Wooo here you go! It’s only just getting to the Shannon Kara point but it will be developed in the upcoming weeks!

This is to anyone who might be in the Wolfblood fandom:

Is Kara telling her friends she’s good at science supposed to be an allegory for coming out of the closet?? Or am I reading too far into this

you heard of the kites and nightingales, kestrels and herons... but little do you know, another faction hides in the caves and unseen crevices of the faction isles...

I've been brainrotting about a Krimson Krakens (+ mianite pirates and Tom because I do what I want) cameo in Pirates SMP, so have some worldbuilding and lore ideas! Of course, all for fun, moreso an AU/Headcanon than anything, not meant to be taken seriously at all :] If it turns into anything more, cool beans, but for now! I'm just vibing

Little prologue and ficlet below the cut; Enjoy!

Meet the Krimson Krakens.

Comprised of mystical and mysterious individuals- some of more human in appearance than others- no one is sure when this faction formed. Unlike the others, it holds no precedence over the many generations of pirates in these Isles, nor is their presence heard of other then in whispers between pirates across the land.

Carrying with them an infamous reputation of a crew like a Kraken; in search of breaking curses, solving the mysteries of the Isles. Who would find their target and take it over like tentacles wrapping around a ship reaching into its deepest corners until they've found what they're looking for, no stone left unturned in their wake.

The crew is headed by the elusive Captain Kara Corvus, adorned by many snakes upon her shoulders, and Captain Jordan Sparklez of draconic origins; the latter said to have begun life in the End, given humanity by a deity and brought into the Overworld as a curse. While they bicker a lot sometimes, they are a powerhouse of a duo who know each other very well, being a force to reckoned with especially while wielding their respective weapons- Kara's ruby-adorned Leviathan Blade and Jordan's unbreakable enchanted prismarine trident with a name in Enderian spoken only once ever by the deity that crafted it

But they by no means hold any sort of superiority over the others, for like Nightingales, they value friendship and comradery over power over one another. By their side is the former Kestrel cyclops Krinios- a man with a keen eye for treasure and an ability to loot a ship in the heat of battle which has been considered unmatched, only having been caught a few times. - and Dave Krtzy, a fighter from a bloodline stretching generations in the Kites who broke it to join the Krakens. A master with any melee weapon he can get his hands on, he's usually the first to jump into battle, and if someone's in danger, his waterman abilities come into play.

However, while these four make up the core of the Krakens they are not alone in their adventures, and have picked up other friends along the way

Joining them are the Dulahann siblings, Katherine "Capsize" and Redbeard (his birth name has been all but forgotten by the others) and family friend Rupert, a skeleton reborn from an island of purple goo who gained sentience thanks to Capsize's mother. The Dine-at-Night is their family's tavern-BnB that was expanded into a base of operations after the trio met Jordan, who one day washed up on the beach with little memory of where he came from- and sort of became his family. While not a Captain in this universe, she still takes up a leadership role of her own right in being rather good with a sword, solving mysteries, collecting evidence and giving the realest advice to both friends and passing bar patrons. Red's a little more loose headed but alongside Rupert is a skilled ship engineer, and the guy to go to if the boat's got a leak or a steering system has gone awry. Not much is known about Rupert besides him being known to be a jack of all trades, a powerful asset to have onboard. He has said to have had said he has a claim to fame in his past life before dying on the taint-covered island, but has yet to share it with anyone..

The most recent member to join them is the undead Tom Syndicate, a blue-haired zombie with an explosive personality and fighting style, who had been known to frequent taverns across the Isle. Having once belonged to a rival independent crew of the Krakens, rumor has it that he betrayed them after years of mistreatment, turning instead to choose to join Cpt. Sparklez out of admiration and perhaps a kind of affection that turned romantic over the years (to the point of claiming to be married to the captain, no one knows for sure how true this is). Despite coming from a very different background than the others, including a lost memory of who he was before he had been zombified he fits in quite well, his willingness to jump into battle like a cannonball flying through the air and explode on enemies without second thought brings a certain chaos to the Krakens that they have accepted wholeheartedly.

