Kalak watched as Whisper pulled out a notepad, though made sure to look confused. The wolf then leans down to read it. "Oh, it's for equal rights for wolves in Flora. See, in Flora wolve culture is only based of physical strength and/or magical power so if don't have one of those, well, life can be rough. That's why I'm trying to get enough signatures to hopefully get Lady Tala to talk to me. Figured getting some signatures from wolves from other wolfs would help."

Kalak stood back up, popping her back a bit. "Sorry, been bending down all day. I mean no offense when I say this, though a lot of you Mobian's are short compared to the wolves in Flora." She herself could be considered on the shorter end of things compared to most wolves in Flora.

Okay Kaladin and Kalak’s conversation confuses me.

Kal says “while years pass there [Roshar], months will pass for us” which means time is moving faster for the Heralds then Roshar. Kal seems to think that means they’ll have more time…but it’s less isn’t it? What is it supposed to be?

Kalak was still trying to get used to this world, especially after 'Halloween' a few days ago. The humans here thinking she was still in a costume and telling her it was over. She'll start using the disguise device again once people start to suspect she is an actual wolf from another world. That said her thoughts shifted to feeling something on her rear.

Kalak turned around, looking around confused before looking down. "Oh, hello again. You were the one who dropped the change. I recognize your scent." The wolf then realized that might give her away. "I-I meant your face. I recognize your face." Not the best save, though hopefully it was enough. "So, um, you could've tapped my side to get my attention."

"No problem just noticed you it fell off you when you were walking away. I tried to pick up all the change, though some fell down a sewer drain." Kalak attempted to try and get them, though she had big hands. The wolf did take note to the confused stare the other gave her as she looked down at them. "Is there something on my mask?" She asked, feeling around only to see her paws. "Oh, um, give me a second." She turned around, starting to fiddle with the device on her forearm before her human disguise came back on.

It gave off the appearance of a slim woman that was still tall, though not as tall as she actually is with short red hair and a metal mask while her clothes still looked the same. "Um, you didn't see that... please." Kalak wasn't sure that would work, though hoped they played along.

Kalak made her way around The Restoration base, having to be careful where she walked given the fact she was on the tall side compared to the other's here, and that was putting it lightly. The wolf soon found who she was looking for, walking over with a clipboard and pen. "Excuse me, can you sign my petition?" She asked, holding it out to Whisper.

She was tall next to most other Mobians being a little over 4' in height. Though she never much liked being tall, she couldn't avoid her obvious genetics. Making her taller then most of her friends, and nearly a head taller then tangle herself. One might think that made her sickout though she had a natural way of finding those dark corners where she wouldn't be noticed.

Her head shifted slightly at the sound of and the question had her tilt head looking down at the paper. Despite he appearance her scent was strange, slightly off from what one would expect. She flicked her ear curiously but had no clue what the petition was even for. Not like she could tell them no either.

She fished out her pad and scribbled on it

Yep I’ve been thinking about this a lot esp the Kalak one.

‘Actually, it took ages to convince Amaram to sacrifice the soldiers who saved him for the greater good. The man was pompous, but had the potential to be a truly Honourable person like people always believed of him. Shame what happened. Still, it worked out in the end, right, Kaladin?’

Wonder if Battar will out herself as turncoat or if she will remain a spy for Odium/Retribution.

The post WaT herald therapy sessions are going to be so wild from Kaladin's POV.

Like first we have Chana, who is going to end up sobbing admitting that she selfishly tried to kill her daughter and set her up as replacement for herself. Then Kaladin is going to learn that said daughter is Shallan. HIS Shallan.

Then he's gonna be helping out Battar and she's gonna mention spiking some guy for Odium and it's gonna turn out to be Moash, who Kaladin last saw when he murdered Teft.

Then while talking to Nale they are gonna circle back to the Davar family and talk about Helaran being sent to kill Amaram to THEN have Kalak jump in and mention that he told Amaram to enslave the soldier who killed Helaran so Amaram could take the shards. Said soldier being KALADIN HIMSELF.

Like, our boy is going to discover that a bunch of his life's messes are due to the meddling of his new immortal coworkers.

Kalak, God of the Sun and Judge of the Dead

The leader of the Vincaran pantheon is missing an eye. When He and His consort, Ainia, were making Kavrillia, He wanted more land, and She wanted more oceans. When the argument grew heated, She plucked out one of His eyes. They have been estranged ever since, but it worked out well because, as Goddess of the Moons (and storms, and oceans), Ainia carries Kalak's other eye through the night, allowing Him to see everything that happens on Kavrillia. This is mighty useful for a deity who judges the souls of the recently departed. He sees all, and knows what kind of afterlife one deserves.

Kalak blinked at Drew for a moment before speaking. "Is, is this one of those human sexual things? Because cub would work better for me since I'm a wolf." Is she overthinking this? Yes, yes she is. He was certainly an interesting human.
