Blueton: (he/him they them)Originated on Skaro from genome pool #BT000
~BT122~
COMPLETE
<STRATEGIST>
(Defective, extremely manipulative, self driven)
Created before the Time War
Original Casing: Silver and Blue traditional Skaro
Base Genome: Kaled- genetics donated to Davros’ research via anonymous .
During the Time War
<SCIENTIST>
Unit ID BT122 assisted in the research of bio-weapons used by the old world Daleks before the Time War. By the start of the massive war the casing they were enclosed within was rotting away from the mutant within. The technology itself was outdated,
Demands for a new casing have been met.
New casing: New Series Dalek/ time war era Dalek casing
Nickname: Blue, Blueton, Blueberry
{when starting as a strategist for the new Dalek empire the entity began plotting and planning attacks on their own. They managed to control a small selection of other Daleks. (Ties to the Cult of Skaro and other black box experimental groups) Their own personal goal of overthrowing the empire as they were rather anarchistic, believing in small government was halted when the call for all hands on deck started at the start of the Time War began. Upon the start of this great universal war the Dalek was recruited as a Strategist having taken interest in studying both war strategy and political sciences. This gave them opportunities to affect the outcomes of the battles the Dalek empire played host to. With every great success under his ID tag was an equally terrible failure- it became so frequent that others began taking notice beginning to assume the failures were purposeful. This landed the corrupt Dalek into the Dalek asylum well after the time war ended rather than rewarding the individual with awards. The asylum stay was dramatically short as the groups the manipulative Dalek had his tendrils in “rescued” the stranded Dalek allowing them to flee the empire’s grasp entirely. }
———-ONE-SHOT OFFSHOOT STORIES———
______________Alternate Universes_______________
Human/Dalek hybrid: Downed, discovered, altered, became Mob-boss like in a way running underground alien trades of illegal substances. Doesn’t like being touched, doesn’t like being lectured, will definitely kill you if you even glance in his direction the wrong way.
Kaled : Known as Jeremy, this Kaled was pulled through time. For what reasons? To test time manipulation devices via the Daleks under cover. Kept alive only to serve, Jeremy was turned into a Dalek puppet- sent off to recruit Dalek followers or gather intel.
SCP crossover: idk containment is always interesting

What’s Jesters story?
Ah thank you for the question! ☺️ I could go on about him and Keera for hours (they’re my oldest OCs by far, created probably… 2011-2012 ish) so I’ll try to keep it succinct, but don’t feel compelled to read it all haha.
The TLDR is that he’s a little man with a severe complex, and confused feelings about his species. He was born a Dalek, but grew himself a Kaled body to live in instead. He’s in a long term (platonic, later romantic) relationship with Keera. Later in life he joins a group of similarly defective Daleks to try and recreate society after the Imperial/Renegade war wiped out the last “true” (to him and his Renegade buddies) Daleks.
This is an older artwork but I don’t think I’ve posted it before:
And here’s a longer recap of his story below:
Jester’s a defective Renegade Dalek who was rescued from the incinerator by Keera. Whatever switches in his brain that are supposed to make him act like a Dalek are flipped off. He has free will, creativity, emotions, connections, desires, and is constantly in a (losing) battle not to be driven insane by these things. He’s exceptionally intelligent and skilled in a wide range of sciences, but his foremost interest is genetics.
Jester very early on developed a disdain for himself and his casing- he felt he was inhibited from living life as he wanted. Keera spent all of her time exploring alien worlds and getting into trouble and Jester found it very difficult to keep up. That is, if he could even step foot off of her voidship without getting recognized and shot at for being the most notorious lifeform in the universe. His life’s work became recreating the Kaled genome and building himself a new body, as he sees that as the route to his freedom, and the only way Keera might reciprocate the feelings he developed for her (untrue, but it was what Jes latched onto at the time- in truth she had always liked him, and he her, but both were under the impression the other couldn’t possibly be interested.)
They were together for 32 years straight from the time they met, but became separated for a 15 year period before reuniting again. In the interim Jester completed his Kaled body (quite a shock for Keera when they did reunite, she had no idea he was even working on it, thought he was dead all those years, and didn’t recognize him,) and also met The Commander, a Renegade special ops leader who had come from the same facility that produced Jester- and possessed some of the same mental anomalies he did, just not enough to be immediately flagged for destruction the way Jester was.