While their ship is stored away in a sea cliff hidden behind a waterfall somewhere on the island, the tunnel system leading there from beneath the Dine-at-Night, the Krakens enjoy a relaxing life on land, chilling at their tavern base of operations, or being a living legend amongst the other inhabitants, familiar but unfamiliar faces in the crowd. Some have started to believe that their swashbuckling days are few far between in the lack of comings and goings since the new recruits have arrived, but contrary to that they still have been traversing under cover of night to seek out what darkness could be brewing just around the corner. From the growing amount of purple in Rupert's hair to a sudden glow of the rusted coin around Dave's neck the Krakens have had their suspicions for a while....

"Oi! Ye heard what happened?"

Jordan jolts awake off the bar when the bottom of a mug hits against his shoulder. He glares at the Scottish accented, freckled face that passes him, an eyebrow raised.

"No... Heard what Kat?" He grovels, and sits up a little straighter, turning to check the time. 1am. He rests his hand under his chin, hoping that propping it up would keep him awake for the time being. "It better be important, I was having a nice dream for once in my life."

Capsize rolls her eyes. "I don't think that's all gonna matter all that much one ye hear about what I heard today."

He eyes her cautiously as sets the mug she was drying down on the bar. There were a number of things that she could be alluding to, from their own personal affairs, to Tom causing trouble at the Heron's base to something as drastic as their ship had been stolen, or worse burnt to the ground. He hoped it wasn't the last one, but even if it was, he and Kara had a contingency plan.

He murmurs. "I mean maybe... what'd you hear?"

She sits down on a stool across from him, folding her hands together. "The Factioning was a few days ago, right?" She waits for him to nod in response, ensuring that she had the dragon's full attention. "Turns out, that's not the only thing that happened that day. Something calls them out to the Isle to the north, spoken through the recruitment officer."

"The fox man? He told them to go?"

"From the looks of it, yeah." She fiddled with her bracelet, the clacking of the beads breaking through the ambient sound of distant ocean waves and the crackle of torchlight. "I mean, I wasn't there so what would I know. for sure, but they listened."

Jordan shrugs. "I mean PK's a trustworthy guy, I'd probably go if he told me to."

"Yeah, well you'd trust Tom if he told you to walk the plank, I'm not surprised." Despite her little quip, Capsize's face becomes more serious solemn in expression and her voice lowers. "I don't think they were meant to because turns out, twenty-four of them went over there, two of them didn't come back. Kestrels and Kites apparently both lost a member of their faction."

"... Like they stayed? Why would anyone wanna hang out at the wasteland, there's nothing there but-"

"Jordan. They died."

A gust of wind howls outside through the barely cracked windows, the flame within the lantern beside her flickering briefly twice.

The wings on the captain's back droop slowly downward as he lowers his hand onto the bar crouching over ever so slightly. "Died? From what, the island?"

"I don't know, but from what it sounds like. Yeah." She gulps. "One get taken away on a boat.. of sorts? The other follows and lands onto the island probably to chase after their friend, and never comes back."

Jordan feels his heart drop further down into his chest. He finds himself fidgeting with the rings on his fingers, already a million possibilities running through his head "Did they get a look at who took the first one away, at least? So there's somewhere to start?"

"All that I was told is that they were dressed in robes. Could've been a cult, bandits in disguise, ghosts for all I know- Not much to go off of." She solemnly runs her hand through her hair, reaching to untie her bandana allowing her bangs to fall into her face. "It's a feckin' shame really... after all these years. I didn't think anything of that damn accursed land would ever come back. Because here I thought they'd be able to recover properly this time, not let whatever still lingers take back over."

