“Among the many theories about the origins and purposes of the flying canoe, the one that initiates the most clamorous argument, that provokes the greatest vexation, is that the flying canoe is in fact an Indigenous-futurist time machine. According to this theory, the flying canoe will one day carry the First People back to a permanent time before the arrival of the Europeans.” – Kaie Kellough, Accordéon

Origional flyer for, The illustrated FUNGI FROM YUGGOTH by Howard Phillips Lovecraft with illustrations by Robert Kellough. The FUNGI sonnets have been ignored by many of Lovecraft's students. Certainly they have not been taken seriously as there is an almost self-mocking and humorous quality in some of the entries. Despite that the sonnets titled, NYARLATHOTEP and AZATHOTH may contain in their lines the actual essence of Lovecraft's FICTIONAL concept of a 'creation myth' that defines all traditional myths as a RELIGION!