At the time he didn’t join The Commander, instead returning to his search for Keera, but later on after finding her and finally becoming a couple, Jester would regroup with him and become the Chief Scientist for The Commander’s new Dalek society. The Commander views individuality as an asset to the Daleks (viewing his own impressive career and the Movellan stalemate as examples,) and is happy to let Jester do whatever he wants so long as he keeps producing out-of-the-box creative ideas and pushing the boundaries of technology in his role as a scientist. Jester’s just happy to belong and have somewhere to build his family, and The Commander’s isolationist and generally lenient policies means he doesn’t have to think too hard about the ramifications of the new weapons and technologies he creates.
In addition to his official duties, Jester continued work on his unraveling of the Kaled genome, eventually producing a much improved Mk. 2 over the Mk. 1 he grew for himself. Though there aren’t many takers, Kaled bodies do exist on loan from the scientific department for any Daleks to use on base…
Jester has 6 biological children (5 in one litter and a singleton later) and an apprentice to hand off the reigns to on genetic research at the base.

So I am watching Linkara's Rememberance of the Daleks review. He said the original script for the Daleks that there was a third party manipulating the Kaled-Thal War . So if that did indeed happen. My suggestion is this. Either The Other was that Third Party or The First Doctor is responsible and the war is a metaphor for what The Hybrid was teased to be.

I never saw the hybrid dalek on dr who! Oh that’s cool, you make them look very cool in your art. I did always wonder what the lil aliens were like before.... y’know, the whole metal suit thing. I like to imagine it might be something like what you’ve drawn ^w^
First of all, thank you! I’m glad that you like my drawings.
Secondly, the hybrid is from a two-parter, the episodes being called “Daleks in Manhattan” (Series 3 Episode 4) and “Evolution of the Daleks” (Series 3 Episode 5) respectively. They aired quite a while ago - back in 2007 - and can be found online pretty easily, I think ^^;
Thirdly, there actually is an origin story for the Daleks in canon! A series of episodes called Genesis of the Daleks from the Fourth Doctor era explores that. According to it, they were originally a humanoid race called the Kaleds (no seriously they look exactly like humans) that were mutated by Davros’s experiments to become the angry squid blobs we know today.

Doctor Who 2019 New Year’s Special Review: Resolution
Air date: 1 January 2019
What a show. What a show! We won’t be getting another one like this for a while yet, because as far as we know, Doctor Who won’t be back until 2020 at the earliest.
Time and time again, this series has managed to prove me wrong on how the “SJW agenda” would affect the series. Either that, or I’m too dense to catch the subtle references.
My spoiler-free thought for this episode (though specifically for the review): “Get ready. It’s going to be a long one.”
Honestly, quite a few things in this episode were predictable, as some people knew about them before this special premiered. But out of good faith, I’m keeping the spoilers until after the break, as normal.
From Christmas to the New Year
2018 marked the first year without a Doctor Who Christmas Special since its revival in 2005. After going for months without news of one, it was initially rumoured that the special was scrapped after “the writers ran out of ideas”. Evidently, it was proven untrue because this episode could still be set at Christmas with some small modifications and additionally, that kind of excuse is probably the worst, even if that were true.
Some people believe that the Christmas Special was scrapped because the idea of Christmas wasn’t politically correct because of its Christian origins (hence why some people are offended at the idea of saying “Happy Holidays” instead of “Merry Christmas”). Again, this is very untrue because people of all races and religions celebrate Christmas, even if they just believe in the Santa, getting together and giving presents bit and not in the Jesus, Mary and Joseph bit.
Ratings could also have been a likely factor for the change. Last year’s special, Twice Upon a Time, ranked fifth in the UK overnight viewing figures; in the two years before that, it ranked seventh. In those three years, an average of 5.7 million viewers were estimated to have watched Doctor Who on Christmas Day.
The Christmas Specials have practically become a tradition for Doctor Who, in part due to the guest stars and also in part due to the regenerations, as practically every Doctor in the revived era had their regeneration story air on Christmas Day.