A glaze falls over Jordan's expression. Memories of dried violet entrails wrapping around buildings, skeletons not unlike in appearance to Rupert buried in the masses of warped wood and sunken docks. Wind howled over the tops of the valleys and mountains carved out, through temples that had been thought to be abandoned for centuries. The time he, Kara, Red and Dave travelled there in search of another medallion there was a certain eerie silence, the sign of a land that no longer had any visible, breathing life to it, but remained haunted by all that came before, and all that was yet to come.

Jordan furrowed his eyebrows together. "That means… the island's alive again?"

Capsize nodded. "Aye. The island is alive again."

There are a lot posts on here about the trope of “everyone knows that hero’s secret identity but they’re pretending not to,” and everyone can have their own head canon, but mine are correct. So here is the definitive list of which DC franchises should have actually functional secret identities and which ones shouldn’t:

Superfamily: What didn’t Bendis ruin? Superman’s secret identity should be the most ironclad one in the DCU, or possibly tied with Batman’s. “This guy puts on glasses and somehow it works???” is FOUNDATIONAL to the very nature of the genre. The best episodes of both Superman: The Animated Series and Lois and Clark are about how crucial the secret identity is to Clark living a full life. You can’t be Superman and publicly accessible at all times, and also, it ruins the fun. Only two people should ever figure out Superman’s secret identity, and they should be Lois, who calls him on it, and (much later) Jimmy, who doesn’t, because as long as Clark and Superman are two different people he’s gonna keep getting two different birthday presents every year. Jon and Kara’s IDs should be equally airtight. Kon’s is terrible but no one figures it out because Jacket Superboy is such a ham that no one believes he could maintain a secret identity for more than 30 seconds before revealing it in an attempt to get a date or score a free Zesti. (The world knows the boys as Jacket Superboy and Baby Superboy. I don’t care how old Jon is.)

Batfamily: ALSO AIRTIGHT. The only people who should ever be able to figure out Batman’s secret identity are Ra’s al Ghul, Bane, and Tim Drake, three equally weirdo stalkers. No, the Joker doesn’t know. No, the working girls from Jason’s old neighborhood didn’t figure it out because the Red Hood is nice to them. Yes, Matches Malone and Alvin Draper are highly convincing personas. IT DOESN’T WORK IF IT ISN’T AIRTIGHT. I DON’T CARE IF THE BUTTS MATCH.

Wonder Family: Only Cassie even bothers, and she doesn’t have the wig or goggles anymore, so...yeah, everyone at the Elias School knows she’s Wonder Girl. It’s fine. They think it’s cool.

Flash Family: SIGH. Speaking of people who ruin everything, Geoff Johns. Let’s go back to when Wally had no secret identity and was absolutely basking in the attention 24/7. Jay doesn’t even wear a mask! I will permit inexplicable secret identities for Bart and Wallace so that they can go to school. And hell, you know what, let’s say Barry isn’t even trying to maintain a secret identity but no one notices because they assume there’s no way a man that milquetoast could be the Flash, that would be funny.

Green Lanterns: John and Guy have never had secret identities. Does Hal? Does he really? Kyle is the opposite of Barry, where he truly believes he has a functioning secret identity even though he publicly hangs out with the other GLs all the time and leaves Earth for months at a stretch and wears a costume so tight anyone who has ever seen him naked is like “Oh hey, it’s Kyle!” I will allow Simon and Jess to retain their secret IDs for now because Simon wears a mask and Jess never leaves the house and they have, um, families to protect and stuff, which the older four don’t really anymore. (Are Hal’s brothers in continuity anymore? I can’t remember.)

Arrowfamily: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. The best part is that they really think they have secret identities. Bless all of their beautiful, equally stupid hearts.

Aquafamily: They don’t actually have any (except that on occasion Arthur has gone by “C. King” or “Mr. Waterman” on land, which is FUCKING HILARIOUS), but there is an arc where Arthur grew a beard and everyone in Atlantis was like “Wow, who’s that?” HE WAS THEIR RECENTLY DEPOSED KING! WITH A BEARD! STILL WEARING THE AQUAMN COSTUME! AND THEY HAD NO IDEA!!! Anyway I therefore propose that humans can see through any Aquafam disguise instantly no matter how good it is but Atlanteans are inexplicably fooled by the flimsiest of fake mustaches and eyepatches. Garth came home with a slight Scottish accent after boarding school and no one recognized him for three months.

