anime-inspired series. The Cosplay Cup will take place Saturday, September 5 and interested entrants are encouraged to submit an application by July 26.

Registration for V-CRX opened today at crunchyrollexpo.com. The global anime community is encouraged to sign up for a free pass for this year’s event to catch all the action, announcements, guest panels, and more.

Virtual Crunchyroll Expo is a digital take on Crunchyroll’s yearly flagship convention that brings together the anime community to celebrate the best and brightest in Japanese animation. The event will be streaming from September 4-6 only on crunchyrollexpo.com.

    Synopsis

  The Hidden Dungeon is a place of legend where rare treasures and items are hidden. Nor, the third son of an impoverished noble family who's lost the one job offer he had, was lucky enough to hear about this dungeon. He then acquires a skill that allows him to create, bestow, and edit skills... and in order to use it, he needs to accumulate points by carrying out such tasks as eating delicious meals and doing sexual things with alluring members of the opposite sex.

  Ryota Osaka (Nariyuki Yuiga in We Never Learn: BOKUBEN) voices Noir:

    Noir is the third son from a family of minor nobles. Olivia gives him some of the world's most powerful skills of 'Create', 'Grant', and 'Edit'. He also possesses the 'Great Sage' that allows him to gain all kinds of knowledge, but with an intense headache as a toll. Noir is a bit stupid at times but also has a serious and careful personality.

  Miyu Tomita (Rizu Ogata in We Never Learn: BOKUBEN) voices Emma:

    Emma is the daughter of a baroness and a childhood friend to Noir. Her specialty is using a dagger during melee combat. She treats everyone around her equally with a kind heart. Because of her looks and voluptuous body, Emma is very popular with the opposite gender. Emma gets irritated because Noir doesn't notice she has feelings for him. 

  Rumi Okubo (Chinatsu Yoshikawa in YuruYuri) voices Lola:

Lola is the gorgeous receptionist at the adventurer's guild Odin. As the person in charge of Noir, she arranges various quests for him to go on but secretly hopes to become his wife. Despite her calm demeanor, Lola has a competitive streak and considers Emma, who is close to Noir, to be her rival.

  Yui Horie (Felix in Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-) voices Olivia:

    Olivia was a top-tier adventurer who worked 200 years ago. She became trapped in a labyrinth by a curse after discovering a hidden dungeon. She communicated with Noir through telepathy and became his master by giving him the world's most powerful skills. Olivia has the personality of a mischievous older sister with a light-hearted attitude.

  The Hidden Dungeon Only I Can Enter was recently revealed as one of a handful of shows getting dubs in multiple regions, including English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and German.

  Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the web novel and the manga of The Hidden Dungeon Only I Can Enter for an English speaking audience. The first volume of the light novel launched on October 13, and the manga, adapted by Tomoyuki Hino, on November 3.