In regards to the Daleks
Though Chris Chibnall said that there would be no returning monsters in Series 11, he stated in this article (that was released following the special) that he brought back the Daleks because they wanted “something big” for the special. Frankly, in my opinion, the return of the Daleks had to happen sooner or later. Every Doctor has had to face the Daleks at some point in their lives because they are a staple of the franchise. The Cybermen come in at a close second, but there are exceptions that could be rendered moot if you count books, comics and audio stories.
It was rumoured on Internet forums that the Daleks would be the enemies of this episode. The trailer for this episode practically gave that fact away, so it came as no surprise to many, even when the BBC tried subtly revealing the surprise in a teaser on Christmas Day.
So why wasn’t this reveal surprising? Well, the Daleks have always been portrayed in the series as “the most dangerous creatures in the universe”. There comes a point where the Daleks have done so many things to further their race and conquer the universe that practically any further attempt can be brushed off at this point. Let’s take a brief look at the Daleks’ role in the revived series:
Series 1: In 2012, a single Dalek attempted to escape Henry van Statten’s vault so it could begin its massacre of Earth, having failed to find signs of any other Daleks. In the far future, the Dalek Emperor used Satellite Five to manipulate humanity and harvest their cells to rebuild his fleet, having barely survived the Time War. When the Doctor eventually discovered them, they began bombing Earth, killing many people and distorting whole continents.
Series 2: The Cult of Skaro escaped the Time War by hiding in the Void. With millions of Daleks hidden in the Genesis Ark, they sought to open it and bring the Daleks back into the universe, despite a three-way battle between them, the Cybermen and Torchwood.
Series 3: Having had their plans thwarted, the Cult of Skaro escaped to the past, where they captured humans and experimented on them to find a way to continue their race. Dalek Sec planned to transform humans into Dalek hybrids, but the human emotions he gained caused him to reconsider his plans, asking the Doctor to take them to another planet so the Daleks could continue, less dangerous than before. However, the other three Daleks overthrew him and decided to create Dalek-humans that were more like themselves. When the Doctor sabotaged this plan, Dalek Caan destroyed them before escaping.
Series 4: Dalek Caan rescued Davros from the Time War and began working to rebuild the Daleks and conquer the universe. They constructed a reality bomb in the Medusa Cascade and stole 26 planets (and a moon) to power it, which would cause everything in the universe to disintegrate before doing the same to every parallel universe and alternate dimension.
Series 5: Three Daleks survived the battle in the Medusa Cascade and found a Progenitor. However, it wouldn’t recognise them as pure Dalek, so they devised a scheme to trick the Doctor into giving a testimony so they could reactivate it. Before the Doctor could stop them, however, they activated a bomb inside their pawn, Edwin Bracewell, forcing him to go back to Earth and deactivate it while the new Daleks escaped. Later on, they were part of the alliance to lock the Doctor in the Pandorica.
Series 7: The Daleks had an asylum planet where they kept their malfunctioned, insane and mentally scarred. The skip Alaska breached the planet’s force field and crashed. While the crew were converted into Dalek puppets, Oswin Oswald was fully converted into a Dalek herself. A year later, fearing that the Daleks in the asylum would escape, the Parliament of the Daleks asked the Doctor to deactivate the planet’s defences so they could destroy it; they couldn’t do it themselves because they were afraid of the Daleks in the asylum. Later on, we see the Daleks in the last day of the Time War and on Trenzalore, fighting for 900 years to destroy the town of Christmas so that the Doctor couldn’t bring the Time Lords back (even though he wasn’t going to and never got to anyway).
Series 8: A Dalek, who would later be named Rusty by the Doctor, became damaged and drifting after a battle and began seeing the Daleks as evil. When the Doctor fixed the damage that was killing him, causing his original programming to be restored, he decided to telepathically link himself with Rusty, which in turn caused him to exterminate the Daleks he called for help.
Series 9: Having somehow survived the battle in the Medusa Cascade as well, Davros attempted to use the Doctor’s regeneration energy to make the Daleks on Skaro into hybrids, but the decomposing Daleks in the sewers were unknowingly healed as well, causing them to revolt against the Daleks above them.
Series 10: The Daleks’ war with the Movellans is briefly revisited. Later on, Rusty isolated himself in the ruins of Villengard, having fought the Daleks for billions of years.