Boostle Family (THIS IS A THING, SHUT UP): Booster doesn’t have one. Jaime’s is flawless. Ted truly thinks his works even though he is publicly married to best friends with Booster. I love them.

Superhero (Secret Identity)

Kryptonians throw a wrench here. The name that's different goes first usually (so despite clark usually having less of a connection to kryptonian culture, the tag starts with Kal-El or Kal-L)

Cir-El doesn't get Mia in this and Chris Kent doesn't get Lor-Zod. The Lor-Zod tag will be exclusively for evil Lor-Zods

the karas get different tags too:

Supergirl (Linda Lee Danvers/Kara Zor-El), Supergirl (Linda Lang/Kara Zor-El), and Supergirl (Kara Danvers/Kara Zor-El)

Maybe Linda Danvers + Mae Kent Supergirl get a different tag but maybe not. probably not

I already explained the Jonathan Kents in another post

If I feel a version strays too far from another I might differentiate it more but so far it's only been new 52 teen titans despite some of my gripes with Post-crisis Superman.

This is also so when a character uses a different identity I can write Nightwing (Cheyenne Freemont) or Red Hood (BTBTB) or Starman (Bruce Wayne) or Starman (Mikaal Thomas) or Nightwing (Van-Zee), etc.

Aquaman will probably be separated into Aquaman Waterman, Arthur Curry, and Arthur Orin Curry.

Orms will also be separated but it might just be Pre-crisis Orm, Post-Crisis Orm, and N52 Orm

green lantern will probably just be that tag followed by the name. Not sure though... ugh so anyways apparently I’ll have to split some luthor tags too Lex Luthor is for main bad guy Luthor (Silver Age/Earth-One and onwards) Alexei Luthor is for Earth-Two Luthor Alexander Luthor is exclusively for earth-three/earth-3/earth 3 versions Alexander Luthor Jr is for the one introduced in Crisis Lex Luthor II for the clone that’s actually the orignal Lex Luthor Jr for the baby on Lexor And Alexis Luthor for the one from Earth 16/The Just

Asansör Çeşitleri

1) Elektrikli Asansörler:

Tahrik motorunun kumanda panosundan aldığı komut vasıtasıyla harekete geçip, kabini istenilen yönde hareket ettirmesi yoluyla çalışırlar. Kabin, karşı ağırlıkla müşterek çalışır.

Kabin ve karşı ağırlık çelik halatın tahrik kasnağı ile sürtünmesinden kaynaklanan bir hareket vasıtasıyla aşağı yukarı hareket eder. Kabin ve karşı ağırlık birbirleri ile yaklaşık eşit ağırlıktadırlar.

2) Hidrolik Asansörler:

Kaldırma işi, hidrolik sıvısını, kabini doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak etkileyen bir kaldırıcıya sevk eden ve elektrikle tahrik edilen bir pompa vasıtasıyla gerçekleşen asansörlerdir.

Bu asansörlerde aşağı yön hareketi kabinin kendi ağırlığı ile gerçekleşmektedir. Hidrolik asansörlerde makina dairesi genel olarak, ilk duvar seviyesinde bulunur.

Burada bir yağ kazanı ve bunun üzerinde hidrolik düzeneği, kumanda panosu ve hidrolik sıvısının içinden geçtiği hortumlar bulunmaktadır. Asansör kuyusu içinde; kabin, varsa karşı ağırlık, silindir piston sistemi, askı tertibatı ve tamponlar bulunmaktadır.

3) Yük Asansörü:

Fabrika, depo ya da otoparklarda kullanılmak üzere tesis edilen asansörlerdir. Bu asansörler ağır ortam şartlarında başarıyla çalışır.

Yalnızca yük taşımak amacıyla yapılan yük asansörlerinin kabin veya platform boyutları ve motor güçleri, taşınması gereken en büyük yük miktarına göre belirlenir. Tesis edildiği binanın en zor şartlarına göre tasarlanan yük asansörleri, 500 Kg’dan 10.000 Kg’a kadar çeşitli kapasitelerdedir.

Tahrik düzeni ise makinalı veya hidroliktir.

4) Sedye Asansörü:

Hastaların konforlu ve sağlıklı bir şekilde taşınmalarını sağlayan asansörlerdir. Bu asansörler 1600 Kg, 2000 Kg ve 2500 Kg’a kadar taşıma kapasitesine sahiptirler. Bu asansörlerin diğer asansörlerden ayrıcalıklı özelliği konfor ve güvenliktir.

Sedyenin asansöre giriş-çıkışında sarsıntı olmaması için kabin katlara göre hassas ayarlanabilmektedir. Elektrik kesilmelerine karşı önlem, ayarlanmış ışık akısı, atnibakteriyal tedbirler, paslanmaz aksam gibi ekstra donanımlar ilave edilmiş asansörlerdir.

5) Araç Asansörü:

Binaların üstünün ve bodrum katlarının otopark olarak kullanımına olanak sağlandığı durumlarda kullanılan asansörlerdir.

Araç asansörlerinin kapasiteleri 3000 Kg olabilmektedir.

6) Panoramik Asansör:

Bu asansörler açık havada, alışveriş merkezlerinde, tren istasyonlarında… kullanılmaktadır. Bina mimarisine uygun olarak tahrik düzeni elektrik ve hidrolik yapılabilmektedir.

7) Engelli Asansörü:

Yaşlı, engelli ve tekerlekli sandalye kullanıcıları için tasarlanmış asansörlerdir.

Bu asansörlerin bir diğer ismi de merdiven asansörleridir. Bu asansörler, daha geniş bir giriş kapısı, standart otomatik kapı, butoniyerlerin daha aşağı seviyede yatay pozisyonda bulunması ve buton düğmelerinin kabartmalı olması gibi özelliklerle diğer asansörlerden farklılık arz eder.

8) Monşarj Asansör:

Bu asansörler genelde otel, restaurant ve villalarda mutfaktan yemek yenilen kata, tabak, bardak, tepsi taşınmasında kullanılır. Sadece yük taşıma amaçlı olarak, insanların giremeyeceği boyutlarda tasarlanırlar.

Küçük tip yük asansörleri olarak düşünebileceğimiz servis asansörleri 50 Kg’dan 250 Kg’a kadar değişik taşıma kapasitelerine sahiptir.

9) Yamaç (yatay) Asansörü:

Yatay asansörler, gelişmiş ülkelerde havaalanlarında, hastane ve üniversite komplekslerinde sıkça kullanım imkanı bulan insan taşıma sistemleridir.

10) Makina Dairesiz Asansörler:

Makina dairesiz asansörlerMakine Dairesiz Asansörler özellikle yolcu terminalleri, çok katlı mağazalar, alışveriş merkezleri ile eğitim, kültür ve sağlık kuruluşları gibi yerlerde kullanılmaktadırlar.

Özellikle daha yoğun yolcu trafiği olan ve daha yüksek ticari binalarda tasarımcılar, inşaatçılar ve bina sahipleri için önemli avantajlar sağlarlar. Bu asansörlerde tahrik makinası asansör kabininin üstünde ya da kuyu içinde bulunmaktadır.

Asansör Güvenliği ve Standartları?

Asansörler diğer tüm cihazlara göre çok daha fazla standarda sahiptir. Güvenlik önlemleri de diğer makinelere göre fazladır. Bunun en büyük sebebi, kaza olması halinde kişiler açısından ölümcül olması, kullanımı esnasında kontrolün tamamen asansörde olması ve özel bir eğitim almamış herhangi bir kişinin kullanması. Bu yüzden bina asansör bileşenlerinden olan elektronik, mekanik ve elektrikli parçaların ilgili güvenlik şartlarına ve standartlara uygun olması gerekmektedir.