I wrote all these extended examples so you can see the scale of their threats throughout the series. From this, it can be seen that there is a difference in the Daleks during the Russell T Davies era and the Steven Moffat era; the Daleks in the former had a goal of returning to the universe after the Time War and conquering it, while the Daleks in the latter were more focused on their own survival, along with a bit of psychological warfare between them and the Doctor. I guess that’s why people thought the Daleks were overused or weren’t interesting enough during the Moffat era.
People have said that some parts of Series 11 mirrored past episodes; Episode 1 mirrored The Eleventh Hour, while Episode 10 mirrored The Pirate Planet (from 1978) and The Stolen Earth/Journey’s End. This special, Resolution, has some parts that feel like they were mirrored from Dalek and The Runaway Bride. I don’t really mind this, to be honest, because there were things on those episodes that made them unique and not just mere copies of those past episodes.
I have an idea that could make the Daleks (and by extension, the Time Lords) more interesting. This was an idea that I’ve developed in my personal project for the past few years, but I didn’t want to make the entire thing public because some influences from real life were used and I fear that they may be controversial to some people; in addition, I want to maintain the privacy of all those I’ve mentioned in my project. As such, I’ll just be giving a brief overview of my idea.
In the Time War, the Time Lords were looking for a way to survive and create more soldiers to fight. One of their plans was to spread some kind of virus among humanity that would capture the souls/life essence of the unborn or newborn so a new Time Lord could be created from them, corrupting their hosts’ chromosomes or brain activity as a side effect, which would become known to humans as some of the many genetic disorders or intellectual disabilities, such as Down syndrome or autism. This and other related side effects would continue to be passed down through the generations of humanity, allowing the Time Lords to effectively continue harvesting humanity for soldiers to fight in the Time War. One of the male protagonists in my project was born this way, but for some reason, the harvesting process was briefly interfered with, allowing him to regenerate like Time Lords do. He was related to the Doctor in that he was born from him, but that could easily be changed to another Time Lord.
Likewise, the Daleks were looking for ways to survive the Time War, aside from the Cult of Skaro. There was a Kaled, similar to Davros but still important to the Daleks, who married a human woman on Earth and had children. When the Kaled was called back to fight in the Time War, another Kaled came to Earth and encouraged the children, who by this time had children of their own, to fight on Earth for the Dalek cause. One of the female protagonists in my project was the granddaughter of the Kaled, who along with the rest of her family, had to fight with them for the Dalek cause.
Eventually, the male and female protagonist met and had adventures together. He fell in love with her, but she didn’t love him back at first. What they didn’t know was that they were unwitting pawns of the Daleks; they manipulated their timelines so they would continue meeting throughout their lives. When the Daleks heard who the male was related to, they got the female to feign her love for him so that she could eventually assassinate him and the Time Lord who was born from him (the Doctor or whoever). The female’s family began realising that they were in too deep, so they made plans to split the two of them up. They didn’t know, however, that the male would become severely affected from the heartbreak and effectively turn into a monster, like the War Doctor or the Daleks. As a result of the ensuing conflict between the protagonists, their relationship became fixed in time. The female’s family continued their efforts, but the Daleks later abandoned them and they were forced to stop. Later on, the male also came to realise the guilt and shame of his actions and reconciled with the female’s family before they lived happily ever after.
So there you have it; an extended overview of the Daleks along with my idea of a story arc. You might like my idea or you might not, but the important thing here is that I’ve said enough already and it’s time to continue on.
Main plot: The lone Dalek
The enemy of this special was a reconnaissance scout Dalek attempting to repair himself and contact its fleet. Evidently, in this episode, this kind of Dalek was more mentally advanced than other normal Daleks as it was able to possess Lin and interfere with the TARDIS’ systems. In my opinion, this wouldn’t have been possible without at least some sort of technological implant, so this Dalek, without its casing, can be said to be the unicorn of all Daleks.