Asansör Nasıl kullanılır?

1. Asansör lobisine doğru yürüyün. Bineceğiniz asansörün istediğiniz kata gittiğinden emin olmak için tabelayı okuduğunuzdan emin olun.

2. İstenilen yöne göre asansör butonuna basın.

3. Birden fazla asansör varsa eğer, ilk gelecek asansöre doğru yönelin

4. Asansörün gelmesini bekleyin. Bindiğiniz asansörün istenilen yöne gittiğinden emin olmak için butonlardaki  yön göstergelerini kontrol edin.

5. Asansöre girin, tuş takımı veya panelde istediğiniz katı seçin ve ardından kapıları kapatmak için kapı kapatma düğmesine basın. Asansöre binen çok kişi varsa, diğer insanlara yer açmak için asansörün içine doğru yürümelisiniz.

6. İstediğiniz kata ulaştığınızda kapılar otomatik olarak açılacaktır, ( Kapıları açmak için kapı açma düğmesine basabilirsiniz.)

Asansör Tarihi

Zamanın başlangıcından beri insanlar , malların ve insan yolcuların bir araziden diğerine daha verimli taşınmasının yolunu aradılar . Bir asansörün ilk yazılı raporu, MÖ 1. yüzyılda Romalı mimar Vitruvius’un Yunan matematikçi ve mucit Arşimet’ten bahsetmesiyle geldi. ilk asansörünü M.Ö. 235 civarında inşa etti. Bundan önce bile, birkaç eski uygarlığın asansör kullandığına dair bazı şüpheler var. Arkeologlar, birkaç antik kalıntıda asansör taşımacılığı için kullanılabilecek şaftlar buldular. 1. yüzyıldan beri insan, hayvan ve su gücüyle çalışan asansörler Roma İmparatorluğu’nda yaygın olarak kullanılmaya başlandı, en ünlüsü asansör platformunun gladyatörleri ve vah��i hayvanları arena seviyesine taşıdığı Roma Kolezyumunda.

Orta Çağ boyunca birçok dağ manastırı, insanları ve eşyaları yüksek ve tenha duvarlarına taşımak için küçük “sepet” asansörler kullandılar. Tek giriş noktası asansörle bunlara kara erişimi olmayan manastırlar inşa edildi. 1793’te Rus tamirci ve mucit, vidalı mekanizmaları kullanarak kabinini kaldıran ilk asansörü yarattı. Asansörleri iki Rus kraliyet sarayına Saint Petersburg ve Moskova’ya ve otuz yıl sonra Londra’da kuruldu.

Asansör teknolojisindeki devrim , hidrolik ve elektriğin icat edilmesiyle başladı. Hidrolik asansörler en çok yük mallarını küçük dikey mesafelerde taşımak için kullanıldı. Su pompasının, yük bölmesini yukarı doğru iten ana pistonun basıncını artırdığı prensibiyle çalıştılar. Bu çözüm yüksek binalar için pratik değildi ve kısa süre sonra 1850’de (New York Henry Waterman tarafından icat edildi) çoklu kasnaklı halatlı asansörle değiştirildi.

19. yüzyılın sonlarına doğru asansörlerle elektrik kullanımına ilişkin bazı önemli keşifler yapıldı. Alman mucit Werner von Siemens, 1880’de ilk elektrikli asansörü inşa etti ve birkaç yıl önce JW Meaker, asansör kapılarının güvenli bir şekilde açılması ve kapatılması için bir yöntemin patentini aldı.

Asansör Geçmiş Zaman Çizelgesi

Asansörlerin tarihi ve kökeni, beş bin yılı aşkın bir zamana yayılan bir zaman çizelgesinde anlatılabilir. Asansörle ilgili en önemli dönüm noktalarından bazıları şunlardır:

MÖ 2900 – Mısır imparatoru Keops’un Giza’daki Büyük Piramidi 2 milyondan fazla taş küpten yapılmıştır. Her bir küp 5 tonun üzerinde ağırlığa sahipti ve 481 fit yüksekliğe kaldırıldı.

MÖ 2500-1500 – Mısırlı çiftçiler, karşı ağırlıklı kolu kullanarak Nil’den sulama kanallarına su aktardı.

MÖ 600 – Efes’te Roma Dianna tapınağı inşa edildi. Ana tapınak çatısını destekleyen 2.000’den fazla taş sütun dikmek için kum torbası rampa köprüleri kullandılar.

MÖ 236 – Yunan matematikçi ve mühendis Arşimet halatlar, ağırlıklar ve anahtarlara dayanan ilk asansörü icat etti. Asansör teorisinin temelleri, sonraki 2.000 yıl içinde tüm asansörlerin temeli oldu.

M.Ö. 80 – Roma Kolezyumu, gladyatörleri ve vahşi hayvanları arena katına taşıyan 24 asansör kafesinden oluşan entegre bir ağ ile inşa edildi. Asansörler, 200’den fazla kölenin çalışmasıyla güçlendirildi.

MÖ 50 – Yatay eksenli su çarkının icadı. Akan suyun gücünden güç almasını sağladı.

1203 – Mont St. Michael Manastırı, koşu bandı kaldırma asansörünü çalıştırmak için maymunları kullandı.

1690-1707 – Fransız mucit Denis Palpin, gelecekteki hidrolik ve pnömatik asansörlerde kilit rol oynayacak bir buhar pompası teorisini geliştirdi. Ayrıca yüksek basınçlı su buhar kazanı icat etti.

1743 – Yolcu kullanımı için tasarlanan ilk asansörlerden biri, Fransız kralı Luis XV’in Versailles’daki villasına kuruldu.

1765 – James Watt patentli buhar motoru.

1823 – “Yükselen oda” Londra’da inşa edildi ve 20 kişiye 37 metre yükseklikten Londra panoramasını izleme fırsatı verdi.

1829 – İlk elektrik motoru prototipi Amerikalı fizikçi John Henry tarafından yapıldı.

1845 – İngiliz Sir William Thompson, hidrolik vinç fikrini patentledi.

1854 – Elisha Grave Otis, yolcuları asansörden düşmekten koruyan, kendinden kilitlemeli kapı donanımına sahip ilk kabini sundu.

1857 – Otis Elevator Company’nin New York’ta beş katlı bir mağazada halka açık kullanıma yönelik ilk buharlı asansörü inşa edip kurduğu yıl.

1870 – New York City’deki dokuz katlı bina, kasıtlı olarak asansör boşlukları ile inşa edilen ilk bina oldu. İlk gün 2000’den fazla kişi asansörlerini kullandı.

1872 – 2 silindirli ilk gaz motoru Alman mühendisler Nickolas August Otto ve Eugene Langen tarafından yapıldı.

1887 – Afrikalı Amerikalı mucit Alexander Miles otomatik asansör kapı sistemini patentledi.

1878 – İlk elektrikli asansör Almanya’da yapıldı.

1909 – New York City’deki 41 bina telefon kurulu ilk asansörleri aldı.

926 – Chicago’daki Ruth Safety Garages, arabaları 3 boyutta da taşıyabilecek asansörlere sahipti

      LOS ANGELES (Jan. 09, 2018) — SAG-AFTRA President Gabrielle Carteris and SAG Awards® Committee Chair JoBeth Williams will reveal the honorees for Outstanding Action Performances by Film and Television Stunt Ensembles from the 24th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards® red carpet, SAG Awards Executive Producer Kathy Connell announced today.

    Audiences can watch Carteris and Williams reveal the names during the first half-hour of PEOPLE, EW & TNT’s SAG Awards® Red Carpet Live pre-show, which will live-stream on tntdrama.com/sagawards , sagawards.org , People.com, PeopleTV.com, EW.com, InStyle.com and Time.com, beginning at 5:30 p.m. (ET) / 2:30 p.m. (PT).