There’s a problem I have with this plot when I take the rest of the series into consideration. If, as the Doctor says, this Dalek was the first to leave Skaro and (possibly) the first to reach Earth, then why weren’t other Daleks alerted to it? Also, surely it would have been impossible for the Dalek to summon its fleet, let alone find one to summon? Basically all of Dalek history up to this point happened - their 22nd century invasion of Earth, the Dalek-Movellan War, the Imperial-Renegade Civil War, the Time War and the post-Time War conflicts - surely the Daleks would have been damaged enough not to invade (Earth) again (because that’s how I wrote their fate when I ended my personal project) or changed enough that they wouldn’t recognise who that first Dalek was?
In the ninth century, three armies banded together to defeat this Dalek. After a difficult battle, three Custodians burned its shell and split the mutant inside into three, burying it in three separate corners of the world, though one never finished his journey. His body would be found in the sewers under the Sheffield Town Hall with his portion of the Dalek mutant. Unknowingly, it was placed under an ultraviolet light, causing it to revive itself, summoning the other parts of himself to reconstruct its body.
Lin would be the first to find the revived Dalek, which possessed her as it began his quest to build a new metal casing for himself, using parts of its old shell and other spare parts. I must say, the Dalek mutant on Lin’s back brings tentacle porn to a whole new level. Is the new Dalek casing meant to resemble a pear-shaped body? Even if that Dalek managed to summon its fleet, I doubt they would still be able to recognise it.
I can’t really use tokusatsu references to compare the Dalek in this episode, because the Daleks have been a part of the series for so long while the many villain groups of tokusatsu shows have only had their part for about a year, so comparing the two would be clichéd. I can’t compare the Dalek to Evolto of Kamen Rider Build because Evolto’s host didn’t have anything sticking out of its body; also, Evolto had possessed his host for around 10 years, while the Dalek possessed Lin for a few hours at most.
This episode did a good job of reintroducing viewers to how threatening a Dalek can be. Now that Chibnall’s “no returning monsters” promise does not apply to Series 12 (unless announced prior), let’s look forward to more returning monsters in this series.
Sub plot: Ryan, Graham and Aaron
This episode continues the Ryan and Graham character development with the proper introduction of Ryan’s father, Aaron. Throughout Series 11, Ryan views his father with disdain as he was “notoriously unreliable” and wasn’t there for Grace’s funeral.
When Ryan’s dad was first mentioned at the start of Series 11, I honestly thought he was like one of those stereotypical African-American deadbeat dads. However, as the series went on, I found that prediction to be wrong as Ryan did not hold a lot of resentment for his father, but rather pity.
In Episode 5, Ryan theorises that Aaron avoided him because he reminded him of his mother. Alongside the possible reason that he was working on offshore rigs, we hear in this episode that he didn’t go to Grace’s funeral because he was in denial of her death; presumably, that also applies for Ryan’s mother.
Aaron has suggested to Ryan that they reconnect with each other, but Ryan disliked his notion of “proper” family, preferring Graham over Ryan in that regard. Upon his return, Graham tells Aaron about how family isn’t just about DNA or a name, but about what they do.
Evidently, Aaron does not fit the description of a deadbeat dad, because you can sense that he genuinely regrets what he did and wants to reconnect with his son; if he had an ulterior motive, chances are that Ryan would have known about it already. Despite his resentment towards his father, Ryan was nice enough to forgive him when he became possessed by the Dalek and was about to be thrown into a supernova.
In the Episode 1 review, I compared Ryan to basically every protagonist of each Kamen Rider series in that either their parents were dead and good, or alive and evil. That comparison is now moot with this episode.
After writing my review of Episode 9, I watched a review of that same episode by Bowlestrek, who claimed that it was an attack on single fathers. Look, I do share some of his concerns about the series, but this is one thing I disagreed with; a sentiment shared by some others on Reddit. Granted, Erik left his blind daughter, Hanne, in his house with some monster recordings so that she wouldn’t leave the house, but even then, he only disappeared for four days by the time the Doctor and her friends came and also, the Solitract created an avatar of Erik’s dead wife, Trine, so that it could play on his guilt and convince him to stay in its universe. As I said, Erik can be perceived as a misunderstood villain, but that hardly constitutes an attack on single fathers, let alone vilifying Erik.
At the time of writing, Bowlestrek hasn’t posted his review of the episode yet. I don’t have anything against him, but if he takes Aaron’s part in the story as an attack on single fathers again, then that should be a sign to all Doctor Who fans, even the more rational of them, to take his words with grains of salt.