         The Stunt Ensemble honors commend work within the stunt community during 2017 and recognize stunt performers and coordinators. Nominees chosen by their respective SAG Awards film and television nominating committees were announced on Dec. 13, 2017 by Olivia Munn (X-Men: Apocalypse, The Predator) and Niecy Nash (Claws, The Soul Man). Information on voting procedures to choose the recipients was sent to the 121,544 members in good standing of SAG-AFTRA on Dec. 19. Ballots must be received by Integrity Voting Systems, the Awards' official election teller, by noon on Friday, Jan. 19.

Prediksi skor APOEL vs Anderlecht 10 Maret 2017

KABAR BOLA- Prediksi skor APOEL vs Anderlecht 10 Maret 2017 – Babak 16 besar Europa League leg pertama, juara Siprus,  APOEL Nicosia akan menjamu jawara Belgia,  Anderlecht pada Jumat 10 Maret 2017 pada pukul 01 : 00 WIB dini hari yang akan di selenggarakan di Stadion Neo GSP (Nicosía (Levkosía)).

APOEL berhasil mengatasi rintangan di babak 32 besar Liga Europa ketika mereka mengalahkan Athletic 4-3 agregat meskipun sempat mengalami kekalahan 3-2 di leg pertama . Mereka berhasil menjadi juara grup diatas Olympiakos untuk membuat kampanye Liga Europa sangat menjanjikan untuk jawara Siprus ini.

Hasil langka di Liga Siprus 1. Kekalahan dari Apollon , diikuti kemenangan leg kedua mereka atas Athletic, dan bangkit di liga Domestik  dengan kemenangan 2-1 atas Omonia di derby Nicosia untuk membuat mereka percaya diri dalam laga  ini.

Di kandang APOEL bermain fantastis musim ini. Mereka telah memenangkan semua kecuali tiga dari 21 pertandingan mereka di semua kompetisi, seri tiga kali untuk mempertahankan rekor tak terkalahkan di depan fans mereka sendiri. Babak grup Liga Europa  melihat mereka memenangkan semua tiga pertandingan kandang mereka, mencetak lima gol dan kebobolan hanya satu gol saja. Ini akan menjadi khawatir pasti pada tamu Anderlecht, terutama karena klub kuat Athletic dikalahkan 2-0 di sini di putaran terakhir.

Anderlecht membawa modal kekalahan 3-2 dari Mechelen pada hari Sabtu untuk membuat empat kemenangan, dua imbang, dan dua kekalahan dalam delapan pertandingan terakhir mereka di semua kompetisi.  Ini termasuk hasil menyingkirkan klub kuat Rusia Zenit dibabak 32 besar Liga Europa.

Mereka berhasil meraih kemenangan kandang 2-0 atas klub Rusia di leg pertama dan sempat tertinggal 3-0 saat away ke Zenit jelang 12 menit laga berakhir. Pada tahap ini mereka akan keluar dari kompetisi, namun gol pada menit ke-90 dari Thielin melihat mereka lolos karena aturan gol tandang.

Kekalahan ini tidak berfungsi sebagai ilustrasi untuk masalah Anderlecht di laga away. Mereka hanya memenangi satu dari empat away di Liga Europa  musim ini, dan di semua kompetisi yang mereka telah kalah lima kali  dari 13 laga away terakhir dan  memenangkan enam dari laga itu.

Tuan rumah akan bisa memainkan skuad terbaik , so Gianniotas dan Soteiou akan memimpin didepan Bertoglio dan Arty akan bertarung di lapangan tengah

Tamu tanpa Centre back Kara yang cedera, sedang midfielder Adrien Trebel tak bisa bermain diajang ini. Teo akan bersama Tielemans akan menjadi ujung tombak tamu dengan dukungan dari Stanciu dan Chipciu dilapangan tengah.