This episode served as a good redemption arc for Aaron. From this, you can see that Ryan and Graham actually want him to change and reflect on how his actions affected the people in his life (even if in the end, they didn’t make it as bad as it originally seemed).
SJW red flags and out-of-touch boomers
At the start of the episode, Mitch and Lin mention the kiss that happened between them the night before. It was good that they had positive feelings about it, but this is a subtle allusion to the #MeToo movement regardless, making it an SJW red flag. Let’s face it, what would the rest of the episode have been like if Lin had negative feelings about that kiss?
The security guard at MDZ, Richard, mentions that he has a boyfriend, but like other so-called “red flags” that I’ve found, that can easily be considered a throwaway line. The difference between this and Episode 4, where Jack’s niece’s wife, Frankie is shown as a lesbian, is that it doesn’t feel shoehorned because Richard has no relation to any other character in this episode. If I looks like I’m allowing this kind of subtle representation, then so be it.
When the Dalek reaches GCHQ, it diverts all of the UK’s power to power its transmission to the Dalek fleet, causing all Wi-Fi and phone signals to shut down, taking down the Internet with it. The bit that comes after is absolutely unexplainable, because it plays off like a Family Guy cutaway segment.
Boy 1: “The Wi-Fi’s gone off!” Mum: “Everything’s gone off. No Wi-Fi, no phone signal, it’s all down.” Boy 2: “Not even Netflix?” Mum: “Nothing.” Boy 1: “What do we do?” Mum: “I suppose... we’ll have to have a conversation.” Boy 1 + Boy 2: “What?”
Great meme. Great meme right there, guys. Absolute boomer meme. I swear, back in my day, older people complaining about younger people and their use of technology were the only types of “SJWs” we were annoyed at, and even then, they weren’t as obnoxious as SJWs nowadays. You’re not Seth MacFarlane, Chris Chibnall, and this isn’t Family Guy; at most, you’re on par with Toshiki Inoue in the Kamen Rider series.
Other general thoughts
No opening titles for this episode again. I could forgive that for the first episode of Series 11, but who knows why they decided to do that again this time around?
The font they used to introduce the locations in this episode was honestly jarring, because it was just slapped in a big Impact-like font right in the middle of the screen.
At the start of the episode (again), the Doctor and her friends mention that they went to 19 New Year’s Eves in a row. Ryan’s favourite was Sydney 2000, when they saw the fireworks on top of the Harbour Bridge. He also mentions that Graham nearly fell off, but I think that should (also) have been Ryan given his dyspraxia. Aside from the brief focuses in the first two episodes, Ryan’s dyspraxia has barely had any more of a focus outside of brief mentions. Just before they are called back to Sheffield, however, the Doctor intends to take them to Quantifer, “where it’s permanently New Year’s Eve every day”. Are you sure it’s not this place?
Assuming that the Doctor’s first scene in the sewers had no cuts in time, how did Yaz manage to get Lin and Mitch’s details at that pace while escorting them out? It’s weird how things like that can be assumed when you’ve got no time for details.
The Doctor tries to contact Kate Stewart at UNIT, but instead, she is redirected to Polly at the UK Security Helpline, who tells her that all UNIT operations have been suspended “pending review”, following financial disputes and subsequent funding withdrawal by the UK’s major international partners. Seriously? What kind of an excuse is that? Is it implying that most of UNIT is based in the UK, because last time I checked, UNIT has divisions in other countries and being a part of the United Nations, they have headquarters in Geneva and New York. Mark Lawson of The Guardian puts it as a satirical jab on Brexit (why he also mentioned that Series 11 was also anti-Brexit I’ll never know), but I think that it is something not even Shoji Yonemura would think of doing. If anything, he’d have Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart come back with seemingly no explanation even though he died at a still-unconfirmed date. As far as I know, Brexit only affects Britain’s relations with the European Union, NOT the entire United Nations.
Summary and verdict
Resolution was a pretty great episode. Both the Dalek and Ryan’s dad plots of the episode were executed perfectly, but the jarring fonts, the out-of-touch boomer joke, the poorly-written excuse for writing out UNIT and the lack of consideration of Dalek continuity were the main things that let this episode down.
Amazingly, despite seeing reviews and comments that back up my concerns for this series, I always find myself looking forward to the next Doctor Who series or special, but that’s probably because I still haven’t found something that would turn me off from this series for good. Even if I did, I’d still keep watching anyway because the rabbit hole doesn’t seem to end for me.
Will I be watching the next series? Most likely, yes. Will I be having second thoughts while looking forward to it? Maybe. Will I continue writing reviews for it and doing what I’ve been doing like in Series 11? If I’m still interested in doing so, then I will, at least until the Thirteenth Doctor announces her resignation. That’s even if Tumblr doesn’t manage to die by then, after that NSFW ban of theirs right at the end of last year.
Have my thoughts on this series or Jodie Whittaker as the Doctor changed? No, but I will say that Resolution really felt like we’re starting to come back to what Doctor Who used to be.
We haven’t seen a lot of character development for Yaz so far. Graham and Ryan’s character development should be done with by now, so the focus on character development for Series 12 should be on Yaz. It’s funny how some people have pointed out that she doesn’t seem like a police officer by the way she has done some things throughout Series 11, so hopefully, we can expect an improvement on that regard.
Time for the scores!
Rating: 8/10 Series 11 total: 73/100 (73%) Series 11 total with Resolution: 81/110 (73%)
Yeah, not much has changed.
Like I said, the earliest we’ll see another Doctor Who episode is in 2020, so as far as this is concerned, that’s it from me. You can follow me to see me post other assorted types of content, otherwise I’ll see you before Series 12 starts.

Hey Everyone, I apologise for being so absent on here, with both the lack of Fanart and activity- My Bachelor of Animation Course is super busy and I’ve been putting all my focus and work into doing the best possible job in this course.
I’m busy working on a mini DM-664 inner monologue Comic, though I’m not sure when I’ll have it completed but I am working on it! With university being the top priority it might be a while away✨
Unfortunately I don’t have much else to share other then some 3tsy related stuff-
I have self funded and created some special DM-664 p!ns to celebrate my 21st birthday on April 10 which are up for pre-order at the moment!
I’m also working on a Chaggie collaboration p!n with @lucedragondesign on Instagram too which is available on their Sh0p!
Anyways! Thanks for reading and I hope to post more proper art soon! 💙💙

✨THE BIRTHDAY DM-664 OC P!NS HAVE ARRIVED AND THEY LOOK AMAZINGGG!! ✨
So overjoyed with how they’ve turned out!!
While I’ll mostly be giving these away to close friends I have got 9 available on my 3tsy Sh0p that I will be selling! ✨💙⚡️
Love this hybrid and I honestly have to say that’s one of the best p!ns I’ve ever designed!
———————————————————————
I will get back to fanart and regular oc content soon but university has been taking up a good %90 of my time but thankfully I’ve got ideas for pictures to draw when I get time!

Found another unfinished DM-664 sketch and wanted to see it if i could finish it before the end of the year ^^ I think one of my new years resolutions is to draw less angsty DM-664 pictures and more badass ones instead.

I started this sketch in August and I'm happy I finally got to finish it as I have a replacement stillus!! While DM-664 cant actively create lightning in any way, she is 'immune' to what would be considered high voltage for humans, she learns to be able to somewhat control it if struck by lightning or high voltage. It will still burn her though, just not severely. She often calls herself a "Living Lightning Rod"

Spooky Season DM-664 Art Aquired! (Drawn) 664's dressed up as Nimona!
"I don’t know what’s scarier. The fact that everyone in this kingdom wants to run a sword through my heart, or that sometimes I just want to let them." -Nimona Nimona is such a wonderful story & I honestly love that I've been able to find a couple of similarities between both 664 and Nimona in regards to how others see them and how they see themselves.
Either way, I'm glad I was able to draw 664 dressed up as Nimona for Halloween! I'm hoping once I get a bit more time I"ll be able to draw some proper Nimona fanart since I adored the movie and I'm looking at getting the graphic novel!

Rainy nights on a strange planet. The more 664 thinks about her life the more she sees herself as nothing but a tiny meaningless spec in the universe...
